HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Coming for a days trip from Miami,Florida we decided to enjoy some wave runners in Key Largo. My wife and I operate boat rental services in Miami, Florida therefore our feedback may be more critical than average. We have been on multiple wave runners from companies throughout the years in Miami and the Florida Keys and have to say this has been one of the best wave runner companies out there. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. We rented for an hour and that was more than enough time to enjoy the bay. We did not feel rushed on time and the waver runners were in good condition. They did not incorporate into our 1hr time frame the departure from slip to the end of the channel and back; which adds extra free time. Many companies do not do that! Which is a plus and we very much appreciated!All in all GREAT SERVICE! GREAT PEOPLE! GREAT SKIS! Highly recommended!

My son and I had a great time zooming around on these WaveRunners on our last day in Key Largo. Neither of us had a boaters license, so wasnt surprised my 19 year-old son had to complete a 10 min safety course ($10 3rd party service via phone browser). Super-friendly staff, high-performance skis, reasonable price and a short walk from our hotel (Courtyard Marriott).After payment, safety deposit and briefing, we rode through the marina and was provided guidance on where to go and where to avoid. From that point on, your on your own, but the guide (sorry, Im horrible with names, but I remember he does MMA) is nearby in case you have questions. We brought snorkel gear (your WaveRunner has storage compartments), but never used them.Overall, I would highly recommend Key Skis and Adventures!

My husband sister and I all went Jet Skiing for the first time yesterday. We had a blast and David was very helpful. Super easy to not damage the jet skis, you just need to keep your distance from one another. 100% well come back if not just for David!

The staff members were helpful and kind. The jet skis were in pretty bad shape. The water tight compartments on all three we rented were broken, as well. Overall, we had a fun time.

I have never made a Google or Yelp review in my life but felt this time was worth it. Firstly, the guy at the desk was a total jerk and gave off extremely unfriendly vibes. Regardless, our group had to fill out some exams since they did have boating licenses which took the group about a half hour. As we were completing the exams in front of the man at the front desk, he booked the rest of the jet skis so once we were able to board a jet ski, we were informed they did not have enough jet skis after we already told them we needed three. They clearly did not have a problem wasting our time.

My wife and I did the 2 hour tour and we had a total blast! The guy that runs it does the tour and he has an amazing route through some mangroves and open water. We even got to see an old sunken ship on the way. Highly recommend that 2 hour tour. It’s well worth the money!

Do not bother….Poor customer service the wave runners are in horrible need of repair. The person running the establishment has no idea what customer service is.You are not allowed to leave that area, basically you get to drive around in a circle at the edge of the channel. They will fine you heavily if they come get you at the end of your trip and they do do not see you.They have ridiculous charges that you must agree to on their wavier prior to leaving.It is the worst location we have ever used for riding personal water crafts in the keys.Save your money go elsewhere

These guys are amazing!!! They were helpful, safe and the area to jet ski was lovely. The price was $30-$40 less than everywhere else. Thanks for a really fun time.

Can I give negative stars? I worked in a jet ski place in the past. If someone has payment available, you let the people who have to take their test, put them to the side, and start getting everyone ready. But no. The test is $10. Like 25 questions. Then he tells us that if another group comes up, he will rent the jet ski to them. Another group came up and he was talking rates with then, while we were sitting there. We went by earlier and he couldve MENTIONED the tests. Its just so aggravating when you come for your birthday, come to enjoy some water activities with your family, and this is the treatment you get. Ill spend the extra money and rent somewhere else. With better customer service.

Good service very kind staff. Rented for an hour and had a great time, however the jet-ski’s are extremely old and deteriorated make sure you record every bump and damage the jetski has to avoid loosing your deposit at the end of your ride.

We pod $234 just to ride for 20 minutes which was supposed to be an hour. Our jet skis practically shut down and wouldn’t drive over 7 MPH. It took us 20 minutes just to ride back and park. When I arrived to let the staff know that the 2 jet skis weren’t working. They simply said no refund. Save your money and time and go somewhere else

What a great time! We were a large group and the staff was so accommodating. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable staff. This was my first time on a jet ski and they really made me feel at ease. Strong Recommendation: Wear some sunglasses to keep the sun out of your face but especially the saltwater out of your eyes.

