Absolutely horrible I am so disgusted with this place. Lady who did my nails her name is Kat I asked to get tips on my nails she did not I repeat did not shape them evenly four days after my nails were already chipping cracking and one fell off absolutely horrible place so disappointing after reading all the reviews I thought it be a great place but I should’ve turned around the minute I walked in and seen it was only her working… NEVER AGAIN!!

The lady who did my nails I believed her name is Thae. She did an horrible job, my nails are uneven and crooked. I told her I wanted almond shape, she did square shape and told me it was coffin. Then decided not to charge me for coffin.My Bella nails was really a bad experience/waste of money and please do not flag my review because I am being honest . They need more experience nail technician to work there. Thae talks bad about her customers which is very unprofessional. The customers are not the problem, but she is because she is not a good technician and needs to be replaced. I wont go back there ever .

Cat, is simply AWESOME!!! She does an amazing job, I show her my ideas of designs and she always makes it happen!!! The salon is very clean and professional, and Cat is the sweetest person to communicate with.I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️

Went to get SNS and I had some on my nails so they had to remove. They left me for an hour while they helped other people. I took off the foils by myself bc my fingers started to burn. I later choose a SNS color and when she starting putting it on my nails I wasn’t the one I asked for and she said It was. So I just asked them to take them off and I left the salon with my nails looking very unhealthy. I will not be returning to this location and I do not recommend it.

We got ManiPedis. Cat was very nice and attentive to me and my niece. She made sure everything was kept sanitize and no other customers were being seen until our appointment was finished.

My mother and I went in as walk ins and had a great time. My mom got a pedicure, I got a pedicure and manicure. Staff was very friendly, it was very comfortable and soothing inside.

She never gave me the gel I asked for, she didnt take a drill file to the underneath side of the acrylic nail she applied. She only filed the surface and shaped them. So,they were crooked and looked like they were done at home with a store-kit. I have never had nails look this bad.

Would leave a negative star review if I could. Went in a little over a month ago for a fill and a week later I had lost 3 nails and the others were lifting. She couldnt have cared less to even consult with me. I wanted square shape and short. I left with one hand square and the other coffin shaped. She left nail polish all over my cuticles, turned the fan on her for my nails to dry and got up & walked away. Didnt say thank you& or goodbye. She just walked into the back room. I was the only one in the shop so it wouldnt have killed her or taken more of her time to be professional and make sure I was happy with my service or what I paid for. She even told a customer who walked in that she accepted EBT as a form of payment?? I thought that was illegal.

Cat is the absolute best! I get gel polish on my nails and she always makes them look great. She is invested in every customer that comes in and makes them feel like family. This has been my go to nail salon since she opened and I will always go there.

I went in to get a pedicure and it was wonderful. Massage was great as well. Polish was perfect. The young lady by the name of Kay was magnificent. She was sweet and a perfectionist when it came down to my service. I will be returning again. Salon was nice and clean. Ask for Kay she will get the job.

Best salon around! Beautiful inside, clean and always inviting. They don’t reuse nail files, each client is charged $1 for they’re own set that they can bring back. Love this! More sanitary and less waste! I continue to go to Cat because of the great service, price and my nails always look great!

My wife my niece and myself went in for pedicures. It was a perfect experience for the three of us. Kay was amazing. She took her time and the massage was great as well. She has a great personality. The nail salon has a good clean environment. Kat and Kay are such great people, they love their customers and treat them with lots of love and care. I recommend this place 100 percent.

Today me and my girlfriend go to my Bella nails for her birthday and it was a fantastic idea because Cat and Kay did a wonderful pedicure and nail job for us and the shop is the cleanest I ever seen and they use the disposable liners in the pedicure spa. I and my husband are living in Clement and we used to come to the salon near our house but one of my friends who lives in Winston Salem introduced us come and try My Bella Nails and we love this place a lots, the owner is very nice lady and friendly, the manicurist who work there also done a wonderful job. I did a call and walk in and the entire experience was really amazing.Through the phone the manager was super helpful.I went in and was helped immediately. Everyone was nice, friendly, thorough.Jen did my nails and I could see she was being careful. I had a hard time deciding what color and she gave her opinion and also helped me with a design because they didnt have the studs I wanted. The manager checked up from time to time and all the customers in there looked really happy.She also explained the pricing super detailed so everything was clear.

