Absolutely love this place, this is maybe my 5th time here, I’ve gotten pedicure and manicure. Best dip manicure I have ever gotten! So clean and all the nail techs I’ve had are so nice!

Tracy did more that a fantastic job! She listened to exactly what I wanted and clarified because I did not explain it correctly. She had amazing attention to detail. I have never had a professional take that kind of time to give me the perfect set of nails! Beyond impressed with Tracy. Will book with her 1000% again!

The good reviews aren’t a total lie because this place is very clean and professional. Honestly a great place to get a pedicure, even the basic is pretty good. But I DO NOT recommend getting acrylic sets here. They charge for every little thing (length, shape, design on each nail, anything they can to make your bill higher), they rush and have made me bleed a few times because of it, and nobody can do designs so if that’s what you want you better go somewhere else. I’ve never really walked out of this place totally satisfied and honestly I’m not a picky person.

Top knotch service, massages were on point, the staff were so nice, the area was so clean and hygienic!! The staff were also so nice and attentive. The prices were reasonable and the decor was also so nice. Would come back here!

Place is nice & clean, my tech wasn’t very nice. My nails lasted 2 hours before peeling of nails. Charlie had attitude when I asked to get it fixed please. Didn’t say nothing to me. Made me feel like a burden. Nails uneven & polish on cuticles. & too thin so it starting peeling. I didn’t like my service.

I went there for a pedicure yesterday. This girl Elaine pulled my toe skin and literally pulled that off and this morning while wearing my shoes I felt my toe is so painful!!! When I checked it was red and swollen! I remembered the reason was because instead of cutting the extra skin she pulled it all the way up and Im traveling tmr! So I hope this wont get worse and never back again to this place! Expensive service and worst quality!Be careful with Ellaine she might pill your toe off!

I went to this nail salon on Tuesday. I was cut on 6 of my fingers during my dip manicure. The technician then dipped my fingers that were bleeding back into the dip powder. This was a painful and unsanitary experience.

This nail salon is top notch. The people are very friendly and the salon is very clean and attractive. I feel that the basic pedicure is more like a upgraded pedicure at my usual salon. Very relaxing and dud not feel rushed. The first relaxing pedicure in a long time which is silly because relaxing is the whole point.I will make this MY salon now for future mani/pedi and recommend thatyou do the same.

I came here for my birthday. I havent even left the place yet but honestly couldnt wait to leave a review.Everyone involved was so nice and polite and just amazing. The service & experience here is always 5 star. The manager greets you and it seems like there is always room for walk-ins. I love their pedicure with hot wax treatment and stone massage. The salon is beautiful and clean and they always offer a cold beverage. Such a nice place to relax.

I came to Royal Luxe Nail Spa and had the best customer service I have ever had at a nail spa. Tan did my powder nail dip and she was awesome! She listened in regards to how short I wanted my nails cut, informed me about cost difference for powder dip selection, was very kind, and made my time with her enjoyable. Nina did my pedicure and she was awesome. She listened regarding my concerns about the heals of my feet, was patience, kind, and made my experience with her pleasant. The spa is beautiful and relaxing and I am happy they are in my neighborhood, I will be back! Come check them out you wont be disappointed!!

Best nail place I have been to in The Colony and Lewisville area, of course in my opinion. The service is impecable, nail techs are great and the place is clean and beautiful.

I called and made an appointment. I showed up at my appointment time and the man at the front desk said someone would be with me shortly. A nail tech came out with some materials and asked me what color I wanted and went and got the color for me, so I assumed that he was doing my nails. The man from the front desk came and whispered something to him and the nail tech left and went to do another lady’s pedicure instead. I continued to wait, but then I left. I felt like not only was this rude and unprofessional, but I also felt like I was being racially profiled. Definitely won’t be back.

Not the best place to get acrylics. I got these acrylics ONE week ago and now they’re breaking. I’ve had acrylics that lasted four weeks, not done here obviously. It was my first time there and I’m so disappointed. I don’t recommend this place for acrylics!!!

