When he came, he chiseled out my door and promised to fix it later and never did.After I moved out, they told me my apartment looked clean. I even rented a carpet cleaner and the property manager SAW ME cleaning the carpet and commented on it. She said it looks great, but she did have to let me know that there would be a carpet evaluation and typically its just a $75 cleaning fee. Today I got a call letting me know I need a carpet REPLACEMENT due to heavy wear and PET DAMAGE. I dont own a pet -- I have severe allergies and allergy-induced asthma. This means they are fabricating a situation to try to get money. They are a scam.Do not live here.Also, there is never any parking. They dont enforce any parking policies, so youre at the mercy of all your rude, loud neighbors.

I rented here from 2018-2020 and I loved it! I’m a homeowner now, but I do still miss our apartment here from time to time. It was cozy. The staff inside is very nice, they get to know you personally. I’ve never had issues like what some people are mentioning in these bad reviews. The only one that’s true is the parking issue. If you get home super late, you may have to park at another building. But that’s due to an over-abundance of guests, not because there isn’t enough space. I know they do their best to manage it as well, I’ve seen towing warning stickers put on cars for people not following the rules. But that’s my only complaint! All in all, these are very nice apartments. You get more room here for the same price as other places, it’s clean, and maintenance is on top of their game :) And yes you can get your deposit back upon moving out if you leave your place in good shape, I did lol. I would absolutely rent here again.

They towed my car with the sticker and I am a resident I’m trying to turn my keys In Because I am moving out and online it says there open Saturdays and Sundays but no one is in the office.

The management staff is terrible not friendly and terrribe work ethic LIES about garage rentals all they want is your money ! SCAM

If I could do a 0 I would, can’t wait 30 more days till my lease is up. This place is too expensive for antiquated appliances, bland wall colors, and NO amenities but an old looking pool that has furniture that does not even match in color! Too many nice places around for you to live here.

Unbelievable. Drove two hours into town to look at several apartment complexes and had this one on my list. Arrived 20 mins till 5pm, was told they are getting ready to close and would not open to gate to let me in to view the complex. Was told “I have to schedule a tour” to view the complex tomorrow. A tour in the midst of a pandemic? Went to 10 other gated properties the same day that were helpful and had no issues opening the gate to drive around while on the phone discussing available properties. Didn’t want to believe the bad reviews and give this property a chance, but I guess they are true.

Lived here for a year. Staff was “sweet” until you sign the lease. Deborah in particular is the worst one there. I mean constant attitude from her. Be ready that if they find one thing wrong about your place they will try to keep coming in to do inspections to see if you fixed the “problem” then find something else to complain about. My “problem” in particular was my closet was “messy”. Yes I am a woman and I have a lot of clothes LOL. They came 3 or 4 times to inspect it until me and my husband got so fed up with it we literally took everything out of the closet so it was completely empty and they couldn’t say anything. So be warned that they invade your privacy. Rent is way too much for what you get. Outdated appliances, our ice machine never worked even after telling them to fix it for example. The pool doesn’t even have matching chairs/tables. Carpet is everywhere, gross. And there is never any parking if you work late nights. Husband would have to park 3 buildings down and in the winter time it’s not fun walking all that. Please believe the reviews y’all. I did not and I paid the consequences smh.

Spent a good 2 years without missing rent & kept damage to a minimum. But than you get the balance of moving out! $500 for hidden fees like replacing the carpet where it’s everywhere in the units. Do Not move here if you do not know that!

The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional

Management was nice right up until you sign the lease. Ana is the only person in the office that takes care of residents. There’s never any parking, the gate is always broken, and the appliances are constantly breaking. Horrible experience for my first apartment.RUN! If you don’t use a sugar sweet voice when the women in the front office, they will target your vehicle.

