Been going here for several months now!! Each and every person is super kind. Sweet. And professional! These ladies never forget a face or to ask how your family, job, and life is going. Its not just a place that does amazing work like waxing, pedi, mani, but they care about their work. They care about their people. They care how their work is done and ALWAYS MAKES SURE ITS DONE RIGHT!! I left my other nail place almost a year ago, and havent looked back. This was my fitst time here as i just recently moved to the area but it will certainly not be my last! I had not had a pedicure or manicure in over a year and these guys had their work cut out for them but they did an excellent job and were extremely professional! I got an amazing relaxing Gel pedicure and Gel manicure and they look and feel fantastic!! 💅

Lucky Nails is an amazing place!!! They’re extremely knowledgeable, very very clean, very sweet and friendly & they do an amazing job on your nails!!! They’re very detail oriented & really take their time. They don’t make you feel like they’re in a hurry or like they’re rushing to finish. My favorite nail place i’ve ever been! they are so kind in there, they do an amazing job! i have hand tremors and they don’t mind them at all, and are so understanding! they treat their regulars so kindly! i got my eyebrows done as well, and i’ve already gotten compliments! amazing job, amazing people, and amazing color selection! everyone asks me always where i get my nails done and get shocked by how affordable and fantastic my nails are! promise when you come here you won’t want to go anywhere else!

This is the second time I have been here, and this time I brought my husband. I had my nails done and he got his first pedicure. Many jokes were made, which made my husband much more comfortable. The service was just as excellent as the first time I was here, and I will be back again, and this time with my mother in tow.

One of the best nail places in the U.S.. I have to spend a great deal of my yr traveling for business as well as for family and to see friends. I generally struggle to find places that excell in all the ways youd want a nail place to excell. This place shines in every way. My nails stay on and looking great for longer than almost all other places. The staff is friendly and personable and speak wonderful English. Theres a large selection of regular and gel colors. The location is spacious and nicely decorated. Prices are the same as almost every standard nail place and less than fancy locals w/ often less competent nail techs. I sometimes travel to Greensboro and go out of my way to go to Kernersville just for nails by Andy, the owner of the salon. But everyone is wonderful. You wont regret going however far u may have to drive to get yourself pampered here. I promise Im just a very happy, supportive customer. I was just there on 11/3/20, my nails still look great on 11/16/20.

I travel an hour 1 way to come here. They are by far the best. They have made modifications during this pandemic to accommodate their clients and keep them safe. You have a choice of services with the minimum time for massage being 30mins (for pedicures). My #1 fav. Highly recommended.

Excellent staff and service. I received a basic mani-pedi and they put as much care into the basics as if you received a package. Their massage pedi chair is very good (this is coming from a massage therapist/bodyworker!). They also do phenomenal job on hand painted designs!

Best place to go for SNS! They are consistent every single time and Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Professional, clean and courteous. Very reasonable prices compared to other places. Highly recommend their services!

I went to this location due to all the great reviews but unfortunately it did not live up to its reviews today. (I was seen 01/24) The tech rushed the entire time. her attitude was pleasant but the job performed was subpar. I got a gel set and my nails were NOT polished properly. She did provide me with an extra service due to her postponing my appointment by 10-15 minutes but honestly I would just rather to have had a great manicure with excellent gel polish and I didn’t. I really wanted this to be my new nail salon but I won’t be back.

I was looking for a good nail place after a bad experience at the place I was usually going (the technician cut my toe, and not only that she didnt know what to do, but she didnt even bother to apologize).I went to 6 different places until I found Lucky Nails and Tan in Kernersville. The staff here is really welcoming and courteous and they take their time to do a good job, instead of rushing you like most of the places do. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers, all you have to do is clearly and politely communicate if there is something that you wouldve liked done differently.Its been over an year since Ive been coming here and NEVER had a bad experience.

I brought my wife in today after a long and hard pregnancy based on the positive reviews. My wife loved the people, and they were really nice. However she left crying because it was such a bad manicure. She felt the girl took to long, and was inexperienced. Her nails were still sharp after it was done, and she wanted them soft for handling our baby. Because she didnt want to hurt theyre feelings, I now need to find someone else to fix them.

I love this place the most friendly people I have met! I wont go to anyone else they have the best costumer service! Very clean and always tell you how long the wait is ahead of time! Very detailed with there work and never have a problem with fixing anything you need! I would recommend them over any nail place in kville I have tried out so many and never was happy until I came here!

Went to Lucky Nails today during lunch. This was my second time going there, and it was wonderful! I had SNS done and my nails look wonderful. The staff is great and I recommend this place to everyone in Kernersville. I would also like to mention how clean and sanitary it is, the staff makes sure everything is spotless! Every time i come here the have 2 or 3 people getting mani or pedi and they always ask can i come later with never a time and its unprofessional to ask being as though you dont know if someone drove far or not. She rushes EVERYTIME no scissors barely any plucking. I recommend us sisters to go to a location that knows waiting 15-20 minutes on a weekend isnt a long wait and it seems like you dont want business unless your getting mani pedi when it shouldnt be the case. I have been at least 4 times and EVERYTIME they rush. Will not waste my money bor time being told to come later EVER again.

We give away you appointment because you no come... specifically came to this salon because of its exemplary reviews but their customer service lacks desperately and I wont be coming again!
