Pedicure was good overall but I felt like I was in a bar instead of a spa. The music was extremely loud. Hard to relax

I loved coming here, but older gentleman (assuming husband) didn’t want to fix both (broken ) nails and it was an inconvenient so he just gave the energy of being bothered. After always tipping the tab, just not worth it at This point .

Amys always does a great job. I would highly recommend them. Very nice employees who pay close attention to your needs and do a great job! I personally have Amy do my SNS nail dip and my nails always look great. I get so many compliments on my nails. 💅 Definitely a place to go for nails, pedicures and eyebrow waxing too!

This was the first and last time I will be getting my nails done here. My tech did not ask me to wash my hands prior to the service. When they brought out the nail trimmer to trim my nails, someone elses finger nail cuttings were still in the trimmer. They did not do any cuticle care before adding nail forms, and my tech did not ask any questions on what I wanted for or even ask my name before starting on my nails. I gave this place two stars because my nails do not look terrible, but I will not come back.

I am so grateful for Amys nails. They are very professional, clean, precise and kind. Im getting older and my feet need special attention and care, and Everytime I have been in, every tech has been very kind and does a wonderful job with my toe nails. They are genuinely concerned that my feet are taken care of and they make my hand manicures look great! Here lately Andrew has been taking care of me because he knows my feet so well :) Id like to thank this establishment for taking the care of my feet and hands seriously. Blessings 🙏❣️

Every time I come here they do a really nice job. I drop by so get different techs and always get a good result. Today I had Kelley for my nails and she did an EXCELLENT job!!! I will definitely come back and request her. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and mother-in-law received pedicures recently, and will not be back. When I saw the final results, I was shocked. The young man who did my mother-in-laws toes, did not even trim her nails. And, my wifes toes looked like they were done by my 6 year old niece. The young woman probably didnt do a good job, because she was too busy talking.

My nail visits to Amys is always a nice experience and I have beautiful nails!

Had great pedicure but staff who did finger nails didnt do great job. Cuticles not done and polish not to end of nail bed. Stopped above it leaving part of nail visible. Dont get manicures so my nails are not fully covered. Neat and clean facility. Generally pleasant staff although lady who did mine seemed like she was having a bad day.

Love this place. I went in with a broken shoulder and arm. Extra care was given and I had a pain free experience. Plus she did an excellent job with my nails. Ill definitely be back.

I have always been happy with my service here. I love to do something different and unique and every time I come in they have been able to accommodate me.They are a friendly group. I have to say at times people do have issues with any salon but it is how its handled that makes the difference and Amy always step up to fix the issue.I notice a lot of the low rating but the customers complained but never went back for them to make it right.

Amy is always so nice! I never get my nails done but I had one of my natural nails break and she saved the day. I called to make an appt and even tho she was booked she squeezed me in. I felt terrible for having her work after hours but she wasn’t bothered at all ! She took her time and fixed my nails up just perfect!

Wonderful experience!Needed EMERGENCY attention to my nails - job interview the next day - and was pleased to find a place open late, but the best part was the excellent service and great results. Beautifully decorated, very luxurious feeling, and excellent hygiene and safety measures to prevent infections.

The shape of my nails turned out looking like peanut M&Ms. It was supposed to be an almond shape. The nails on my middle fingers are fairly wide, so they need to be longer to look right. The girl made them all the same length and rounded rather than slightly pointed. She messed up on 2 of my nails and instead of taking off all the acrylic, she just used the brush to scoop off the end and try again .She tried about 4 times and there is now a dip in the acrylic. She didnt even tell me that she wasnt even doing the whole design that I wanted. It was supposed to be a 3 color ombre for Halloween and she only did 2. When I asked why, she said its because the purple I chose was glow in the dark. She should have told me that when I picked it out. And even though I asked for a matte finish, she still glossed it. The ONLY reason I gave 2 instead of one is because she got the shape right on my pinky nails. I went here because my sister has had good experiences with a certain stylist and she recommended it because she knew I was scared due to really bad previous experiences at other salons. Even she was pissed at the job they did.

I have seen Kelly in the past and always thought she did a really good job. Very even with the gel polish and never any issues with lifting of polish of acrylic nails. This last time I went in Kelly was busy and Amy did my nails. She is the owner, so I was pretty confident she would also do a great job. NOT the case. She was busy on her phone and up and down throughout the manicure taking peoples money. Couldnt remember which hand she cured by the time she came and sat back down. She was totally uneven with the gel which is now peeling off because she cured it while some of the top coat has pooled onto my skin. On top of that she did too thin of a layer of acrylic and now my acrylics are chipping near cuticle. I really hate leaving bad reviews but seriously underwhelmed. I will keep going back for Kelly though. I like the way she does nails. Never had a single issue with her.

I came to Amys Nail and Spa once before and I was not impressed. However, the reason why I came back was because I had a gift certificate and decided to use it. I can honestly say I had a better experience this go round and absolutelyove my nails. Thank you for a better experience.

This is my favorite place in town!! Amy is awesome. They care deeply about their clients and their needs. I had a problem with my real nails and they suggested I take a break for about a month. Very professional.

Disappointed, not attentive at all, the filed my fingers not just nails so my fingers throbbed all night and are very tender. . Won’t go back to them !!!! I asked how long to let them dry no one would tell me .

After you get the acrylic you are supposed to have your hands washed. They do not make you wash your hands, employees nails were disgusting. Learned my lesson with this place. My fingers feel so gross.

I went to Amys Nail & Spa. I use my $75 gift certificate and I was told I need to pay $5 extra to remove the old shellac off my nails. I thought thats part of the job to clean & polish nails. First and second visits was fine, staff removed the old shellac and put a new one without additional charges, but not the third visits :-( I do always tips from $5-$10 and it depends on service you provided. So feeling disappointed. The notification of additional service should be made to the customer before you ladies/guys start or when someone buy a gift certificate. Not until the customer is ready to leave. I was embarrassed and sad leaving your place.

Becoming less and less enchanted with this place. Appointments mean nothing, and now my favorite guy is on vacation which in the nail and pedi business usually means he quit. Same price, but less care and attention to details that I want.

This is my first time at Amys nail &spa. I love it. Friendly people nice setting.

Brought my blind sister in law to have her nails done. She was very happy with the care and attention they gave her, and even though she really cant see her nails, Amy picked out a lovely color and we all gushed over it.

She kept leaving me in helping someone else this happened 3 or 4 times

This used to be the best place. Amys husband Kevin is so rude. I never get him but today I did and wow. He cut me with his drill then laughed about it! I should have got up and left. Ill never go back

Nails look great...manicurist cut two of my cuticles, resulted in infections :/

This is a total hatchet shop. My first time there, and I finally insisted on leaving after they cut into my cuticle three times, making them bleed, all while I was asking them to be careful. Horrible, and my nails look like they were shaped with a hacksaw. Now Ill have sore cuticle for days. Dont go here.
