Communication is pretty poor with certain things. Emergency maintenance requests need to be handled BEFORE the emergency happens. If that does not make sense to you, its because it doesnt.

A property management company that fails to communicate. I wouldn’t trust the five star reviews that are two years old - I don’t recognize any of the names mentioned. It’s been the most laborious experience trying to work with this company. Maintenance issues have gone unaddressed and then mysteriously disappear in the work order portal. I have had to go so far as to communicate with the owner directly due to this company’s unresponsiveness. The front desk person, Shelbi, is kind and helpful, but the rest of the office have been anything but. Phones are rarely answered, promises for repairs are made but then never scheduled. Save yourself many many headaches and look elsewhere; I was naïve when I decided to ignore the poor reviews. My emergencies (broken water heater, non functioning ac) were addressed, albeit it took them 4 days to deliver hot water, but the things we found in disrepair upon move in have been ignored, despite being advised by Tim Trimbath to put in duplicate work orders that have now conveniently disappeared. It’s been an awful experience.

During our recent experience, the staff members were very accommodating & willing to look after all our needs. The property where we have moved is a brand new residence, and we have had many questions, e.g., instruction manuals for new appliances, mailbox number & location. David has been especially helpful in getting answers -- very detail-oriented.

Terrible service. Maintenance requests go ignored for months. Requests disappear from portal. When you manage to get in contact with someone they ask you to submit another request because they mysteriously disappear. Yet they never respond to them. Our rental property has had the same maintenance issue for months and it has yet to be resolved after several emails, calls and requests. Stay away.

Very appreciated with All County Metro and Staff. Excellent Service of 100%. Terry Worthy is a very humble man, that works hard in meeting client expectations. If ever need service again, i will not hesitate to contact.

All County North Metro Property is responsive and reliable. I don’tvworry about my property as long as it is under their management. Also, there has never been an issue in finding qualified tenants for the property
