I am very pleased moving here. Catina and Ivenette at the front office are very informative, compassionate, and truly care about their residents and needs. The maintenance men are very quick and efficient with a friendly smile. All the neighbors are very nice and respectful. The buildings inside and out are very spacious and clean. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for making this a great experience. My kids and I are very happy to be living here.

Peter (Maintenance) is very efficient. He is diligent, respectful, punctual, and profesional. I have requested maintance assistance and he completed the work diligently.Excellent costumer service!

I tried multiple times last year to apply for an apartment but the ladies at the office always said there wasnt a wait list and I had to just keep calling until one opens up as its first come first serve which is crazy unprofessional. Ive never been able to apply. Its terribly sad. I want to apply and move in. Even if its 8 months from now. The location is perfect for my family. Whats the secret to getting in this place?!

All I can say about everyone here is that Im very greatful in everything they have done for my wife and I. First I want to thank Ms. Catina for everything she did for us, never gave up on us, I can clearly say she is a women of her word! and also want to thank Ms. Ivenette for her help as well.For maintenance, cant ask for better. True to what they do, and anyone that takes time to help on a non work related issue will forever be greatful. I want to thank you guys for keeping an eye out for everything around here and also for the help that you guys have giving me and not only me but my wife as well.Great place, Great People, really cant ask for more. Im very happy with this complex. The maintenance guys are nice and get the work orders done in a timely manner. Catina is the sunshine that lights up the office. It was a pleasure meeting with her to go over the lease and paperwork.My only advice is to make sure your vehicles are up to date on registration because our car got towed for our registration being a day late! I found this isnt management but rather a tow company comes around and looks for money.

I had an amazing experience here the staff is nice and always willing to work with you and always helpful. katina is great and always in a happy mood anytime I came for help . sad to leave but I lived in a happy home .

We just moved in and we love it, the front office girls are phenomenal helped us every step of the way and we’re very kind the location is amazing between St. Cloud and Kissimmee surrounded by a forest so it’s a nice quiet community can’t wait to enjoy our time here!!!!!

Ms. Catina is an amazing person and has done everything in her power to make sure that my transition into my new apartment was successful. Maintenance is on point as well, overall really happy with my experience into my 1st apartment.

Ms Catina and Ivenette are an AMAZING duo!!! maintenance staff are very well mannered (we don’t like shoes in our house) so they reserve little plastic bags to use inside our home. The apartment was hard to come by at first but Ms. Catina worked with us and now we love our new home! have you ever had a landlord that personally cares for you?!? Well your in the wrong place! Come visit Saint Cloud village and meet Ms. Catina and ivenette! These ladies love their tenants! They will work with you throughout any emergency regarding your apartment (late rent/ late registration/ etc) Very CLEAN quiet place vs their sister apartment complex where we moved from. Best part?!? NO PEST!!! I have YET to see a roach and we’ve been here for 6 months!!! WOWWW for an income based apartment you’ll feel like your living luxury. I see why it was hard to get in. No one wants to leave this incredible complex. Can’t wait to renew my lease!

The Manger & Maintenance are awesome people. Sometimes we allow our emotions too override our intelligence. It has been a great 4 years thanks St. Cloud Village Court for holding me up.

If you want a nice and quiet place to live, or you work third shift, look somewhere else. They have loud concerts in the parking lot. Im currently losing sleep and have work in a few hours, so I have to hope I get enough sleep to drive to work or Ill have to call out and lose money. This could be YOU! And its on the weekend, so you cant even complain to the management about it. Not their problem, *they* dont live here.This is even louder than the construction on the road. I pay rent every month and have to put up with this? Its absurd! Next time Im filing a noise complaint.

Waited about 7 months then to find out i dont qualify, im not bad at the idcIm highly up set at the fact that the dark skin lady was VERY RUDE!Employees there are not nice, really ghetto, messy, and loudEvery month i went to check what # on the list we were she was ALWAYS!!!!!ALWAYS on the damn phone talking laughing up a storm on her personal cellphoneshe would make us wait aout 20 minutes. Until she was done talking to then attend to us.Highly suggest another community to live.

The maintenance guys attend very fast. The administration keeps everything that happens in order and makes the tenants comply with the rules. I love!

Upon receiving me happy and happy ... when I leave very upset..good place to live, quiet, quickly take care of property damage, it is good to start.
