Ive seen Ashton for a haircut several times now and every time I leave very satisfied! I have curly hair and I follow a modified curly girl method, and Ashton has been great about listening to what I want for my hair and making it look its best. I asked to go chin length at my most recent visit, shorter than Ive ever had it before, and Im thrilled with the result. This pic is about a week after my last haircut, but you can see how nicely its been layered and how my curls frame my face. Ashton does great work and I definitely recommend her!

Christina took the time to listen to what I wanted and did a wonderful job on my hair cut! I left the salon feeling great. The salon has a great upbeat vibe. I also liked that they were taking lots of covid safety precautions.

I had an excellent first experience at Fusion with Christina today! She cut off about three inches of dry ends and took care to give my long hair some excellent shape, and used some great products along the way in the styling process. I love that she was not rushed and asked me questions along the way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.

I saw on their menu that a kids haircut was $12. Great! So I took my straight haired daughter in for her 6th birthday. She sat still and held her head where directed. It comes time to leave and the lady checking us out says, $24. My jaw almost the floor! So I asked how much a kids haircut is, they said $24. I paid and we left, and I’m thinking well maybe I didn’t see the menu correctly. I call later and they tell me it’s based on the experience of the stylist. Maybe this is something everyone just knows, but I certainly didn’t. So I paid more for a haircut for my six year old than I pay for mine. And I’m not even pleased with the haircut. It looked fine until this morning when I looked closely at it, and found long stray hairs that were missed. Just be careful and don’t be shy about asking cost. The lady who cut her hair interacted wonderfully with my daughter and me, and I tipped her but overall just not at all a good experience.

Have been here twice for a hair cut/style. Ji does an absolutely fabulous job! She was very attentive and made sure I was happy before I left. I am super picky about my hair, but Ji made me comfortable. Totally recommend to anyone.

I have been here twice so far, both times for haircuts. One was for my 4 year old daughter and I came back for myself. Ashton was awesome and did an amazing job both times! She was super patient with my daughter and the entire staff made her feel a lot more comfortable for her first ever haircut and even gave her a cute braid! I felt like the price was great and look forward to coming back to get some color soon. I’d definitely recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a new salon/stylist!!

Needed some hi-lites quickly and found them online. Website is great, made on-line appointment and even got in the same day. Great location, very clean, professional staff. Nice booths, equipment and chairs were comfy, even the shampoo station, which are usually a nightmare. They have staff that specialize in specific areas... nails, facials, hair color, hair cuts, etc. Prices are reasonable. Will go back and would recommend.

I love this place! All of the staff are super sweet but I absolutely love Briana for my color. She always does a phenomenal job on my hair. Ive been to places where they just ruined my hair and Briana has been the one to fix all the past mistakes from other salons and bring my hair back to life. I have super dark hair and wanted blonde balayage. She was honest with me from the beginning about how it was going to be a process to get me there. I trusted the process and her skills and I LOVE my hair. I got the pinterest hair Ive always wanted. Bri is the best and Fusion is so lucky to have her as part of their team :)

Alicia did a fantastic job on my hair. I wanted a unique type of cut and unique type of color with minimal damage to my hair, and she took the time, care, and patience to create exactly what I wanted. I have dark hair and went lighter, and in the past some stylists have had trouble with lightening it correctly, but she whipped everything up with no problem and the end result is better than I couldve hoped for! Thumbs up & over the moon about my hair.

I havent done anything with my hair for well over a year. Ji treated, cut, and styled my hair. I relied heavily on her input because I have never been good with hair. She was fantastic. My hair feels and looks healthier than it has in a long time.

I had a great first experience with a haircut and highlight application. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the stylist who cut my hair, but she was very friendly and made sure she was cutting the length that I wanted before proceeding and I am pleased with how the cut turned out. Mellie was the one who did my highlights and was welcoming and walked me through the process and was meticulous about making sure the foils were placed well and would be able to blend my gray so that it would not be noticeable. I love how my highlights look and also got a whistle from my husband when he saw them :)I enjoyed chatting with both stylists and thats not something I can say about all salons I have been to. Some have more of a gossip vibe, but this salon was completely professional and I really appreciated how they treated me as their client. Masks are mandatory for customers and staff, and they were definitely paying attention to sanitizing everything in between clients and temperature checks along with hand sanitizer upon entry. I like that they use plant based products that will not cause damage to hair. It was nice to be offered water as I waited for my color to process, and to receive the 10% off first time customer discount as well for online booking. I have definitely found my new favorite salon in Kernersville!

Mia is an awesome microblading artist! I had very sparse hairs that made up my brows and they were very light. Now that mia did her magic I feel like I actually have brows I can be proud of and they look so natural! Shes very kind, you know shes listening to you at all times, and makes sure youre comfortable! I highly recommend her!!

Just went again today 11/15/19 and i had lovely Erin and Ashton! We cut 6 inches off my hair and i could not be more happy! They helped me with every choice that needed to be made from color,length, amd after care products! Couldnt be more satisfied well worth the money.

I just moved here and had an appointment with Alicia. I wanted a unique color and havent had much luck at other salons getting exactly what I wanted. When I walked in the door, Alicia greeted me with several swatches of colors she had done to give me options since she wasnt sure. I was so impressed!!! Not only did she do her homework, my hair turned out AMAZING and the color is actually holding! I have also gotten my nails done here and even had a facial (there was a special going on). All the ladies here are fantastic and it has become my new favorite place to go!!!

