I recently dealt with the leasing agent, Monica, and she was SOOOOOO helpful, friendly, and insightful. It was with her caring hand that my fiancé and I decided to rent there, even though they were not the price leader. We instantly felt like part of the community and I am beyond pleased that we were able to deal with Monica and receive the care, patience, and attention to detail that we needed.
Im not a resident but today I was visiting my friend there and we was next to my friend garage and my car was in the parking next to us and the new towing service indirectly kick us out because we dont have the resident sticker and we tell him we was there we not gone stay and he said you have to move it or I have to tow it. It not make sense if you visiting your friend you have a hour schedule for visiting and if the clock hit the 10:30 you not gone see your car out side because he gone tow it. So people if you got a friend living there you better watch out.
The office staff is great, the neighbors are great. The only issue I have is the new parking/towing policy. There arent enough visitor parking spaces, and I dont want my friends cars to be towed.
From the moment we’ve moved in, the staff at Sonoma Pointe have been very welcoming. Monica and Yovania are the best! They are both very kind and extremely helpful.The gated community is quite, well kept and clean. Thank you to Xavier and Rafael who are always working hard to maintain the property and keep it looking beautiful.My family has enjoyed living here so far! We appreciate the staff for all your hard work, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. This is an excellent place to live!

I just moved out after a year and a half there. Yovania and Maria at the office were understanding and responsive to my needs as I extended my lease to accommodate my house purchase. They were always kind and welcoming to me and my daughter.Xavier was super helpful during routine maintenance as well as the move out process. As I was cleaning the apartment to move out I noticed an item Id forgotten, way up at the top of the cabinet after Id moved all ladders and stools out, he came and got it for me.The team goes above and beyond to help and makes you feel like family.
Pathetic apartment community that enforces rules at their own discretion.Cockroach infestations.Maintenance is careless when handling property chores around our vehicles.There is limited parking (no reserved) and there is only 9 guest parking spots, and they’re all always taken by other peoples vehicles who live there.Car was towed after being parked 2 hours in a spot right in front of my apartment, on a Sunday at 2pm LOL. How pathetic can you be ? Seriously. Slime of the earth
The staff is very responsive and dedicated the ground are nicely maintained. The pool area is beautiful and the grilling area is very well appointed. The people that I have had contact with are very friendly and nice. I am very impressed with the entire complex

I moved here 4 years ago. I was the very first person to move into my unit, everything was brand new. No one had lived in my apartment. Cleanliness on the grounds could be better. I do love the neighborhood and convenience of everything being nearby.
I would not rent from here. I was moving from up North when I contacted this complex. My son came to look at the apartment and was told to have me deal with Mary. Well over 2 weeks went by and many calls from me, never heard from Mary. On the 3rd week I went to a different complex not managed by Bell and found a great place to live. But when I finally did talk to Mary she promised me a refund on my application fee because I told her, if I cant get in touch with a person when Im trying to give you money and no one responds, what will happen if something went wrong in the apartment, Id never see anyone. Well its been 6 weeks, I even contacted Bell Partners directly, and no one has ever reached out to speak with me let alone give me my refund. So if you want to feel comfortable turning over that much money each month, DONT RENT HERE.
I have had a good experience this far during the application and move in process. The front office staff is very patient and kind. Yovania goes the extra mile ( and I can be quite a handful at times). Ive owned all my homes so going back to apartment living was an adjustment but shes made the transition as seamless as possible.The only negative is that a few things werent up to standard on move-in day. The walls were not painted the color I was told, the door to the washer and dryer is warped and has to be pushed to close and even when it closes its crooked, the cleaning crew did a pretty poor job so I hired my own cleaners, and there were ants in the master bedroom which pest control didnt take care of until three days after my initial call.Otherwise, things have been going pretty smoothly. I look forward to making them my home for the next year or so. Apartment living isnt perfect but I think they do everything they can to make it as comfortable as possible. :)
Love the location! Tremendous customer service! I have been diligently searching for a great apartment for my aunt. Harold Montañez assisted me during my appointment and is an incredible asset to the Sonoma leasing team. He was very professional, informative and kind. I had a terrific experience during my tour. I would definitely recommend!!!