Love this place!! Been going here for almost two years without any complaints! Cat does such an excellent job and is so sweet. She even gave me a Christmas gift two years in a row! The atmosphere is very relaxing, with good music. They do a really good job at keeping it clean. I’m always welcomed by name when I walk in, and asked if I need water or anything. I also love the fact that I have my own personal nail file and buffer, other places use the same ones on multiple people. I get SNS every time, and it has made my nails so long and healthy! They look so natural, and I love how strong it makes my nails. I’ve tried SNS at other places before, but my nails always broke and chipped, they also looked oddly thick. My Bella Nails uses the real products, and you can really tell the difference. So glad I found such a great nail place!!

I am living in Kernersville in 35 years and I used to come to My Bella Nails with 3 previous owners before Cat, she is the new owner and the best I have ever met before in this place. After she took over this salon, she changed new pedicures chairs spa and remodeled a lots inside the salon. The salon is using disposable liner for pedicures and this thing I never seen the other nails salon use in Kernersville. Her salon is very very clean and everything is organized. Cat is friendly and kindly owner and Kay who works with her right now also good lady with good heart. I recommend everyone come to this salon and this is the only salon I love.

Somehow my review was deleted! So I’m posting again!This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to! I told Cat multiple times I was not satisfied and she proceeded to tell me they looked fine. 4 hours and 60.00 later I am still not satisfied and I have to pay someone else to fix her work. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

I definitely recommend this place.I feel so comfortable they work with what you want and most importantly for a great price. They give best top quality work its not like other places you go and to much going on and loud. They are so down to earth I got to know the workers and they are so kind. Thank you for your amazing service and not just treating me like a customer trying to get me in and out. :) I had a date on this day and I was running late but I wanted to get my nails done and I told her I was in a hurry she got them done in such a timely manner. I still made it on time. She worked with me and i have received so many compliments as to how natrual my nails look. Thank you!!

My nails are extremely crooked

I’ve been in Kernersville 43 years and I have done my nails and pedicure in this salon in 2 years and I totally recommend everyone to come here because Cat and her workers always keep the shop clean and sanitation for their tools follow up state boards rules all the time and Cat is very friendly lady and sweet to everyone. I want to keep coming here and you need to try.

You have to buy a file & buffer for $1. The owner wanted to use the same file & buffer that was used for my pedi for mani. That’s so not sanitary and when I asked why was she using the same file she got very rude. I will not return here.

I appreciate that they are sanitary but it was pretty embarrassing when she took off my SNS and 3 of my nails were green and she was pointing it out to everyone in the salon and then refused to do anything else to my nails. This was my first time at this place and I don’t blame them for the fact that the salon I’ve been going too screwed my nails up but I’m just saying that it was super embarrassing to have my disgusting nails on display like that and then to walk out of the salon with brittle, bare, green nails was discouraging.

I just moved to kernersville and saw this salon on google. So many great reviews and it lived up to the hype! Kay is absolutely FABULOUS! So nice and down to earth. She takes so much pride in her work and does an amazing job!! Never before have I seen such sanitary practices. I’m a long time customer for sure! I recommend this place to everyone I know, even those that don’t live in kernersville.

The owner and her associates are friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The pedicure is amazing. They are not rushed and spend an awesome amout of time taking care of you! I will continue to come back!

Im here now and I have never had such a fantastic pedicure! Danny was friendly and started me off, then another woman took over who was equally as friendly. They both took their time, talked to me, made sure I was comfortable. Sometimes I feel awkward in nail salons, but not here. The best part was I timed it poorly and needed to leave before the nail painting to pick my son up. They let me come back later to finish. I brought my son and they were so sweet offering him a snack, and making sure he was comfortable. I will definitely be back here!

I went in to get a fill in and a pedi. Pedicure was really good and I enjoyed Kay but my nails look horrible. The polish was thick and was not filled in properly. The owner did my nails but one of the workers had to fix the terrible job owner had done. I will not be returning back to this nail salon. Do not waste your time. The salon is always empty, seems like a ghost town in there and I know why bc the owner is out rate and said things that shouldn’t had been said in front of customers. Also she said my nails for lumpy because of the polish I picked out, no it was lumpy because she didn’t take her time or didn’t know what she was doing. I’m so dissatisfied with this service but love Kay and other young lady who fixed my nails.