I had Mia touch up my eyebrow microblading that was done by another artist previously and she did a phenomenal job! Her colors actually blended better with my natural features and strokes were clean and crisp. Most people have no idea they are not “real” I get a ton of compliments. I had them done over 6 months ago and they still look great! ( and Im not just saying that bc I work here!) she takes her time and tells you what will look best, I will definitely have her retouch mine again. I am a picky client and I highly recommend her!

I have received spray tans by Mia! These spray tans last well over a week. I have never had someone spray me and had always used a booth prior. The smell of the product is great as well! I highly recommend going by and checking out this service they offer!

Ive been going to Fusion Salon in Kernersville for about two years. Sarah does my hair and she is absolutely remarkable. This is my second time here. First time I was totally impressed. Second time is the same! Mellie is amazing. So kind, and personable. She is very talented as well. My first time I came in with a mess of a head of hair. The previous stylist I had been to had left many patchy parts in my hair and the cut was nothing like I wanted. Mellie took one look at my hair and knew how to fix it! I looked like a new person when I left.The prices are affordable and you always feel pampered. I love that Aveda products are 97% plant based and not to mention they smell amazing. Aveda is also the first beauty company to manufacture with 100% wind power, which is pretty cool.I received a hand massage and some aromatherapy during my initial visit. It was so soothing. This is my go to place to feel pampered and to always leave feeling like new!

Stay far, far away from this salon. They did not book my appointment correctly and had no one available to do my cut. The color ‘specialist’ had to keep seeking management advice on how to color my roots. I walked out of the salon with soaking wet hair after the ‘specialist’ sprayed my head down, before telling me that she couldn’t cut it and wasn’t entirely sure how to color it and would need to seek instructions. Run away.

The people are very nice and its a great place to get your hair cut and groomed for both men and women!

***Updated review: The manager reached out to me this morning and stated Our mobile site showed us only a part of your e-mail and I wasnt able to see the entire thing until I got into the salon this morning.The response was sent by a staff member trying to be efficient with e-mail responses and this staff member thought it was a email that was supposed to be sent to a salon in Dallas. We have spoken to our staff member, and have eliminated e-mail responses by Staff and will only have our Front House Coordinators sending responses. The manager was so kind in her explanation of what happened. I commend her for taking steps to eliminate this sort of miscommunication in the future. She also went on to recommended a few salons which could manage a larger group. So to the manager I give a 5, to the staff member I give a one. This averages a 3. I am glad so many others have had great experiences at this salon. I hope great experiences continue to be the trend for those who chose this salon in the future.Original review:I reached out to this salon to book a large event (20-40 guests). We wanted to have a variety of services to include hair, mani, pedi, massage. The person emailed me back stating, Good afternoon, we are an Aveda Concepts Salon and we cary only Aveda product !!! I guess this was in response to the fact the women we are booking the spa services for are Mary Kay consultants. I replied, Thats not a problem. We are only looking to have hair, nails and massages done. and another email stating, I think maybe there was some miscommunication on my part. I am simply looking for a facility that can accommodate 20-40 guests. I am not trying to sell or promote anything. The salon then replied, Please take us off of email list, thank you. What list? I was trying to book their services. Clearly this salon discriminates because we use a different skin care line. Unbelievable. If I could rate 0 I would.

So I am very disappointed with this place I just went there for a consultation to see what they could do I met with a lady named Melanie ok for starters I have bleached hair naturally brown I want some brown steaks in it to blend in with the blonde this lady told me there was way to much damage control to my hair that it would require to much work to be done and that my hair most likely wouldnt take the brown color that absolutely makes no sence I had it done last ur by another salon she pretty much told me she didnt want to put her name on something and it wasnt gonna turn out good at all my hair was to badly damaged for color I told her regardless I was gonna have someone to do it either her or another salon she said well I dont even have any open spots for 6 wks or so I was like okay so what do recommend she said really u just shouldnt color ur hair she did offer me some conditioning treatment that was $40 but she personally did not want to touch my hair and made me feel really bad like there was just no help for me

The staff are nice and they carry Aveda products, but when I asked for a long, angled bob it wasnt cut properly, even after trying 2 additional trips back to correct it. This was my first (and last) experience with this salon.

Very unhappy. Went in and told beautician Brittany that I had two bad experiences in the past month. Had highlights that were too close to scalp...went to have more brown put in at another salon and still had the bronze in my roots. Asked her to do face framing highlights and subtle blonde baylage and to cover my roots. Told her specifically I did not want all one color on my ends...I wanted it to look natural so to just paint a few highlights on the ends. Came out with bronze/gold ends. No baylage....just two toned hair. Was very specific I did not like bronze color. She obviously knew as she did not offer me a mirror to look or did not even ask if I liked my hair or was satisfied. 110.00 dollars for exactly what I asked her not to do. Very unhappy. Not too mention I am trying to grow my hair out and now its breaking bad from the mix she used.

I do not recommend this salon, it was my first time going here and needed my roots done, the color was very brassey and gold. I had to go back for a second appt for her to use another color but didnt notice any difference. Not only did I leave there disappointed but I had to pay for her mistake!! Will not be going back.