This is the second year in the complex. It has been an absolutely great experience. The complex and its facilities are always clean and in perfect conditions. Last year I had a problem but this year that has not happened. I really enjoy living here. I would recommend to everyone who is looking a great place to live. Thank you to the admin staff who is always taking care of everything.
Sonoma Pointe is hands down the best place to live in Kissimmee, while being close to Orlando. The location is amazing and there are plenty of stores and restaurants. Mary and her team keep this place in tip top shape, and its apparent as soon as you go through the gates.
Did a tour with Monica. She was very polite and helpful. Jiovana was also very helpful. She helped me in finding the right apartment. There were some maintenance issues. After calling the office, Jiovana got. Xavier, Maintenance Supervisor, to come over to get the issues taken care of. Xavier did a good job. Just the stairs now needs power washing and touch up painting to be done.. My experience here has so far been positive
This complex is stellar. The management company tries to accommodate its residents as much as possible, with some rules - like pool hours - being more flexible because theyre rooted in courtesy and common sense.Maintenance is rapid...I dont have a better word for it.Office staff - Coraly and Elliott - are awesome and on top of things. They are always smiling, friendly, attentive, and empathetic. They address concerns extremely quickly.Move-in was flawless and painless. Most of the leasing stuff is done online at your convenience.All in all, theres a reason this property has a waiting list.
Since July, trash sitting around on the property or outside of the doors at all times of the day have been an issue. We were lied to and said the complex wasnt being sold but since we had to see the same trash items sitting outside of the doors for weeks, we knew something was going on. It is still an issue. One of the Shark boxes sitting outside of the door in the pictures included is still outside of the door this morning. Management clearly does not care about anything going on in the back side of the complex. Trash bags around the lake have been there for 2 weeks. We told maintenance, reported it to the office staff last weekend, and again today. I received an email stating the complex was notified of my renters insurance being cancelled due to non-payment or a lapse in the policy to respond within 48 hours. I called and said this has never been the case and obtained a copy of the insurance and went into the office this morning. I let them know I was offended to receive such an email like I did something wrong. The associate said its a general email that goes out and the copy we had in your file expired in July. Well that is clearly the incompetent employee that renewed our lease with us in July that was rushing us through the paperwork, that is not our fault the staff failed to do their job. How about an email saying they have no record of the current insurance policy on file, please provide one? I was told again, now the 3rd person employed by this complex within the past 2 weeks, that they will write a request for maintenance to have the trash bags at the lake picked up on Monday. Maybe the 3rd time will be the charm. We are on the 3rd floor and our apartment shakes from surround sound from neighboring apartments or from neighbors walking around so they were clearly built very cheap but are priced high because of the location. There are generations of families living in many of the apartments causing the parking to be minimal. I know this cant be following codes of how many people are allowed to live in each size apartment. I have pictures dated of these trash incidents mentioned but the system will not allow them all to be uploaded. I also obtained original emails sent with some of the pictures while complaining about the situations. We put a maintenance request to fix our shower door on 11/13 and on 11/23 we were told by maintenance that we had to fill a maintenance request out to have this done. We had to go into the office 11/25 where the associate could pull up our original request on 11/13, the request he put in when my husband complained on 11/22, and request again on 11/25 before maintenance showed up on 11/27.