Was lots of fun. Only draw back was pulling weeds out of intake every now and then. But was good opportunity to jump in the water too

This was the absolute worst experience. Heres why, after a quick brief intro to the jetski the guy who manages this place (located at Waterside Suites & Marina) pointed his foot to the back of the jetski and said someone will need to go into water and clean out the moss from the canal. We thought this meant reach under the back and pull it out. After he took us out of the canal to the open water it wasnt but 30 sec after he left our jetski shut down. We couldnt go anywhere. We got rescued by two men in a boat who threw us a rope and we held on as they pulled us to their house (on the canal). The guy puts goggles on and goes underneath the jetski to the belly of it and comes up to say..we had half the ocean in the engine. There is NO WAY we would have known to do this and we were NOT given any training to know how to do this. No video, no hands on training in the water to see underneath the jetski, no nothing. By the time the guys helped us, we got back to the Jet Ski place only to be met with aggression by the guy who runs this crook operation. We tell him what happened and in front of new customers he tells us...you were trained! The jetski could have sunk! No refund! With good customer service he would have pulled us to the side and said sorry this happened, hold on while I get these customers on their skis and Ill set you both up for a new jetski so you can get the full hour of fun you paid for. No. Instead we get you were trained! No refund! Do NOT go to this crook as he knows half of the customers would never know how to pull out moss out of the engine let alone have any hands on training on how to do it. Thats what hes banking on and he has banked on it...$150 of our money gone in 30 sec vs. the hour we paid for. Plus he knows the Waterside Suites & Marina guests will conveniently go to him since hes on the property. We ended up going to the Marriott down the road. The instructors there tell us it is ILLEGAL to not carry your drivers license while riding the jetski and blow on the lanyard whistle if have emergency, they come out to us, they will also clean out any debris from engine if this happens and lastly each jetski has a fire extinguisher in the front. Now that is training! Plus was $50 cheaper. Save your money and frustration with this con artist and go to the Marriott for jetskis. I also saw the exact same thing happened to 2 other people here. Take note!

They where absolutely amazing I took their tour and god did I have a blast it was nice and fast paced it was alittle rough at first but once we got into the park it was all glass from there I love these guys definitely come back

Great stop before driving down to key west,everyone was nice to us great memories recommend morning time so you have enough time to do all your activities.The best part NO HIDDEN fees like these other places.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and a group of friends were down in the keys for a birthday celebration and decided to go jet skiing. Drove to this place and were met by 2 swindlers. They asked for credit cards when we had cash, gave this long speech about how they would charge certain amounts of money for damage and told us we would have to clean seaweed from vents??? Not our job at all! When we left they lied and said my friend hit a wall and were going to charge her 1000$ for a scratch. We were gone 1 hour before they called, never said anything before we left and lied about camera footage. Needless to say it was all a lie. They said it was a mistake and when we contacted the owner of the company to report them and he blew us off. Please don’t use this company for anything. They are dishonest and your safety may be jeopardized.

Had a great time with my twin girls and it was the first time to go on a Jet Ski adventure. The tour guide Jack was very understanding and explained every step and precautions we had to know. The 2 hour tour was one of our most exciting experience we ever had and looking forward to returning with my son and doing it again. The Staff was great and friendly!

Very cool staff and very accommodating. Also knowledgeable Of what type of trip suits ya best. Equipment was easy to operate and they go over everything with you to take the guess work out of it if you’re not familiar with the area.

As a Key Largo native, I was horrified to see one of the young men that work there verbally attack and chase a young couple on a small Boston Whaler this past thanksgiving weekend (Saturday 11/28). Not only is it not representative of our culture here in the keys, but it was alarming to see anyone become so aggressive with a pregnant woman on the boat. Her husband (presumably) did not react, while the jet ski worker continued harassing them. I witnessed the climax of the event from my porch. It disrupted the peace in the canal. THIS IS A COMMUNITY THAT VALUES RESPECT. Unfortunately, this company has demonstrated the opposite. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM... There are other rental places in the keys that don’t employ aggressive employees.

