I am very disappointed in how my nails turned out. It may have just been a bad day for the woman who was doing my manicure, but they turned out horribly. My sister and I went in there together. She was seated ten minutes before me and somehow I was finished ten minutes before her. My nail lengths are very uneven, one of my nails is missing color in three different places, and they are all leaning to the side. None of them are straight. My sister claims to have had a good experience, but I definitely did not. Will not be coming back here.

Went in for the most expensive pedicure offered with my husband for date night. More than impressed with the services he received. There was supposed to be a 30 minute massage. Both pedicures started at the same time, I waited while he received his massage as mine was rushed and only was 10 mins. We both got manicures where he received a massage, I did not. Tracy was the one doing my feet, which usually she is very attentive, but a more regular customer came in and she was rushing to get to her. Im very disappointed, this is my regular salon, unfortunately I will not be returning. Id like to speak with someone to make this right.

First time visiting and I am highly disappointed with the way my nails turned out. I asked to have shorter nails more than a few time but the lady insisted longer nails are prettier.. I also asked for curve not square and each nail is uneven. Very embarrassed with the way my nails look. After showing a picture of what i wanted it turned out to be absolutely no where close to the image.

Dont Go here! Very disappointed, But, Stella did an amazing job on my toes, I wanted the cheapest pedicure which on the menu was $25, I asked for regular but they charged me $30 +$5 for French +$5 to remove a tiny bit of gel polish leftover from a pedicure 2 months ago. The lady who did my fingernails did a terrible job. Uneven, differernt shapes,, my nails dont match, dips on some nails and some of my nails look like flat paper, also!!! A glob of Leftover dip powder on the underside of my nail, I asked her to removeandshe said she couldntsee it even though I was pointing it out.... when you point out what you dont like or want fixed, she says shes not finished yet and has to finish but it still isnt fixed.$86 later and a $5 tip, I will not be back. I should have read the reviews first.

This was my first visit and wont be my last. I thought Tom did a great job with my manicure and pedicure. Customer service was great.

Love these people very professional.

My nails didn’t dry after half an hour there, they didn’t tweeze my eyebrows as I wanted, left stragglers. Got glue all over my nails and finger tips, fingers are glued to nails. Only offered me 10$ back for 50$ of work.

Since the owner change the service has been horrible. When I went in December i left with fat nails and witness the young girl in the shop fussing with another costumer while doing my nails. I went back today ask for purple and coffin style nails. I left with black color and different shapes on almost ally nails it took him over an hr to do. They charge me 15 because of the mess up. When I went to check out the same young girl keep trying to tell me the price for nails and only because he said 15. I get that. I said okay so how much she told me again the same thing. I had to finally say you can stop repeating yourself and take the money now. SMH. I wish the old owner will come back with her peopleFor now I will not be back!!

Glad they got that. First and last time I will ever come here. Didn’t even remotely get the service I asked for. Nails didn’t get cut. I could have done this service to myself at home...

Ive been going to NC nails for years. Tracy does great work! Everyone is good, and friendly.

Went to get my eyebrows done. Told the lady I just want my eyebrows shaped up not made skinner. Lady says I know, lay down” when I get up majority of my eyebrows are gone and they don’t fit my face. Then I ended up having to pay $10 for something that I wasn’t pleased with. DO NOT GO HERE for anything, professionalism is not a strong suit here

What a nice surprise this place is. I was in town for business and on a whim decided I had some time to kill and seriously needed a manicure. I walked into this salon as they were in the middle of doing some remodeling and thought to myself, hmmm not sure about this. But they greeting me promptly and Hannah was very pleasant to talk to. She did not rush to get me out the door like most nail salons do now a days. She was very professional and attentive. I left with a beautiful manicure with no bleeding from cuticle snips which has been the case that last few times I have been to a salon. I highly recommend Hannah at NC Nails II.

If you decide to come, make an Appointment. They have a sign that says walk in welcome, but if you want to be treated with respect and have your services completed in a timely manner than you need an appointment. Avoid CeCe if you can, and trust Estella and Yani

Everytime you go regardless if youve already called you will wait almost 30 minutes. And expect to be there at least 2 hours or more especially if someone they know comes in. Youll sit there while they get moved in front of you. Theyve also raised their prices and have not posted them anywhere so expecting to pay $25-30 and all of a sudden SNS is $45. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Not to mention its dirty and unsanitary. Theyre doing construction all around you while trying to relax and enjoy yourself. I will never be back. Just wasted my time and money. Dont go if you want good service but hey if you have 4 hours to get your nails done check it out I guess, make sure you bring your checkbook.

I’ve been to them a couple times but this last time was bittersweet.....they lady who did my pedi was great but the lady who did my nails was AWFUL!!! She didn’t even clean up my nails before applying nail polish! She pretends to file my nails and told me I didn’t have any cuticles! I’ve never gotten a mani without my nails being treated first! I’m very disappointed 😔. My nail polish looks bad too!

This is the worst French mani I have ever gotten. My nails are not smooth, they did do anything I asked. Not worth 30 that is for sure. Since becoming a mom, I dont get to do anything anymore, so Im super disappointed. Dont waste your money or your time. Go to NY nails in Kernersville.

Ok so I have been looking for a nail salon for a while now. I stopped here in walkertown and when I walked in I was instantly greeted I was in the chair in 10 mom and I got a full set sns which was my first time Tracey my new nail tech gave me all the info and facts about the product which was great it only took about 45 mom and I was out the door. Absolutely fabulous nail salon and great service ask for Tracey!!!!

I started going to NC Nails II several months ago - I get SNS nails done and they are awesome - I can go about a month before needing to have them done again - the staff is great and friendly and I highly recommend them to anyone - they also provide fòot massage as well as waxing - it is a one stop shop so to speak - you really need to check them out...

They are so nice and professional . CECE is an angel. Moved here from New York and they are my new place for mani,pedi,waxing and e lash extensions.

Group of 4 plus 1 child went to NC Nails II on the 4th for pedicures. Although my friends and I enjoyed the service provided we were all disturbed by the actions of what we assume is the manager of the store with 2 other guest.The manager apparently received notification of a bounced check. Not only was she sharing the information with the 2 other guest she showed them the copy of the letter and check with the check bouncers information on it. To top it off the guest then turned it into some sort of investigation on the internet and were providing the manager information on the check bouncer to include location of work, amount paid, phone number, parents name and so on. The guest were even giving bad advice on how to handle the check bouncer to include threatening actions, belittling and berating the check bouncer.I do find fault with the check bouncer do not get me wrong. Just because you have checks does not mean you have money. However, now a days were ID theft is on the rise I found the sharing of this information with 2 other guest (and the reat of the salon, as they were not quiet) was inappropriate and cost them our buisness. What else are you sharing with with people you know.
