My husband and I just spent our Honeymoon at Bakers Cay Resort and had the best experience with Scuppers Watersports! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the activities were more than perfect. When you work with Scuppers Watersports make sure to ask for Wyatt, Ricky, and Akheem. You will not be disappointed!

Very poorly run operation. Equipment looks like it’s ready for junkyard and staff seems to be bothered by having to serve customers. Tried to book jet ski rental a couple of days ago at Bakers Cay resort and was told they were booked for rest of day. Meanwhile three jet skis sat unused. Today finally got a “reservation”, but when I showed up at reserved time, was told they bumped me back 1.5 hours. No advanced notice or call that they changed my reservation. When I showed up at new time, they said will have to change the reservation to “later” due to equipment issues and a “rescue mission” and being backed up. No apologies or professionalism, so I just cancelled. Meanwhile, again two jet skis sit in the slip un used. Very disappointing.

Had a great time jet skiing and Para sailing with Scuppers in Key Largo! Great team and the guys were great at making sure we had a great, safe adventure!

Had an amazing time on the water with these guys! Professional and fun! Book them!! We will be back and can’t wait.

We had 2 reservations with Scupper’s while staying at the Baker’s Cay resort. Both were cancelled due to boat issues. Parasailing 15 minutes before our scheduled time when we came to check in and a tiki sunset boat an hour beforehand (on our anniversary our last night visiting… super anticlimactic end to our trip).The employees were extremely unresponsive and were visibly annoyed (and not looking up from their phones) anytime anyone came to them. They would claim they were booked for the day - but equipment sat unused for hours. The equipment, from boats to paddle boards, was obviously poorly taken care of.I would not recommend booking through them if you want any solid chance at getting your adventure in or want any level of customer service. There are hundreds of companies in the keys that don’t have constant issues.EDIT: 20 minutes after our sunset cruise was suppose to leave dock we noticed someone prepping the coolers on the tiki boat. We inquire with him- he was waiting for us. He was told last minute to come for a reservation while we were told it was cancelled. we ended up going out late but getting to go out. Neither us or the captain are sure what went on.

I booked a parasailing trip and requested for my photos to be taken...... however I did not have enough storage on my phone and was told by the owner that my photos would be emailed to me. I legit had to hound them for my photos and was told that he would send them to me when he’s ready . The staff does not answer my calls and give me the run around rather than just being honest and saying if they deleted the photos or not. I would not recommend this place for anyone. My parasailing trip at robbies was canceled and they recommended me to go to scuppers .... the employees at scuppers were bad talking robbies! they do not offer any kind of professionalism I really feel that I was taken advantage because I was alone and didn’t have anyone with me!

Had a great time with Captain Chris on our Tiki Hut sunset cruise. If you are at Bakers Cay in Key Largo, definitely sign up! Mike, Terrie, Pam and Gary.