This place is terrible and unsafe. They are rude to say the least. Do not dare go to this place if you plan on enjoying your vacation, or ski adventure. The absolute worst experience I have ever had in the Florida keys. Please take heed to what I’m sayingThese ppl are terrible also very unsafe jet skis stay far away from this dump

WARNING: THEY DO NOT ACCEPT GROUPON. Since I was told by them I checked other reviews, which ALSO complained of the same (from years ago). SHAME ON THEM for continuing to participate in Groupon then not accepting them, and Shame on Groupon for allowing them to continue when they dont accept them. That being said, the kiosk was located where I was staying so, even after the Groupon denial I still rented a Jet Ski. I had a good time and there was no additional hassle. Its cheaper to pay cash (which I did). The bikes they had available for rent looked pretty sketchy and rusty. All in all not bad, as long as you know going into it, use cash, no Groupon.

This was not a good experience. We are not strangers to the Florida keys and have rode jet skis there many times, we also both have our boater’s license. When calling keys ski’s, we were told we would have freedom when it came to the boundaries of where we could ride, as well as the time. We stated on the phone we wanted to rent the wave runner for 2 hours. When we arrived, we were told they told typically rent it out for two hours (even though it was an option on the price sheet) and we were asked “do you know what you’re doing” we were told that I would have to jump off into the water and pull out seaweed from the vents underneath the jet ski. I agreed, knowing that this is normal maintenance that you may have to do at the end of every day riding the wave runner. However, I was in the water EVERY THREE MINUTES pulling the seaweed out of the vent. When the vent gets clogged with seaweed, the wave runner will not exceed 5 or 6 mph and you will hear a very loud sound coming from the back of the ski. This was EXTREMELY inconvenient. We were also told that we were not allowed to drive the ski back to the company dock, but that we would have to wait out in the bay and call the company to have someone come get us so that we could follow them back to the dock. (Very, very strange) And the only reason we would be allowed to come back to the dock was “if we were missing a limb” (even more strange.) Alas, we called the company and asked to switch out the jet ski. When the employee rode out to switch the jet ski with us, it took him over 20 minutes to get to us even though we were at the entrance of the canal where the dock was. Before switching skis with us he told us “well, mines kinda messed up too but, here you go” again, I was underneath the jet ski every 3 minutes pulling out seaweed. These jet skis were old and clearly not well maintained because that should NOT be a regular occurrence when riding a jet ski. Can you imagine how unsafe that is? I am comfortable in the water and do not mind jumping off and getting underneath the jet ski but this is not safe for tourists or those who are not strong swimmers. The jet ski was “working” (6 mph - 13 mph) for a total of 27 minutes out of our TWO HOUR RIDE RESERVATION. Most companies will set two buoys and tell you that you can ride back and forth between the two. They may be a quarter mile to half mile apart. As experienced riders, we wanted to have fun and explore which we were promised we could do. When we were escorted down the canal out into the bay, all of that changed. We were told to stay to the right of the channel and not to go past a rock jetty to the right of us. So not only were we unable to enjoy a full two hours, but we were also limited to not even a mile of ride area. Oh, and did I mention we paid $200? Shelling out money for jet ski rental isn’t the problem as typically this will be a pricey excursion but i do expect to get my money’s worth when i pay for something. I do not recommend this company. Unprofessional, unprepared, and got forbid something happens to you out on the water, I wouldn’t feel comfortable relying on them for help. And before the owner responds and tells me it was “user error” and they can’t do anything about it, we rented a different WORKING wave runner the very next day for 5 hours STRAIGHT and had NO problems. The only reason i called that owner, was to tell him how much fun we had after the 5 hours. Way better companies out there than this one. You can tell they’re running a scam and taking advantage of those who are new to the boating scene. The only reason I didn’t name drop the kid who helped us is because I truly believe the owner uses his employees as a puppet. They’re renting garbage skis to people AND putting people in danger. Because when that ski gets clogged and you can only go 5 mph, you’re basically stranded and if you’re not comfortable jumping into murky water every 3 minutes to yank out seaweed from underneath the wave runner, you’re SOL!