Recently went looking for an apartment. Location is incredible. I was greeted by leasing agent, Mr Harold Montañez, who demonstrated great knowledge and experience. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was no pressure. Certainly Mr Montañez is a great asset to your company.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! Poorly managed and overpriced. I lived there for 10 months and was ready to go after the first one. You have to call the office at least five times before you can get someone to answer the phone. Management changes so frequently, that you can’t even get a sense of who does what around there. Security is a joke; people with no access either tailgate you inside or wait in front of the gate in their cars for you to let them in BEFORE you. It wasn’t that big of a deal to me until someone was MURDERED in the building adjacent to me. Pest control does absolutely nothing either; no matter how clean you keep your unit, all kinds of creatures still find their way in. When a few people decided to not follow rules and throw huge parties at the pool, everyone else gets punished instead by restricting you to two guests at a time. (Which still was loosely enforced). On top of all this, ten weeks before my lease was up I got a letter saying that if I wanted to renew for another year the rent would increase by nearly $300 per month! I called the office the next afternoon and informed them that I had no intentions of staying and whomever I spoke to just said “okay” and hung up. When it was about five weeks until my lease was up, I was then informed that the office needed a written response at least two months before the end of the lease. The penalty was a $1500 fine! I lost it. If you decide to live here, despite my review, you probably don’t many other options. I just urge to read the fine print on the lease paperwork.

I have lived here for two years, and this place is AWESOME! The staff is great, friendly, overall amazing. They are willing to work with you, they are prompt with everything. They throw all kinds of great events for the residents, and holidays. If I had to recommend any place in the Orlando area it would for sure be Sonoma Pointe! I rate it a 11/10 Come in and talk to Gabe!

Overall great experience. Came here with lots of questions and Leasing Specialist Harold Montañez was patient in answering and addressing all of my concerns.
I lived here for a year and a half. The office was always very helpful. The pool during the summer was always fun. Lots of music and family vibe. The apartments are nice granite top kitchen and bathroom. Very quiet, no bad ambiance with the neighbors. No one hanging out on the steps boozing or smoking. Things they need are a kids park instead of the dog park and security at least on the weekends.
Had a great experience at this location. I was helped by Katherine who was the most amazing person. She showed me the floor plans they have and was really on point with everything . Unfortunately they were to small for me as Im looking for more space but I will be sending and referring people to Katherine just based on how amazing she was. Very professional
The water smells horrible! It smellls like sulfur/ rotten eggs. They say its well water. Something they dont tell you before you move in. Please smell the water when you look at the apartment. The apartments themselves are nice but not nice enough to cook, clean, bathe and walk around smelling like rotten eggs.
I’ve been living in a Sonoma for couple of weeks now, but I feel the need to share my experience; I have not lived in a apartment complex for many years and I’m so happy that I landed here, from the beginning the Manager Tracy was amazing in helping me with my moving dates (that I had to change twice) and she was always very understanding of my situation, the lady’s in the office are amazing as well have a great relationship with them, so props to Jovania and Catherine, I mean this people go beyond anything their customer service is top notch and even the maintenance guys are great! Everyone is here to help and to make you feel at home! Love Sonoma thank you guys!
I visited Sonoma Point with my dad a few days ago. I toured with a young lady I dont remember her name(sorry) but she was so sweet and welcoming. Although it was out of my price range she still made sure I left with a file filled with information about the property and didnt push me off. She genuinely cared for me and my needs.She provided me with a card for a realtor that helped me find an apartment. Being that I am new to the area, this was extremely helpful. Thank you !!
DO NOT RENT !!!! My sister and I researched Sonoma Pointe and I was very impressed by the photos and pricing online. We went to the property to take a tour. Walked inside the leasing office, we were not acknowledged for about 15 minutes. Two ladies were in the front office discussing wedding plans and how they were going to fire the leasing agent!! We couldnt believe the conversation we were hearing, it was uncomfortable and unprofessional. After 15 minutes of their conversation, one of the ladies with short hair cut came out to greet us. If your in the market to rent apartment in the Kissimmee area, DO NOT RENT HERE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and CLASSLESS!!!!!!
The apartments are spacious and comfortable. I really like that the balcony has a window making it feel like a townhouse or house. The price is good and manageable. The amenities are the same as other complexes but one thing I do like is the barbeque area. VEry comfy and inviting.
Lived here for a short year while me and my wife bought a home. The service from the front office is phenomenal, very attentive to any of our needs and just over all very welcoming (Especially Gabriel & Eli). Keep up the good work guys Sonoma would not be Sonoma with out you guys! Very recommendable and will be the place where I come to first if I am ever in need of an apartment again.
Went on a tour with Gabriel and I absolutely loved his personality. He gave me and my family a tour and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back when we are ready to move.

