So far everyone has been great. The staff is amazing and helpful. Its quiet most of the time. The pool and scenery is great.

My experience has been great, Roberto is a very helpful person who helped me a lot in the process of moving, the other associates are also great, always ready to help when needed.

Everything was ok. Ones thay got the apartment building correct. But after the techetion on call sumeted that the washer and dryer should be replaced. I was told I would have to wait till at least Tuesday. Because the Supervisor is on vacation. So Im paying for an appliance I cant us. Ive been here for around 11. Years. And the washer and dryer have been in the apartment from the time I moved in. But sense the last post Im still with out a washer and dryer. Was told I wasnt a privately. Ive done with out a washer and dryer. Sense before July 31. I just need it repaired or replaced. If possible by Saturday August 7. Thanks.

Horable maintenance team, I have a friend that has put in 5 work orders for a leak in the AC System. Maintenance techs just go, leave the air handler fan on and turn off the ac compressor to let the ice melt. It keeps freezing. Fix the dam thing! We live in Florida and it is getting really hot. Stop saying that tje part cost too much to fix, it is your responsability to keep apartment in good working condition.

This is a peaceful community a lot of neighbors hear of mind their business you dont hear any loud music playing especially at night when you trying to go to sleep. Everyone keeps to themselves and keeps their area clean.

Leaved on Walden Parks Apartment twice. Quietly area, great apartment and all the staff are awesome. I left 3 yrs ago and I still missing the apartment that I called my sweet, sweet home.

Sometimes they take too long to fix the apartment issues.Sometimes they take too long to fix the apartment issues.Some maintenance guys dont show a good behavior with the customer, sometimes they question to much and use leave a mess in area.Out of all this Im happy to live in Walden Park.

I lived here for 4 years and the community is so quiet, great neighbors behavior, all areas always clean, maintenance responds fast to any issue reported and office personnel have a good customer service. I personally referred all friends that ask me about this community.

Too much money for app fee of $85 and holding $150. Could not believe it. All supposedly for affordable living. And no guarantees at all of anything. I would think twice.

The property manager is very attentive and shares our passion to bring a little luxury to every residential unit. All units are remodeled and updated with modern touches to give everyone a little glam without breaking the bank. As a carpenter and interior designer, my greatest joy is seeing a resident move in and see their units transformed. And this property complex is on the map when it comes to updating. Rude encounter. The woman stopped us at the entrance and essentially barricaded us from fully entering the leasing office. She often gave one word answers and spoke in a condescending manner. I like the prices and curb appeal but I would not want to deal with people like that regularly.

Great price. People from the office and maintenance are great. If they have to enter your apt because an inspection they will notify you days before. Overall perfect place to live.

Went to visit these apartments based on other reviews. Initially I spoke to a very nice women over the phone, yes I had too call back twice because I was given wrong information however based on that experience I was considering wanting to live there. I was told to call back in a few weeks as I was told by two ppl there should be availability in March. My family decided to stop by the apartments to get a look in person and when we went to meet the management we were greeted by judgemental wench. She shook her head at us; looked right us and shook her head when we walked in an hour before the closed. Not even gave us a proper greeting. When we asked for a bit more information she said something completely different. She said theres a wait list for ONE YEAR and we have to pay $85 for both adults and $150 holding fee before we can even see a model apartment, verify our income in range and WITHOUT a guarantee we will move in. And all this money we would give them in NONREFUNDABLE. When over the phone we were told there was no charge for the waiting list. Who ever she was is a liar, rude and willing to scam a family out of over $300. I will contact that property owner soon because this was outrageous

I live here 4 months ago, I must say that they have a helpful administrative staff always helping to improve the environment,every time I have an inconvenience, they have helped me to solve them, they are very kind since you enter the office they welcome you with a smile and are always willing to help. Diana, very excellent manager, Ivenett and the other women helpers with a big heart.

Somehow my review was deleted so Im putting it again. I moved here in 2011 from newyork everything was great from the community to maintenance. After management was changed everything changed with it. My apartment was full of mold I complained numerous times manager would have maintenance come and paint over it. My refrigerator broke four times and they brought me four different ones from different apartments with the door handles glued on. To top it off I had to move because they hired a leasing agent and moved her next door to me who then moved her boyfriend in that was NOT on the lease and would be in the hallways at all hours of the night and was a registered FELON to her apartment. The office had no knowledge of this and when I brang them proof nothing was done. His arrest record was 8 pages long with serious crimes and I had a minor child living with me. I called corporate they said he was removed from the apartment and they were investigating but up until the day I moved out which was 4 months later he was still there and the office said they dont know because they dont work at night so they dont see him. They break into cars and the office cant help. On numerous occasions there have been random men sleeping in the laundry room and in the gym with the office being open and no one knowing anything until being told. This complex is not safe at all if you have children do not move here this is not a safe environment at all. Manager hides from residents just not to speak with them when there is a problem. Know who your neighbors are and keep your children safe!!!!

All maintenance and customer service staff are very professional. Whenever I request a service, it is excellent. Julio recently went to repair the bathroom faucet and checked all of them, leaving everything completely clean.

I would love to live in walden park, for the attention they give to the public and the cleanliness of the community, and the spectacular prices

A well-kept and clean place, I have lived here for a long time and I would be happier if they changed my stove, washing machine and dryer for new ones because the ones we have already need to be changed.

Worst bad service. They dont repair or spray every time yamo dont come. Very frustrating