I do not recommend this place at all. Drove all the way down from Miami with my two kids to this place with a Groupon I had just bought just to find an arrogant, cold hearted, non sympathetic individual that told me the Groupon was not valid today. I told him I called two hours before to confirm that they were opened and I was going to head down shortly. Although I did not make a reservation as I was rushing out of the house to make it on time, he made a big deal out of that. There was no mention about reservations when I called. I asked him how long was from Miami and all I got was a sarcastic laugh saying Oh, I dont know.It was a no win situation at that point, not even an offering of a discount just to win me as a customer. Needless to say, my way back home with my autistic kid that wanted so badly to jet ski, was gruesome.

Key Skis is the way to go. Definitely the most bang for your buck in Key Largo. The Skis were in great shape and plenty of power for dual riders. We had a blast riding through the Mangroves. Taking the two hour tour is the way to go. No hidden fees - very simple process - highly recommend.

My wife and I had a amazing time. I must say that I am 400 lbs but they never once made me feel unsafe. I had never been on a jet ski and yes I was scared and ate some mangroves and scrapped myself up pretty bad and got scared of a baby crab but they made sure I was comfortable and they helped me figure out how to drive . I would definitely use them again when I come to Key Largo. Thank you so much for amazing adventure. I have never seen so many dolphins in one place it was so cool!

Worst place for jet ski rental. Jet skis are old, slow.During our rental jet ski broke down, they charged us 150$ for overheating, which is lie because jet ski just turn off 20min into the ride.Avoid this place, terrible experience. Wish I can give 0 stars for customer service.

I was honestly sitting in my car reading these google reviews and debating if I should just drive away and take the loss on money spent based on the recent reviews. I’m so glad I just did it! I took the 2 hr eco tour. David led the group; let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff! He takes the time to explain the ski and makes you comfortable, which is HUGE for me! Even though it was a led tour we still got that full throttle thrill I was looking for!All this stuff about seaweed, yes there’s seaweed but you need to follow in the groups wake to prevent a buildup, which David explained! About half way through the tour HE got off HIS ski and checked each and everyone of our skis for seaweed!!So get out of the damn car and do it!!!! You won’t regret it! ❤️ Thanks David!!

I would recommend this to anyone that is on vacation here. I am so happy i found this small place here. The one that helped ud was Eileen, she was so professional and sweet. It was such a great deal, its not like the other places that take the deposit from your major credit card, then it takes a couple of days to get back into your a count. They just do a imprint of your card they dont take anything out. Major thumbs up for who ever is a penny saver like me, I highly recommend this place to anyone. One word Amazing Amazing okay too words!😍

It was the worst experience and the worst customer service.we bought the package for four persons which included the jet ski, the kayak and the parasailing.after waiting about an hour and half we started the jet ski then they told us that we have to drive to get to the place where we have to do the parasailing .even they had to transport us by their office van .we drove to the parasailing area and when we got there there were no reservation for us so we decided to go back to do the kayak and when we got back to the office they said they will close and the manager left because he broke his phone and and refuse to let us do the kayak Because as he said there is no duck ..then we had to go back to the parasailing place again and wait for 2 hours to be able to do the parasailing and when I called the manager in the next day to get refund for The kayak he was careless and refused .if I could give him zero star I will do it ..I will never ever go there again and dont recommend it at all.

This was an amazing time! I am so glad we went with these guys. We did the parasailing and two hour jet ski tour. I highly recommend this tour!!! It was so fun! I would not have wanted to navigate my own way in and out of the mangroves. Our guide did a fantastic job.The customer service was also excellent! After parasailing was over, I got very overheated (Keys heat is no joke). I asked if I wasn’t feeling better by the time the jet ski tour started if they would give us a refund for that portion of the trip. They were so nice about it and said that they would. I ended up cooling down and feeling better in time, but it was just the friendliness and willingness of the staff to help me out that I was so impressed with. I highly recommend these guys and will book with them if we ever get the chance to come back.