If there was anything less than 1 star, I would have put that. This place is hands down the worst place I have ever experienced living. From parking (youre considered lucky if you ACTUALLY find parking in front of your building, to loud neighbors, to dog feces on every inch of grass, to raccoons constantly attacking your garbage and leaving your garbage splattered by your front door. That is just the beginning.The management is not nice at all and always looking for a way to charge you for anything and everything. Even the sticker on your car just to show youre a resident costs $50 if lost. I understand it is our fault if we lose it, but who charges $50 for a sticker? They dont care about their residents at ALL. I have been living here over a year and ALWAYS paid rent on time. Bc of the holiday we paid it ONE day late, and not even as a courtesy would they waive the $100 fee-after 14 months of paying on time. I have never had any corporation or company not waive this as a warning or courtesy ONE. TIME. This is the first time i ever heard any place just flat out say no and be rude about it too. When you do ask the front desk for anything its as if youre asking them for a favor, not that they work there. All the neighbors are loud, smells like weed and cigarettes. Would only live here if you want to experience living in a college dorm.

I moved in a few weeks ago, and I just love it. Its a beautiful complex, and very reasonably priced. Apartments just a mile or two away in Hunters Creek are several hundred dollars more, and Rapallos apartments are larger, newer, with better appliances. Its very safe and clean here. I have a woods view apartment, so its extremely quiet. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, so Im really thrilled I chose to live here.

The apartments themselves are decent: I wouldnt call them luxury though. Besides the small size increase, they are comparable to any other apartment. The closet doors are the worst. They fall off the hinges all the time. The most disappointing part of these apartments is that they increase your rent EVERY YEAR. So if you are looking for somewhere to stay for more than a year, be prepared to pay more and more and more and more...every year. Our rent has gone up by about $50 each year to the point that we do not want to pay the price anymore. Last year our whole building almost emptied out for this very same reason. They cant keep long term customers because they continuously raise prices for what is comparable to the surrounding location...it isnt Hunters Creek - its Kissimmee and apartments down the street are only $900. Sorry Rapallo - not worth the money especially with the lack of amenities. Wouldnt recommend renting for long term.

Very rude office staff, cashed a check and removed the rent via automated debit- charged my grandmother $50 for returned check. Said there was nothing they could do about it. Pretty sad thing to do to an elderly woman that lives check to check off of SSI. Wish I could’ve given them “0” stars, they don’t deserve one. Looking at the other reviews seems like a lot of residents are unhappy with this place. Look over some of the reviews- DON’T MOVE HERE you’ve been WARNED!!!!!!

Well first of all i am sick of this because my child is supposed to wait inside the lobby when she gets home but just because children around her were loud and she supposedly kicked them out without my permisson and it wasnt my childs fault so now she has to wait outside and no one is watching her or the kids and they could get hurt or something bad might happen plus we are right near the woods so you can imagine the bad things.Plus they wont let them get cups for water. Like do you think this is acceptable for my child to be going through this I think this should be fixed but unfortunately it is not they do not care at all plus the rent here is way too expensive just for a one bedroom its like $1,049 like is that acceptable know you should be playing at least like a hundred $700 like thats not acceptable first of all so I definitely do not think you guys should rent an apartment here this is my complaint and I know it is more of a personal thing and should not be posting it on the website but if you are reading this right now do not come here you will die headaches of stress it is horrible dont come here

IT would be a nice place to live if there was actually caring competent management. If youre looking for an apartment STAY AWAY FROM RAPALLO. If you dont Believe me just read all the other reviews from residents. If you do decide to.move in just hope nothing ever breaks or goes wrong because they will find a way to blame you or hold you accountable for the incident, the girls at the front are nice but unfortunately they have to run everything through their boss Deborah, and thats where all the problems are she is a shady disrespectful person that is impossible to talk to or approach. STAY AWAYYY !!!!!

So i live here since may and they are doing paint job on the building and i was giving 2 days to clear off the patio and I was unable to do it because I was working Im a father of two children. And life dose happened and not perfect. Because of this they are charging me 50$$ for a revisit thats money for food for my kids its sad. I dont see myself telling people to come here :(

1) Yes pretty inside/outside2) yes it is very overpriced3) they are very strict4) there is noooooooooo parking spots you need to leave your car all the way in africa and walk to your complex doesnt matter how much you are paying5) not luxury for what you are paying for, just the outside very clean and pretty so basically your just paying for aperances6) staff was never rude and always listened (my personal experience)

Thanks for vandalizing my car with a huge sticker warning about being towed. Sticker doesnt easily come off, and hinders drivers visibility to safely operate the vehicle. There are other ways to provide sufficient warning.

PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING HERE!!! Apartments are decent but highly overpriced, please keep in mind i do not care to pay a good amount of money if i am getting the service for it. When you first come to look at the apartments the staff is very friendly and understanding but once you sign the lease all of that is over. They dont care about the residents they only care about MONEY! They sell you the image that your living in a secured gated community but in reality youre not. The gates are constantly broken and they take months to fix them. cars get broken into & stolen, you would think that having surveillance cameras around the neighbor hood would help but unfortunately the ones we have are only for show because they dont work. Also theres never parking available close to your building. So if you work late nights just a heads up get ready to do some walking!! They also tell you theres a security on duty but in reality that security is only here to get cars towed its like they get commission from the towing company or something. Now your probably thinking theres someone who addresses these issues but guess what ? THERES NOT! The manager Deborah is selfish and only cares about money does not care to help her residents instead she likes to make our life more difficult. Shes not the person you would want to talk to about these issues. Takes no responsibility what so ever if anything happens here and its their fault she always tries to put it back on the resident. So if your like us that we wanted to give it the benefit of doubt even though we read pretty bad reviews save yourself the problem of moving here. Plenty of other newer places around cheaper and better service.

$1355 for a two bedroom? Not worth it. Appliances are old. The apartments are not worth paying that much. You can get better apartments for that money.

Management is terrible. There is never any type of parking, not even in the visitor spot most days then when you have someone find a spot since there is no parking they wake up with a sticker on their car window. The smoke alarms go off for the slightest puff of smoke and for the amount of rent, these apartments are they need to be updated.

This place is overall a good community to live but the rent is super high! Very quiet, great neighbors you dont even notice they are there. Pool is clean well maintained, grounds are well kept, trash valet service taken out daily from your front door, and lease staff & management are very friendly. Gym included and fun workout classes available and fun community events almost every week. Biggest complaint would be the rent price. Very high for just a 1 bedroom and its not even Hunters Creek. Also, parking is very bad. If you come past 10, expect to park in visitors parking.

-Thin walls you can hear everything!-Poor upkeep of common areas.-Not worth the EXPENSIVE rent price!-Grill in pool area has been broken for over 1 1/2 years.-Poor parking!-People smoke weed accross the building.-Stolen cars.-The amount of people who are allowed into the pool at a time is RIDICOULOUS!Let me give you a clue: Luxury does have a new address and it is certainly not here!

This is the worst apartment ever . they make you pay so much money and they cant even do their job. they basically live off of our money. they wont let the kids go inside the lobby because of one little incident. they watched a 61 kid yell at a 3rd grader and they didnt even do a thing. the kids are forced and yelled at to stay outside in the hot blazing sun and they had to go in the back near the forest where they can get hurt or kidnapped at any time. this is a horrible place for your kids. they dont care about your children not one bit. the rent is like almost $2000 dollars for 3 bedrooms. this is ridiculous. dont live here if u want your child to get possibly kidnapped. the workers here are fake and are rude when no one is around but when they have guest they act all nice and smile and ask how ur day is. these ppl are so cruel. they let little kids run around the complex with cars everywhere and dangers and they dont do anything . they should call the parents . dont live here if you have kids because thats my one priority when Im looking for apartments and the way they have it here is to much for children and there parents to handle. if you dont have kids, dont live here because they make you pay so much when there are other apartments out here that are way cheaper plus this place has a history of so much drug dealers. many people here sell drugs in the back. dont live here, its not a safe environment.

But hey, if they respond to this review it would be more of a response than they give to their residents.Massively overpriced. There are plenty of comps in the area (within 5-10 driving) that are essentially the exact same quality apartment for much less. This place is a complete rip off. Save yourself $200/month and the hassle of dealing with the incompetent staff and rent somewhere else.The parking situation is absolutely atrocious. I am forced, by virtue of not getting home until around 6:30pm each night, to park on the other side of the complex. Each night I walk by literally at least a dozen cars in front of my building that have no parking permit. Many of them have been parked in that same spot for multiple days at a time.The management will not reply to repeated emails asking for an explaination of why they dont even bother to enforce their own parking rules, and they close right at 5:00pm so I cant ask them in person.Save yourself the trouble, and dont live here.