I recently move out after living there for three years, not a good experience I was paying $1650 a month and they wouldn’t clean the staircase and hallways. The pool was always full of people that didn’t even live there throwing loud parties and sometimes fights would break out in the parking lot and no parking after 10:00pm especially on the weekends.Definitely not a family environment trust me this property is poorly managed.
It’s a beautiful community. I only have 1 month at Sonoma Pointe but I love it since the first day. I recommend it, really is an excellent community

Wouldnt recommend. Management is slow to respond to request for anything. You got people literally living in a vehicle in the parking lot, garbage In the breezeways, walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors. Maintenance staff is good when or if they get the request youve sent on the online portal that sucks. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.In response to the owner reply by Kathy. Good try, talk is cheap. Its clear nobody gives a damn. I said what I have to say and theres no possible way the rating will change.
Ive been since the beginning of December 2018 asking for the contract to renew they keep telling me they sent it and i never get it and just cause they dont care about printing it they keep telling me to wait for the email i dont care about an email i need the to print it and that is it i find it irresponsible on their part i work all day and dont have time for this my wife keeps going and nothing happens this people do not know what they are doing
Please dont move here! The office is the worst I have ever dealt with!The move-in process was a little chaotic because I had to contact the leasing office 3 times, just to receive the copy of my lease so I could sign it.During the time I lived there it was fine, but definitely not great. The pool was closed often. The office never answered phone calls and didnt feel helpful in person. The walls were very very thin and you could hear people walking around outside from inside the apartment.The move-out process has been the worst! After turning in my keys and following all orders from the office on how to complete the process, I was told that the final bill would be mailed to my forwarded address to be paid. The final bill included a late payment fee since I had not paid it on the first of the month. (My move-out date was the 8th and I was not quoted the amount until weeks later...) I was also being billed for canceling my lease before the actual lease term date. (This was again, another mis-step on their end since they had written down that I had a 13-month lease and I had to provide proof that my lease was actually for 12 months.) Even after that whole ordeal, they insisted that they must charge me the late fee, even though it was 3 weeks after move-out and they still didnt have the amount that I should pay settled. (How I was supposed to have predicted the amount 3 weeks prior is a little ridiculous to me...) Anyways, they finally figured on a correct amount and I mailed them a check for the balance. I called several days later to confirm that they received the check and they said yes, but they didnt notice right away since it was on the wrong desk? It is now 4 months later and I am currently dealing with them again, since they have sent my account to collections, saying that I have never paid the final balance.This office will not answer their phone and I am honestly just tired of trying to do their job for them. If you are looking to live somewhere with a functioning leasing office, look somewhere else!
Very nice and well maintained community. Apartments are beautiful and staff is friendly. Would like other amenities like a childrens playground or definitely a car wash area, instead a dog park.

