I have had a good experience overall for the 2 years I have been living here, especially with all the staff working in the office. They have been so polite, patient, and very helpful and I truly appreciate that. The only thing I will say that I don’t like about living here is the parking. It’s hard to find good parking in front of your building and that is a bit frustrating.

I love calling this place home! Everyone that works at Laguna Place makes it feel clean, safe and actually listen to me and my familys concerns. If youre looking for a convenient location as well as a nice gym. Hands down recommend this place.

Amazing staff! Diana and Angie are so helpful. I applied and got to move-in the same week. The amenities are new and nicely kept. I would definitely recommend to a family member or a friend.

I love living here. Carrie, Luke and Diana are all wonderful. I never hesitate to contact them with any questions. They are all so willing and ready to help me all the time. The maintenance team is stellar as well. Always on top of the work orders. Couldnt ask for a better place to live with my boys.

I moved to Laguna a month ago from South Florida and all I can say is that the team is great and the property is charming. It is quiet and clean. I applied online and it honestly couldn’t been easier. Diana made the transition from applying to signing the lease online a breeze. The location is perfect and close to shopping. The turnpike is also close for commuting. I’m looking forward to using the amenities soon.

As a retired military vet this is the best community. Carrie and her team are wonderful. If I wasnt buying a house and had to rent again I would look no further than Laguna.

My experience here is very good no complaint Lucas and Diana is always ready to give a help when you need it. When call for something to be fix in a hour someone is there they keep things the way it supposed to be and they are very professional. Thank Lucas and Diana.

I moved into the property right when things with COVID-19 was exploding I will tell you the staff at Laguna treat me with dignity and respect when I walk in and told them I was furlough from Disney and had no money to pay rent. They made me feel safe that I would have a roof over my kids head through this. All they asked was to be kept in form. They sent out all kinds of helpful info on who was hiring, who was giving assistants who had food. Laguna Place went above and beyond to help us through this difficult time. I have finely got all caught up and they still asked if they could help with anything else. I am glad that I moved into Laguna Place. They have excellent characters.

Did a tour, onsite staff was awesome. Only reason we couldnt lease was due to not having a playground. The property was very well kept and maintained.

From the moment I walked into the office Luke was super helpful in finding me an apartment. After that everything had to be done over the phone and online since I wasnt in Florida. Luke was constantly following up with me and keeping me updated. When I moved in I met Monica who was super friendly. I got there before my keys were ready but Monica made sure that they were made right away so I didnt have to wait. Also Sean and Danny the maintenance men are very helpful.

Pool is clean everyone is professional and is the best place to live if you want to experience all that Florida has to offer.

Havent gotten the approval or anything yet but so far, everything and everyone seems real nice and us being so far away they are keeping us in the loop

Ive lived at Laguna for 2 years and I have always enjoyed my stay here. The apartments are spacious, its a quiet neighborhood and the location is key to get into Orlando. Matienence is prompt with requests and the staff is very responsive. I am transferring to a bigger unit and the property manager Carrie made my transition as smooth as possible.

Within the last 5 years that I have lived here, this is the first time that I am truly happy with living here. Especially with the arrival of the new manager Laura Hurley. She is the first manager that has actually tried to help me and is very understanding and goes above and beyond, I speak with her as if we have been long time friends. I also enjoy Laguna places staff Diana the leasing consultant as well as Danny and Rafael the Maintenance crew. Looking forward to the things ahead with the new management.

Worst place in the world. They messed up 5 leases and raised my rent. 1st experience in the whole apartment process and was awful. Don’t come here go somewhere else and find a better, more responsible, friendly area to be at.

I have lived here almost for 5 years and theres certain things that they just dont want to change in my apartment, for example the carpet is too old that is ripping everywhere by itself and when I ask if they can change it, they said they cant. So I didnt insist. Also the A/C sometimes works well and sometimes isnt; specially when is too hot. I just hopeThat somebody put more attention on this details so I can feel like others. Pleased and happy. Otherwise I like the location, almost everything is close. Like schools. Supermarkets. Stores. The bus stop....and more.

Ive lived here almost six months and can definitely give it a five star rating. Diana is the most helpful person I have ever met, and with new manager Laura (who is super happy and willing to do whatever needs to be done) it is easy to see that changes are already in the process.

I moved into the complex about 4 months ago, Diana was extremely helpful with the application process and even now with anything that arises she immediately takes care of it for us.The new manager Laura has also been helpful going above and beyond for my family and I. We moved into a Newly renovated apartment so haven’t had any issues,I never see or hear my neighbors (which is great lol) When small things come up maintenance is always available even after hours. The portal to pay rent, submit maintenance requests, or view the lease is so convenient. I would definitely recommended this place especially with the new renovations and amenities that are in the works.

My husband and i like living in Laguna place apartment. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable, and management is always nice and polite. So thank you Lagunas for excepting to renew our lease for one more year.

I was looking forward moving to this place with my family but after reading so many bad reviews im scared, lots of comments about loud music and smoking In balcony. im not sure if its even worth it now. i would like to know if theres an update regarding all this mess (loud music) unacceptable. Going on month 10 and nothing has been done about noisy neighbors. Seriously this complex is just ghetto. I do not mind if you wanna sit on your patio and smoke your marihuana BUT I do mind if you blast your Spanish music at night and act a fool and be loud so that people who actually work in the morning cant go to sleep. On that note, yes I especially wouldnt recommend moving here if you have kids.

