I am very pleased with the service. My nail tech worked very hard to improve the acrylicnails I already had on. I definitely left better than when I went in.

Lux nails is the best nail salon in Kerrville! I tried all of the salons when I first moved here 4 years ago, and Lux is just the best. Steven, Vivian and Mrs. Julie take great care of their customers...if you havent tried them, youre missing out on the best dip manicure in town.

Nice experience will definitely go back! Helen is great.I acknowledged my injuries on legs and she respected my wishes. Great pedi and mani! She also did my eyebrows and they are perfect! Only thing I could suggest is a little more variety in music!

I have been going to Lux Nails since we moved to Ingram 4 years ago. The first thing I needed to find was a new nail shop after being with the same manicurist for over 15 years. I found Lux Nails to be my new bit of heaven. They are professional, clean, and provide outstanding service.

Work does NOT match photos. Do not get scammed by this place. I usually drive to Austin TX to get my nails done but recently had an emergency situation and needed a back-up tech ASAP. Saw the photos from this salon in google maps and thought, these people seem like they could help me. I was WRONG. I called and made an appointment but when I showed up there was no one there. After waiting in my vehicle for 10 minutes a man showed up with his child- which isn’t great ambiance at a nail salon. During the appointment there was no music or tv. As far as the nails go, all nails were uneven, two broke within 24 hours and others began to lift. The products are not salon quality either. I heard from a worker at a restaurant that Lavender Nails is good. Maybe go there!

This nail salon is the worst i’ve ever been to the did not size my nails to match each other DO NOT GO they were so rude and i had been growing my nails out and they ripped one off. i would not recommend to anyone!

This is a wonderful salon managed by family. Mother Julie, daughter Vivian and her husband Steven. They are so friendly and professional. They get to know their clients and are fast, helpful and informative. They offer an array of services and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I went in mainly for a pedicure because I heard great things about it, and the pedi was great! I decided to let them do my nails but I should have just done the pedi, nails are uneven and look like they just rushed to finish.

Nothing much. Just your typical nail saloon. Stuff is nice and courteous. Walks in welcome. My nails polish and mani and pedi lasted for a good while. Overpriced though.

Um well, my nails look great but my sister...... not so much. my nails are much longer than her but it’s kinda ridiculous. the polish is all over her cuticle and it’s super patchy. her nails are pretty short but i mean come on.

Wifey chose Lux, she tends to be loyal, even got me to get a pedicure. Last week she got a mani pedi and they didnt do the pink on her fills. She called and made them aware, they told her to come in, she did but they charged her $15 for the fix.Bad move, wont be back, higher rated shops on every corner.So after the reply I edited to ONE star. The fact is, there is a minimum standard to nails. Im not a woman but my wife has been getting her nails done FOR YEARS. So I KNOW nails. Minimum standard is you dont leave clear nails, you dont leave too much on fills and you had done a better job the dozen times shes been there. Secondly, Im sure you mentioned it would cost more THOUGH IT SHOULDNT TO DO THE JOB YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE THE FIRST TIME. But being on the spot asking for more money, you thought shed just leave... Yalls early reviews were all good, appears over the past 6 months or so, yall have lost your quality control.It is a natural progression. Good product/service, people tell other people, business grows. Quality/Service suck, customers flee to better options. Good bye.