This is the best Jet Ski Company I’ve yet to use! My fiancé and I were out on our own for an hour in the vast sea! It was super fun and beautiful. The jet skis were in great condition and the price was perfect. Best of all, we rode next to dolphins! And they left us off with a great show of them jumping. We were told it was the season for them. We went towards the end of November. I definitely recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!!!

Walker set us up right. We’ve been looking for a good place to rent some jet skis and this definitely didn’t disappoint. Priced fairly and the process was fast and laid back. Great experience.

My wife and I doubled up on one jet ski for the 2 hour tour. We had a great time. Kenny was our guide and, lucky us, we were his only customers for the last trip of the day. I only say that because we were able to move through the tour quick enough to be able to go through some tighter trails towards the end. Again, it was a great time, we really enjoyed ourselves. Kenny was very nice and professional. The young lady that checked us in was also very nice. I hope to be able to go back and do it again someday.

Used a Groupon for the kayaking adventure. It was very calming and adventurous. The canals are wide enough for the kayaks and the boats to flow through without problems. The people who work the area are knowledgeable and kind to their customers.

Great way to spend 2 hours on a vacation. A must if you are visiting Key Largo. Staff is friendly and informative, very safe location to use jet skis. Good fun for young and old alike.

This place have a great customer service, great prices for a jet ski rent. Me and my wife rent 2 jet ski for a hour we had a great fun time. The rent for 1 hour on 1 jet ski cost 106+tax.

Most of the time was spent on removing seaweed from jet ski. Charged for a missing piece 20.00 plus tax. Not a whole lot but dont think they needed to do that. From reviews I see people also charged after returning jetski.

Very poor customer service, lied to us on the phone about boating license requirements so they could benefit a profit. Very irritating to work through. 150% positive will never go back and we are locals of the keys. I would rather drive two hours in either direction to rent jet skis rather than going through this so called company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY FUTURE CUSTOMERS TO GO ELSEWHERE .

Reasonably priced skis. They might not seem worth it once you get into the open beach area. But when you do, that view is just amazing!

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED...Wouldn’t even give them one star! Not only was one of the jet skis not working (i rented 3 *$320)the employees were extremely rude and they charged us double because we went a little bit over our time!! The only reason we went over our time was because the motor wasn’t working, one guy that was helping us out didn’t even tell his boss what happened with the jet ski...therefore they charged us double...the guy that was supposedly our “guide” yelled at not only me, but my parents. They’re super disrespectful and charge extra no matter what. So BE CAREFUL!

Not only were the skis in poor condition, fuel warning lights came on 2 skis and 1 ski didn’t go over 25mph. The skis were well worn and beat up. Definitely wouldn’t rent from them again

Their organization isnt that great with their sister company that deals with parasailing. We waited for a couple of hours to go, when we finally got there we were told its too windy to go up. Guy giving the lesson for jet skis was a little on the grumpy side. The lesson could have been done on shore instead of on the skis. We could barely hear all the instructions. Overall, it wasnt great but it wasnt bad either. They had some very welcoming employees and only a couple that not so much. Small changes could have made a better experience.

Very horrible experience. No management no service and crew was very rude. After going to water the crew will force to get down into the water and remove the sea grass stuck under the jet ski to clean it. I wish i could give negative 5. I would really appreciate if they have told us that water is full of grass before buying tickets. Never go to this place. There are other jet ski companies far more better that this.

Horrendous customer service and it was not fun or worth the money

This place is a total SCAM. This was the absolute WORST experience I have had renting Jet-Skis. The jet-skis are all old and not in good condition. they have you sign a form before you even get to see or ride the jet-skis that says you will have to pay 500 dollars if it breaks. The owner charged me an additional 100 dollars for something he claims was broken on the Jet-Ski. The most concerning part is that there are MULTIPLE reviews about this place charging people whatever extra they want for any random damages. This is a Fraudulent way to make money and I am writing this review to notify others to not make the mistake of booking with this company. Beware, they will be polite over the phone and while taking you out to go jet-skiing however, when they have you return the Jet-skis their customer service COMPLETELY changes and they charge you for things that you did not do.