I’ve been apartment searching for quite some time, and all the places have been a let down. The properties would either fall short of my expectations, some would be just on point but the leasing consultants made me walk away, etc. When I arrived, I was expecting the same experience that I got from everyone else, but then I met a leasing consultant by the name of Diana Aponte. She presented the complex in such a way, that shows she actually cares about what she does and what customers are receiving. Although I’m still currently looking for apartments, she is the reason I gave this complex almost 5 stars. The place looked like your slightly above average complex, and the insides seemed like they were recently renovated. In addition, they were decorated with stainless steel appliances. This was one of my better experiences. I definitely feel that I will be back, without hesitation.

Buildings are still not fixed from a hurricane from over a year ago. A tree took down part of a fence and they got rid of the tree but the fence is still broken and its only a little section of a chain link. They never fixed what I told them about when I moved in. They left nails and staples around my home so when i moved in i had to make sure myself, wife or dogs wernt gonna stab our feet. They leave nails all around the grass and parking lot. Their gym has not been open on over a year, their basket ball court has never had nets or hoops up. People let their dogs poop in the grass infront of peoples doors and dont pick it up. They dont tell you about fees they dont go over with you in your lease and they illegally changed my lease to 12 months from 11in their computer and argued with my wife over the phone and me in person about it and it took me asking them to pull the paper lease out to see. I want the contact information of who runs laguna and they told me to google it. DONT MOVE HERE I pay over 1k a month for their smallest 1br 1bth and they raised their rent a few hundred before their added fees.

Pay a little extra and move somewhere else. Not worth the headaches.

The worse the worse place wish I would had listen. The is what happened to me today as explained in thier work order: a/c units thermostat is not working properly once the ac/ goes off. It will neither go back on and I have to switch it to the on position; sometimes it cools sometimes it does not.I called yesterday at around 6:10pm when I got back from work and the a/c unit was on but the apartment was at 92 degrees. (lve called earliear from work but no one anwered) Almost 30 minutes later the on call maintenance call me and I explained the situation, he then told me that it was better if he comes tomorrow (today) I pleaded with him so him to come but he gave me so many excuses (that it could be so many things) that I told him if you dont want to come dont come and I hanged up. I had to play with the a/c thermostat almost all evening as it got closer to the 98 degrees inside the apartment even open the door but didnt cool much. Finally by 3am a/c kicked in and started working to cool down enough that me and my nephew (adopted son) could sleep. In my prior conversation with maintenance he said he will come by 12 noone and maintenance never showed up. Call the office and explain to the lady the situation and it seemed like if she was going to help until I told her about my newphew been in here. She said that she was going to call the manager and when she called back told me that the manager said they can not come and fix the a/c if there is a minor (adopted son is 17years) I explained to her in previous time theyve come into the apartment before even with my nephew in the apartment she said they will not. I said ok that I will call the police which of course wont be able to do anything anyway. It is 6 minutes to 1pm and they still have not showed up. By the way no difference from previous management.It is 1:00pm they still havent even call.

Worst apartment complex around this area!! Since we moved in we are having problems with a neighbor playing loud music all the time,starting early in the morning (before you go to work) until you come back home at night. Multiple people complained about the situation. The management doesnt do anything!!! Even the police got involved multiple times. Ants are just everywhere in the apartment. Take your money and spend 50$ more and go somewhere else. Ignorant people all around this place.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! Most people in this complex dont realize that if you live in an apartment that there are certain rules that apply,for example playing your music so loud that the whole neighborhood hears it. Management got contacted and nothing has changed for the last 6 months!! My husband and me evwn had to call the police one night.The condition of the apartments are unacceptable! Ants and roaches everywhere, the Ac is not properly working,causes your utility bill to go high but you dont get a cool apartment! New neighbor moved in,his patio is just dirty cigarettes and beer bottles everywhere and now we have more roaches than ever. Constantly loud music on the patio and parties,when trying to talk to him he got upset because he didnt understand English. This place is just frustrating and I would highly recommend NOT to move here. My husband and my lease is up in 4 months and we are so READY to get out of this miserable place!

Terrible experience with this apartment. They lied about how much our apartment would cost, once we met them to sign the lease their was white out over the leave length and a number 11 was written over it. Would never recommend some living here.

I have lived here 2 years ago and we are very happy to remain in this community, the office and maintenance staff are excellent, regarding the covid they have taken all the necessary precautions so that the community is protected, they are following up with the residents in giving support and have a secure roof, my only concern is that the rent is a bit high .. otherwise Laguna place is an excellent community!

I am about to move to this complex I have high expectations, the service provided by Diana from my point of view was excellent, she helped me with the application, she showed me the apartment, there are some small details that must be corrected before giving me the apartment later I will inform how Im doing, so far everything is fine. Please dont move here, there are better options than this!Leases every year are more and more expensive. For some ugly, poorly equipped and old apartments. The apartments move like an earthquake, every moment someone climbs the stairs or walks in the hallways. There is a smell of marijuana that seeps through the exhaust duct every night. We have sent more than 10 requests and the same thing keeps happening. The air conditioning is super bad, it sounds super harsh and it doesnt cool anything. Its the same with that, theyve never done anything for him. The truth is that every time, they bother and bother you more for everything and you do not see an improvement in prices, or in your apartment. You never find available parking, they should assign a parking space to each apartment.A total disappointment.