I got accrylics there and the lady seemed like she did not know what she was doing. they were crooked and at first she didn’t even give me the color i wanted. i also said i wanted short nails and she barley cut them the length i asked for. she nicely changed the color of my nails but now you can see the old underneath. People were walking out because of how long the wait was.

I dont recommend this place to anyone. The lady who works there is completely rude and never has the same staff because shes always getting into it with everyone. I will never go in here ever again. It shows a lot when your buisness is slower than others in the area

By far the sweetest person ive ever met. Cats customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD. From the first day I came I felt welcomed and comfortable. Bella Nails is clean, organized, and very sanitary. Every single time ive been (every two weeks for the past year) I have left santisfied. If I didnt like a color, shape, length, or whatever, she wouldnt hesitate to make changes. This is the worst SNS and pedicure I’ve ever received. Done by the owner and when I expressed my feelings she laughed like it was a joke. The yellow SNS was see through and looked like my nails were painted with a green highlighter by a child. Any one would agree how ridiculous my nails looked, awful.She said with an attitude how was she suppose to know I didn’t like see through nails? NO ONE LIKES SEE THROUGH NAILS. Here the nails are seen black as she said this is the only thing we can do. Omg what a nightmare. Luckily the next day I found a dream spot I’m Winston Salem. Phew never again.

Won’t be coming back to this nail salon. I told the lady I wanted medium length nails she gave me short. She didn’t clean me nails up after she glued them down. So now I have to get polish remover and clean the glue off myself. The charged $1 for nail filer and buffer which I found odd but we get to keep it. She said she charged me $31 for my service when I got the notification from my bank it says they charged me $37.20. When I said something to her she said it wasn’t true

I had been in this nail salon before and my nail tech is no longer here! This place always have new staff I don’t understand why they can’t keep any employees for more than a month. I got a acrilic set done and it is the ugliest set I have ever gotten! I they are thick ugly and un even some look wider than others! The young lady who did my nails have no clue on what acrylic nails are. I am super disappointed in this place and will never be back.

No disrespect what-so-ever, but i was here before and she had done sns but the nails she had done were dented and crooked, they do make you get your own file & buffers for sanitary purposes, they were very sweet people, yet the nails were kind of sloppy and looked rushed.

This is by far the nasties nail salon I have ever encountered with. Let me start by warning people NOT TO COME HERE! They REUSE PARAFINE WAX! Wax that go on clients feet and extracts CELLS OF THE BODY. They have a small box like thing by the trash can that says “trash” and they place the paraffin wax and at the end of the day they put this wax back in with the rest of paraffin Warner.This establishment does not comply with NC cosmetics art Board. They DO NOT have Barbecide to disinfect tools that are used on each client, this place used the blue powder that go in the water to do pedicures the owner said her self “stateboard will not know because the water looks blue” this is by far the most nasty way and can transfer fungus, tuberculosis, aids. They also hide the “chesse graders” in the back and do not disinfect them because the fact that there is no barbecide or Citrus 2, if you want to get corns on your feet or do not mind being scrubbed with a tool that has not been disinfected and has other people’s skin residue on it go on ahead and come to this salon! They are also over priced and do not know what they are doing with Acrylic or Dipping powder. Their shaping and length are terrible. They do not deliver a professional job. Uneven,cricket, lifted, thick or too thin nails.This place is NOT WORRIED ABOUT QUALITY ITS ALL ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE. Pedicure chairs are also not disinfected properly. If you care about your health do not come to this establishment.

That never happened with my old nail salon...never coming backSO WE TRIED TO TAKE MY NAILS OFF WITH ACCETONE AND THEY CAME OUT AND WHEN WE TRIED TO PULL THEM OUT AND INCH OF MY NAIL AND SKIN CAME OUT CUZ SHE MADE THE ACRYLIC SO THIN AND GLUED WRONG THAT NOW MY FINGERS ARE BLEEDING IM NOT COMING BACK FOR A SERVICE EVER AGAIN AND THE CAT THE OWNER WAS THE WORSE SERVICE OF MY 2 years wearing acrylics I’ll have to go back to my cheaper nail salon i was expecting to get good nails with those prices