Walls paper thin. They slap these cheap wooden Apts up in a couple months. Then charge over $1000 a month. Looks good on the outside because they are new. Its like a cardboard box.
I will disagree with the reviews below. It is a residents duty to keep their home clean and sanitary all around. The staff is very attentive to important situations and very friendly.
BEWARE of the Roach infestation & very thin floors, you can hear every noise from your neighbors. You can complain to the office & they will absolutely do Nothing! We call the police because the security they have living on property he is a joke. Save your money & go somewhere else.
The apartment and the location are both Great. Nice quiet community. One thing I can for sure complain about is the lack of parking spaces for those that work a later shift. Most times out of the week I have to park two buildings down from where my apartment is. Other then that its a comfortable place to live. The extra $10 I pay every month for the VIEW is cool too I guess.
I give 5 stars to the service and communication the front office gives us. Gabriel is awesome.
Absolutely the WORST STAFF & Complex ever. You have a lady named ELI & a guy named Gabriel that they seem like they both need training especially ELI not sure how she still has a job. The building was made poorly, you are paying a high rent just because of the looks inside, you can go to another complex in hunters creek & get your moneys worth. Better yet buy a house. You will be very upset the buildings have a roach infestation that they can’t get rid of. Once you contact the office Eli answers the phone like she’s being bothered & if you go into the office she starts rolling her eyes. I have asked for the corporate contact information & yet still to get that information. Obviously they don’t want anyone contacting corporate on them. Again don’t waste your hard earned money go rent elsewhere!!!!
Been living at sonoma pointe for quite some time now. Paying 1370 for one bedroom apartment, they charge u for thrash pickup and I always take out my thrash, that shouldve been an option, also when u called them for something that broke. Believe me u have to call them back twice to remind them about it. I also dont feel safe there anymore because twice I came home and saw a bunch of police cars and fire trucks outside, people fighting one guy being shot and died. Its crazy for the amount of money we paying to live there. They said everywhere is being monitored by cameras and still couldnt find the guy that shot the man. Im never renting back there again.

I lived on this place for 3 consecutive years, but I left the place because the new manager is little diligent, we have a situation that it was been reported since October 2018. We follow everything what she said, with out results, my husband made a review about the situation, and whent he went to the office to communicate that we are leave the place, she talk to him about the review, she request to take care of the situation now because she understands what we have been going thru.She offer to move to other apartment with out increase our monthly payments and everything just if we decide to stay and we delete the review that my husband made, in the middle of the situation we request time to figure out and take a decision. She allow us to take the time and we did, we finally communicate our leaving notice 3 days after and now we have to pay a penalty. Why if she knew this never make clear the date for us, why she never was fair a d put a dead line to communicate our decision. This was really unfair, if you think about we was in the middle of the situation. She never was clear and honest on her intentions.And also they charged us for a replaced carpet, and this is another point, when I went to made the formal deliver of the keys I requested to the manager to walked thru the apartment to show her everything, and she said no, thanks good I took pictures of everything, I sent it but I still wait for response.Enjoy living here but take care of this team, they are rude when you are a head headpain inclusive if you have the thru on your side.
Not a fan of this place. You will get to know the guys from Massey quite well because the roach and ant problem is insane. The plumbing problem here is really bad atleast in our building but the guy that came and fixed it said it was an issue the whole complex deals with. No peace and quiet. Just too easy to hear everything going on in other apartments and outside. If it were $800 a month I would understand but $1500 for this is robbery. Great location, awful construction. Do your homework.
I have been a resident here since 2017 and I am pleased to recommend Sonoma Pointe to anyone who loves living peacefully in elegance.
I live at the apartment above the show apartment they have with my wife and 2 kids (one of them with epilepsy and special needs) and the manager and assistant manager showed up at my door twice to tell me that my kids CANT play or run in our apartment during business hs because they are showing the apartment downstairs and since the floor is too thin there is loud noises coming from our apartment, i told them we cant tight our kids and put them in the closet, later they served us with 2 letters and told us if one more noise comes from our apartment they going to evict us, i work 18 hs a day to support my family and an eviction will destroy our lifes, at this point we had to pay a lawyer for a first consultation which was not cheap and they say this is ILEGAL, is a VIOLATION of a federal law FHA, for more info i contacted the HUD and they clearly said this is and act of DISCRIMINATION and INTIMIDATION, and they remarked saying this is SERIOUS, CHILDREN have the right to exercise their routine and their RIGHTS especially during normal hours, this people wont let us go without hurting our credit with and eviction or broken lease, im willing to work something out just because i dont have the time to deal with this, but if this doesnt get resolved and we get evicted over this ILLEGAL ACTION i will have no other choice to take this to court and let the judge decide the outcome, i need somebody above the manager to contact us ASAP. this is not right, this is ILLEGAL!
Someone leased an apartment under my husbands identity. These people do NOT do proper background checks! Do not rent here! We just received a bill for $4,951 for an apartment that we DID NOT RENT! Now we have to deal with this fraud.