Living here at the Rapallos has been nothing but headaches the management is horrible and there is always a issue with something. For instance they have a computer room but the internet is always down and the printer is out of ink. The main gate is always broken or set open at late hours of the night when it should be closed. Our washer broke down 4 times since we been here and flooded our apartment due to negligence of the swap they did and they did not do anything but put these huge fans in the rooms. They say luxury has a new name but it sure isnt Rapallo.

While I lived there it was ok but they never clean the spider webs and there was dog waste all over the place. The day I moved out they send the maintenance person to check the apartment and he said it was ok but to may surprise they later sent me a letter asking $145.00 because the carpet needed to be clean. I did clean the carpet myself and even the invoice they sent me was dates 5 days after I had vacated the unit. Beware if you think of renting a unit here.. Dont do itt!!

I MOVED HERE IN JUNE 2011 SINCE I HAVE BEEN HERE MY COUSINS CAR WAS STOLEN RIGHT FROM VISITORS PARKING AND WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES THAT HAVE HAD THERE CAR STOLEN. PEOPLE COME IN WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT AS LONG AS THEY KNOW SOMEONE WHO LIVES HERE THE POOL IS ALWAYS DIRTY ALONG WITH THE JACUZZI. PEOPLE COME IN AS THEY PLEASE AS LONG AS THEY HAVE FAMILY THAT LIVE HERE WHEN THERE IS A SIGN THAT STATES HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED PER RESIDENT AT THE POOL OR GYM. PEOPLE BRING DRINKS INTO THE POOL AND DONT CARE, GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN. STRANGERS WALK THROUGH THE COMPLEX AT NIGHT WHICH I FIND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. ADULTS AND CHILDREN SMOKE WEED RIGHT OUTSIDE IN PLAIN SITE AND DONT CARE. THE SECURITY CAMERA DOESNT RECORD AT ALL SO WHAT SECURITY DO WE EVEN HAVE NONE. WE PAY A LOT FOR THIS APARTMENT TO HAVE THINGS ALWAYS BREAKING, NO RECORDED SECURITY AND FOR THE GATED TO ALWAYS BREAK AND FOR PEOPLE TO COME IN HERE AN TRASH EVERYTHING. I MOVED HERE BECAUSE IT WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME AND SINCE WE HAVE BEEN HERE I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT BAD EXPERIENCES ALONG WITH THAT SAID THE SCHOOL SYSTEM IS HORRIBLE AND SO IS THE OSCEOLA BUS SYSTEM. I CAME FROM A DECENT MIDDLE CLASS AREA IN NJ AND I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SO MANY PROBLEMS LIVING IN OSCEOLA COUNTY AND LIVING IN RAPALLO APTS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVE IN HERE OR PUT YOUR KIDS IN OSCEOLA COUNTY SCHOOLS. THIS AREA IS VERY GHETTO. VERY UNHAPPY.

Very bad attention from Mrs. ANA Today, March 5, 2020, I received an External call from the ANA accountant to notify me the staff had been wrong and had awarded a check to my Rapallo account for the amount of 500 $ at the time of making my payment apparently that credit exists and I did not see that credit therefore when I executed the payment for my credit card only the amount of $ 1082 was charged plus a credit card use fee of $ 27, Right at this moment I learned that that was the amount charged to my account and I apologized and kindly told Mrs. about the possibility of making the payment of my remaining 500 dollars but I showed her my concern about having to pay the fee again of $ 27 for the use of my credit card, Ms. Ana tells me that she cannot do anything and told me that out of the bank she would take out cash, that she would buy a money order from using my credit card, in response to this Do I use my credit card to make my payments and disparagingly communicated to me saying “you have no money in your account? You should use an account to pay something that seems to me an absolute disrespect, she does not have to humiliate me that way I have my methods to make my payments the only thing with which I did not agree was to have to pay again the $ 27 fee since it was not my fault that the staff in charge was wrong and therefore I must make a new payment with a new fee.

I love them an excellent apartment, I recommend them to anyone who is willing and responsible.