I used to really like this place but I had a bad experience this last time. I have short nails and wanted a dip. This is the first time I have come here for a dip, but I have always gotten them at other salons and I have always had short nails. I am also headed for vacation and wanted them to do mouse ears (basically 3 dots) on two nails. the people who did my nails and toes were nice. But, when they got ready to do the dots in my nails, he pulled out a SHARPIE pen. Now, maybe that is how this is normally done. But I have NEVER had someone use sharpie. That said, I went against better judgment and trusted him. And, it looks like it was done with a sharpie. I also had to ask repeatedly for someone to clean up the nail polish around my fingers. They kept saying it was my fault because I had short nails and that if I wash my hands it will come off. Then they removed some using tweezers (painful). Every where else I have gone they have just used acetone to clean it up. They ended up having to file it off. It just seemed overly complicated versus any other place I have been. To top it off, I noticed my toe nail was chipped when I got home. Net - I now have to find another place to fix what they did today.

Very disappointed. Nail artist was sharp, filed nails too close to my skin until it bled AND forgot to apply a top layer on my accent nails.

Just moved to the area and needed a closer salon to the new house. Was previously going to the same salon for 13+ years, so it was nerve wracking to find a new place that I trusted. Well, THIS IS THE PLACE! I am hooked! Its so relaxing, quiet, clean, professional and spot on with the quality of work Its so refreshing to know I found my next salon. Wahoo! Happy to have found this place. What a relief!

This is a new nail salon that just opened around the Lewisville/Castle Hills area. It is very clean and nice. The staff is welcoming as well. Each station has plexiglass at the manicure stations to ensure safely. Lily was my technician and she was very nice and took her time during my pedicure. Check this place out!

I visited this salon for the first time after not getting my nails done for over a year due to COVID-19. Everything was great! I walked in with no appointment on a Sunday afternoon, and while it was busy, I was still seen within 10 minutes. The shop was clean, spacious, and everything was new. They definitely were following all covid protocols. Kevin did a great job on my manicure. I had been going to the same nail salon in Dallas for almost 10 years but I think I have found a new spot!

I’ve been here a few times and every time it’s been just kinda...meh. I’ve only come across one guy that was actually friendly. Walking out, color (I’ve had gel and paint) looks good, but neither has lasted hardly a week. I don’t know why it’s that way here, if they’re skipping a step or what, but I haven’t run into this problem other places. Prices are fair. Place is nice and clean. Long story short, good in a pinch but if you’re looking for a real treat I might look somewhere else

I have been coming to this salon for several months. I love how fast and friendly the service is and it is always great quality. I had a pedicure today with Lucy, who was amazing...she works miracles on ingrowns and other problem areas. She’s quickly becoming a family favorite. Would highly recommend this salon and Lucy, too!

My first time going, they were absolutely friendly. The establishment is very nice. I purchased the dipped powder service. Im giving them 3 stars because one of my nails came off only 4 days of having them done including the day I got them done. I will try them again.

I got a pedicure today from Jenny.Pros -Right up the street from me.Very stylish and sleek look.Really nice and professional owner.Probably the best foot scrub I’ve ever had.Cons -Definitely the weakest foot massage I’ve ever had.Her motions were too quick with zero pressure.They don’t use timers when doing the foot massage.I’m pretty sure I didn’t get a 14 minute massage, and you pay based on time of massage.They have foot and hand reflexology on their menu, I asked the owner about it but it isn’t reflexology it’s just massage.

Leanne did an amazing job with my nails today. She’s the sweetest lady talked me through everything and really listened to my feedback for the type of nail I wanted. She took her time and did such quality work. Thank you for a great experience!

Been here about 10 times and really loved it - but this last time they started charging a shaping fee for “customized shape” which apparently includes round? Even if your nails are already round? Pretty disappointed by the money grab. Will be going else where from now on.

I have been going to the same nail salon for years, but decided to switch things up - and I’m glad I did. This place is incredibly clean and the service was great. Everyone was beyond friendly and Kevin did an AMAZING job - very happy with my nexgen manicure. I will be a loyal customer.

Super nice staff and clean! They make sure to be sanitary during covid times which is one of the main reasons this will be my go to place now. Nothing makes me cringe more than an unsanitary nail salon.They also don’t change up their prices every time you go and have reasonable pricing. Love!

First time and last time I will ever go here. Asked for coffin shaped nails, got square nails. Guy who did my nails seemed like he had no idea how to use dip powder. Nails are completely misshaped looks like I have huge bumps on some of my nails while others have thin spots.

They just opened so I thought I would try it out and support a local business. They greet you, have you use hand sanitizer before you touch any polish. The chairs to do just nails have plastic screens up. I also did a pedicure which was very relaxing.

It was a very nice experience. I had lily do my pedicure it was very friendly and the pedicure was amazing. I got the royal pedicure which was very cool with the jelly. I would recommend.
