It’s cute inside but the quality of work is poor. Just got white toes and they are not cute. Not shaped the same or nothing. Now I still have to go pay someone to fix it because it’s gel polish and it’s lumpy. This was my 2nd and final time giving them a shot. It’s a No for me. They want to get as many people in and out instead of putting out quality work.

Service was wonderful, however, this client was unhappy with the quality of the regular nail polish used. Even after 20 minutes under the dryer and an additional hour dry time after leaving the salon, the polish was still not set and damaged easily. When touching up two nails scuffed after being under the dryer at the salon, it was relayed that I should have picked the gel polish because it dried in 2-5 minutes. That information would have been nice to know when choosing polish since this appears to be a known issue at this salon. Sadly, a special Mothers Day treat was short-lived. Even with care, the polish quickly got so many flaws that it had to be removed within two hours of the appointment.

I absolutely love this nail salon!!!They are so friendly and professional!The salon is very clean and beautifully decorated and they give such detail to keeping their surfaces and instruments sterilized and disinfected.They also run their business, according to Covid restrictions, enforced by our state mandates, making all of their customers feel safe and cared for!

Very nice people but my nail tech Ann rushed and kept getting distracted. One of my nails was filled down too much and you can tell. I found a small hole on my thumb and the top coat is now chipping off.NEVER GOING BACK!

I was extremely pleased coming here. I brought my 5 year old daughter with me. And they were so gentle with her but still so thorough. I got a beautiful full acrylic set. And the best feeling pedicure ive had in a long time. Ive been unhappy with my last few times trying to get my nails done by different salons in the area and I didnt come with the highest expectations but I was thoroughly and honestly surprised! Everybody was super friendly and nice. I didnt once feel like they were talking negative about me. And all of the girls that worked on me and my daughter actually took their time and it seemed they all wanted to do a thorough job!! I will 100% be coming back!

Good afternoon,I was actually checking in on the reviews as I went to S&T nails due to proximity. This was about a month ago when the reviewer Melissa Summer went; I want to actually call her out. They were extremely professional with her, she was the rude one. As it was my first time there I didnt checkin as I had made an appointment at around 7am that morning. Yes they were running late but as explained to Melissa, after during her Karen fit they had a person call in sick and an unexpected walk in. I was embarrassed for the person trying to deal with Melissa as a person who has worked services and retail before, I unfortunately didnt say anything at the time but glad I saw this review so I could let you all know they handled the situation correctly. The person who was rude was Melissa Sumner.

I really want this to be my go to nail place, but I don’t think I will ever go back at this point. I called today at 2:45 to see if they had any appointments for this afternoon. She said to come at 3:45. I gave her my name and said great! I got there a few minutes before 3:45 and Ann seemed to hesitate when I gave her my name and said I had an appointment for 3:45. I shrugged it off and went to check in on the tablet and choose my color. There was another person waiting in the front area. Around 4:00 Ann came over to the other person waiting and asked if he had signed in and confirmed the services he was asking for. She then walked over to me and said that it would be 35 or 40 minutes until they could get to me and that I may want to come back. I asked why she would give me an appointment if they didn’t have any availability. She said they had some walk-ins and were short handed today. Should an appointment not take priority over a walk-in? I’ve been turned away here before when I did not have an appointment, so I know she can say no to walk-ins. Why offer appointments if there is no intent to honor them? I understand that the timing can be off and you may have to wait even with an appointment, but to have an appointment and be asked to come back another time because they are too busy with walk-in customers is unprofessional and rude.

Got a mani/pedi and brow arch. Very professional and attention to detail. Worth the money.Susan was my tech. Had great conversation too.

I thought it was great that they were very knowledgeable about the health of your nails, which is something you dont get that often. There are small flaws but thats only because of the short time frame they had. Overall very good job and will be back!! Thanks!

The salon is peaceful and beautifully decorated. The staff is courteous, friendly, and respectful. They always do a great job with my pedicures. I LOVE that the tools they use on customers come out of autoclaved (sterilized) packages. I live in a neighboring town that has two salons within a mile of my house. I prefer to drive to Kernersville because S & T Nails is the salon I trust.

I moved to this area from CA 18 months ago. Found this gem close to my home. Easy access to 40. Susan has been my technician and I can tell you my nails are healthy and long. She uses SNS as recommended as I was a get girl. Salon has recently been remodeled for a fresh, chic. classy look. Pedicure area is comfortable, clean and relaxing. I would recommend services to anyone. Excellent salon. They offer waxing services as well. The color selection is exstravgemt and excessive. So good luck. Give this salon a try, you will be pleased. Prices are competitive and fair. I recommend Susan or Ann for nails. Go here!

I have been here 2 times both with susan. She is the worst nail tech. Gel nails are supposed to last more then 1 day. Same day 20 min later the gel starts to peel off cuts me 3 times. 2nd time i go she cuts me like 5 times plus my nails looks like my 3 yr old neice did my nails smh. Not ever going back

I came here before and had a WONDERFUL experience. However, Sandra made me feel terrible. She didnt listen to what color I wanted on my toes, speed though the deluxe pedicure process, I said I wanted my lip waxed she put the strip on my eyebrow (glad it wasnt ruined), she also started talking about me in another language (she has the right to talk in whatever language she chooses) then a few other employees were laughing and talking back and looking at me when before she switched to another language they werent. The prices here are great and the other employees do a wonderful job. This was my first time with Sandra. I will not diminish my other all rating for this place due to her unprofessionalism.

I asked for simple sunflower painted on my nails and it looks like a 3 year old painted on my nails . and my shaped completely messed up where it took her 2 hours to file them and there still horrible. wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
