This the worst place I have ever rented from. The place was not cleaned before I moved in. The pool leaked and I had to put water every other day. Water $80-90 per month. If I called for maintenance nothing was done. Stove was filthy. No blinds at some of the windows. Patio door blinds would fall every time you opened the door. Things that were wrong when I moved in my deposit was taken for repairs. I had carpet professionally cleaned when I moved out yet he took $100 from my deposit it said for carpet cleaning. Run run run DO NOT rent from this place. Ron is worst property manager you could ever come across. Dont believe those good reviews theyre probably his friends.

We have many different types of homes managed by American Property Group. They are a major help and are consistently there for us. Ron and his team make everything much simpler on us and provide great value to our investments.

I own unit 4156 Spitfire... since 2016, is now 2019 and still waiting for American Property Management Group Inc to paint the house exterior, replace the fence for the new one they been talking about for a few years and re plant the common areas. Now APM need owners to renew the HOA governing document and all owners are thinking if it worth keeping APM...I certainly think and HOA is need to maintain order and control, but and HOA that work for the owners, not one collecting $ and nothing changes. Ill sign the doc when my villa is painted and the rest of the job are done or have a written commitment that will be done.

Ron and his team are responsive to any call or emails. They help us out with whatever problem or question we have, and never make a fuss about my requests. Theyre courteous and helpful, and keep our property in great shape.

American Property Management is awesome because theyre really personable and know the property/area very well. Theyre always available if we need them, easy to get a hold of, and on top of things.

American Property Management does a great job! They have a lot of properties they work with, but Ron still finds time to always make me feel like a top priority.

The condition of the properties are all kept very good. Anything is taken care of quickly if necessary, and they will call me right away if something comes up or just to keep me updated on things.