Worst customer service, they hold $500 for any damage( which makes sense), in my way back after the trip without hitting anythings or any other vessels, they surprised me by damages that I have no ideas how it happened. They asked me to take a video of the jet ski before using it. I couldn’t find what they claimed. It was kind of a fraud, they didn’t want to return my $500 deposit slip with charging $600 which went down to $280 with negotiation. If you find any other places try to check it out first or be ready for this kind of hassle.

Absolutely horrible service! Such an unpleasant experience - wouldn’t go back even it is free.

Not a good experience at all that I can recommend to others.First the good, friendly staff and the location is easy to get to.Water was choppy and lot of seaweed in the water and they did warn us that we might have to get off jet ski and clean the intake if it gets in but I thought it was just a precaution but in the 1 hour we rented 15 minutes in the open water were spent picking up sea weed from intake because the jet ski wont go more than 8 miles if that happens. Having a toddler and and my wife to worry about while that had to be done was not a good experience.We rented for 1 hour and were done with this experience because of the conditions on that day in half hour but they said they cannot credit the half hour or do anything about it.I dont do this every day but the people running this business should have suggested what would be an ideal experience based on the party and they missed that aspect of good customer service completely.There are tons of other options in the area do your research before picking one.

Beware! Very poor quality equipment and unsafe. The sea doo we had was in very poor condition and the steering mechanism had an excessive amount of play. Seat was ripped and it was beat up and looked like the machine should have been replaced long ago. Gave it a try. There was no way we would trust it on open water. Drove it back and told them it wasnt safe to drive. They didnt have any other available so we asked for a refund. Management was rude and unprofessional and said no refunds are given. So we paid for a 2 hour tour and had it under 10 minutes. Found out afterward there are much better choices nearby. In the time weve spent in the Keys, this was the only bad experience we encountered (due to managements rude and unprofessional attitude).

Great time in the keys. Very friendly. Great instructions if you have never bet on a jet ski. Convenient and friendly! Check out the kayaks and parasailing, too.

Don’t rent these jet skies they are a con make you take a video before and the jet skies are all dinged up holding our 2,000 dollars for randsoms. Very horrible expiernce, I repeat don’t rent from these crooks they will steal your money

Awful place.because of the fact that we were a group .They claimed That there were damage happened for the JetSki and they were trying to steal over $600 from us. Be aware if you are a group taking a free ride of JetSki they will clams damage and they will ask you for money to be deducted from your cards don’t get along with it. They are a bunch ...SCAMMERS....

Rented two wave runners for two hours. Friendly service, your time only starts after taken out to the ocean, and were pretty sure they came out for us after more than two hours. Bottom line, we were on the wave runners for almost 3 hours (theres about a 20 minute idle run from and to the harbor). All this and the best prices on the Keys!

We did a 2 hours Eco tour,the guide was nice and attentive, was fun,first time my son driving a jet sky,he was very helpful

Unfortunately this is my first one star review ever and I usually if I dont like a place I dont leave review but those people are super unprofessional and they intended from the first minute to pretend that we made damages to the jetskies.....the funny thing that once we came back a guy from their team show up from the no where and starting yelling OMG OMG OMG you completely screwed up the jet skies looooooool its was pretty pretty obvious that they agree on doing this scenario from the first minute....to make the story short it was a well planned stealing process.....

They refused to let use our Groupon that we paid $200 for, COULD NOT GET REFUNDED FOR, and we have drove 3 hours to come here! Manager insisted Groupon would refund me even though I showed her a message of them saying they couldn’t! She said Groupon customers have to make reservations 24 hours in advance but was letting other customers walk in! She definitely could’ve made an exception given the circumstances. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Great experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The boat crew was wonderful as well. Highly recommend it.