So here is what you have to look forward to:A) you will get a thrid floor apartment and not have to deal with hearing every movement from your neighbors upstairs but they will hear yours and complain.B) you will get a first floor apartment and be able to stomp around and do whatever you please but you will hear every movement the neighbora upstairs make. (If they have kids good luck keeping your sanity)C) you will get a second floor apartment and have to deal with both the noise upstairs and having to tip toe around your own place as to not disturb the people downstairs.Just ask yourself if paying $1400+ to deal with a constant headache and stress is worth it...if it is then I highly recommend this place for you!I got a chuckle from the response below...absolute joke...solution? Rebuild your cheap ass flooring! This place sucks people...can’t wait until my lease is up!

The place is beautiful, great amenities and location, but noyone answers the phones. I am trying to reach the office in regards to my application.
I moved in and dealt with Gabriel whom was very welcome kind and understanding, everything was ok until my pay date change at worked. I went into the office and spoke with all three member of staff whom seems very understanding, the first month late fee was waive and i was okay with paying the additional $100 for being late couples of days. My problem started when i had to stop working full-time because of the time i had to spent taking my dad for his treatments who his 81 year old and live with me and currently being treated for cancer. I knew that my rent for the month of September was going to be very late i report this to Eli and Traci, i asks Traci on the 6th September if i could let someone paid my rent via Credit Card she told me no it is not the company policies. I was told to ensure it is paid by the latest 14th, when i found out this was not going to happen i went back to Eli she told me that i should ensure it is paid by the 22 or they will have no option to start eviction notice. On the 19th i meet another resident and we got taking about my dad and how he his responding to his treatment, i found out that yes i could make the rent payment via credit card, i rang my cousin and she made the payment on the 19th, eviction notice was them delivered on the 21st to my sick dad, i came home and found him in tears, blaming himself for our predicament, how heartless. i went to the office no remorse only that i should sign a stipulation, i had no choice i signed it, them it was a big issue for my dad to go to the office to signed i explain that he is not able to do so because of him doing chemo and radiation treatment daily he is not allowed to be in contact with the public, after telling Traci that she is placing me in a difficult situation of choosing between a place to live and my dad health Eli contacted me and took it to my dad for signing, this i thought was the end and we would be left alone, i was then contacted again about missing payment for lawyer fees, i ask was i given a copy of the letter i was told no but i was advise about the payment, yes Traci did mention it but i taught they would be adding it to the rent. in conclusion they are not there to assist and help the resident after the initial honeymoon period there are no understanding no kindness, only the end result of money. I do understand business but i also now understand life. `how can you serve an eviction notice to a vulnerable 81 year old whom is dying. That i cannot forgive you all for. Seeing my dad in tears because he is told he had nowhere to live whilst been terminally ill. We are still threaten with eviction procedure although our rent is paid and we are leaving.

Love this place! Since new management took over this property is much better and well maintained, staff is super friendly knowledgeable and professional, everything gets done in a timely manner and the office opens 7 days a week for our convinience wich i find pretty cool. Defenetly recomend to anyone looking to rent!

The customer service in this place suck. The prices are ok but not the best. But just walking in the people act as if I was a bother to them, I was interrupting their conversation, two thumps down.
STAFF is horrible & be very careful because if you live here they will make sure to Tarnish your record & tell you lies then turn around & submit an eviction once your out of the complex & then ELI will call you to lie to you to tell you that if you bring back the keys it will not go onto your record but it does. She’s a con artist with no people skills. Go Rent elsewhere or buy a house if you can. Sonoma Pointe is horrible.
Wish the kids could play in the grass. There is dog poop everywhere. Management addresses the situation via email and nothing changes.

Leasing office dont try to help you move in, they just want you to get out as fast as you can so they can be alone or something, they told us you will pay a lot here so look for something else when we ask for he price, plus was annoyed when we ask us to show the apartment model
