I went to Happy Nail Salon here in Kerrville for the first time and I was not dissatisfied whatsoever with their service. The woman that did my acrylic nails and manicure did an absolutely amazing job! She also made sure I was happy with my nail shape and treatment throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this nail salon! 10/10 satisfaction!

This is the only place in town that does a good job consistently! They are also friendly and fairly priced. This is the only place I’ll go anymore. I highly recommend.

I was one of two people in the whole place and my service was still so rushed. I’m especially disappointed in how poorly my toes were painted. They didn’t file or work on the nails besides clipping and scraping with a metal tool. This was a $45 pedicure & it looks so sloppy.

Loved this place! I am very picky about my nails and the shape and Tiffany did not disappoint! Shape was perfect and just the way I wanted. Probably one of the first times I was actually satisfied with my experience with a nail salon. Was so happy I even got a pedicure by Tiffany and an eyelash extension by her nephew !! My first time coming here but definitely will be returning (: 10/10!!!

I started coming to see Charles for my pedicures because I have been looking so long for someone who can offer reliable and consistent quality. I enjoy the bright welcoming atmosphere and new equipment for my comfort. Also, I find it so convenient being right next to HEB!Happy Nails is a gem in the hill country and I absolutely recommend!!

Tiffany at Happy Nails is by far the best at applying powder on nails! She goes above and beyond to do designs on my bails. Such talent! I’ve never had a bad experience.

Do not go here they filed my nails down to thin which caused my DIP nails and my actual nails to split which is tremendously painful! My mother went with me that day hers didn’t split but she got nail fungus! She has always had healthy nails always but afterwards going there boom nail fungus. So unless you want tremendous pain and fungus DO NOT GO HERE!

One word AWESOME! The best salon Ive had the privilege to experience since moving to TX from California. Kim did my pedicure, was knowledgeable, gentle, and accommodating (I have sensitive & ticklish feet) I wont go anywhere else. John, the owner, did a wonderful job on my pink and white gel fill. Relaxing spa like atmosphere, beautifully decorated, relaxing and have complimentary beverages. The Best in Kerrville!

Big salon with not enough nail techs. This place has lots of equipment and the two people that were there the day I visited were very nice, but they had to divide their time between five customers. The experience was unfortunate for all of us because the pampered, luxurious feeling that is supposed to come with having someone else do my nails was interrupted between each procedure. The gentleman owner and one lady employee would soak one pedicure then trim another and leave her in hot wax while going to massage another. My pedicure took an hour and a half simply because I was left waiting for each step of the procedure. The massage was great with hot stones, but my trim/file job was not symmetrical--probably because they were so harried. Then it took another hour for my manicure and there was no hand massage or lotion application. When asked if I wanted my nails cut, I said I preferred they just be filed and evened. They were then all cut short. Perhaps it was a communication error, but once the first one was gone there was no sense in complaining. To top things off, they didnt have correct change for my cash payment and it was an ordeal for me to tip. Having spent an hour and a half of my life longer than I expected in this establishment, I will shop for a better staffed salon next time.

They have always done a very good on my pedicures. I have no complaints and they are very affordable.

Good service only because 2 people including me were there. They only had 2 workers working. My nails did not turn out how I wanted them to. They are crooked and put on completely wrong. I won’t be going back

Came here from out of town for a relaxing time with my mom. The owner is very nice and got to work right as we walked in. Although they are very sweet, they are very understaffed. The owner and one other lady were working between about 5 clients. The owner looked rushed and did my dip in powder very quick and sloppy. The sides look awful and there are holes and spots that were missed. Our pedicures came out decent though. Ill have to go back to my hometown nail place and get my dip in fixed however. Not very pleased for the amount I paid.

Kevin did an amazing job on my nails!! Ive been back 3 times and the one time the other man did them was the only time I didn’t like them. Kevin is the only one who I will have do my nails., the dip. He files them smoothe! The pedis are great too. Yes they have 3 people, but I’ve been well taken care of and don’t feel rushed. Clean facilities and they are so nice.

Service was rushed. Looks like a pre schooler painted my nails. Didn’t file on pedicure correctly. Spent quite a bit of money here for a job that was horribly done. Will have to find another place to correct this work. Will never go back.

I had a good wax jib and thier pedicure was excellent

Absolutely the worst! It looked like a 3 year old did my nails. Within 2 days the shellac started peeling off. Never again!

I come on a Saturday close to close, was offered some water&wine and was well taken care of.

My nails look like complete garbage! Im embarrassed to even walk around with these nails. I paid $60 for coffin nails and they are crooked the paint job is horrific! Someone needs to just throw the whole salon away.
