Fist time there and i absolutely love this place already! Absolutely Love my nail lady Tina and all employees are beyond nice and greet you as you step in the door and make you feel very welcome! Very clean! Definitely recommend to anyone. As for me i can say, this will be my new nail place. 😊

The place was beautiful when I walked in but It seemed like the whole service was rushed, I did not enjoy it (very poor service). And also how does a massage feel painful (I found that odd). I don’t think I will be going back to their place.

Great experience. Manager was very friendly- definitely a busy nail salon and for good reason. You could tell there were a lot regulars which Is always a good sign. I came in with some rough nails and she did such a great job! I will definitely return.

I needed some pampering and went in for a hot stone pedicure. It lasted an hour and was $33 which was very reasonable. The shop was very clean with plexiglass shields between employees and you. The hot stone part lasted about 5 minutes and they rub the hot stones up and down your calves and across your feet. Really nice! Highly recommend this place. I felt like a new woman afterward.

My original nail salon I had used in the past was unable to fit me in today for both a mani/pedi. I called Royal Nails to see if they had time, to which I was told to come on in. I’m very happy with my experience and I will be coming there anytime I need my nails done from now on! They were very nice, and they had fit me in pretty quickly despite how busy they were. They also had a great Covid protocol in place which made me very comfortable! I highly recommend!

I went in today for a mani/pedi. The pedicure on both big toes has bubbles in it and and you can see the nail through it. The manicure was painful and I was cut on two different fingers. This salon has always been super clean and busy but today it seemed like a ghost town. I asked to speak to Cindy the manager and was told she is not there any longer. What a great loss because she seemed to care about the customers and kept things clean.

They dnt treat everyone the same. everytime I made my appt there was always an excuse tht someone was b4 me well I had the first appt wit the nail tech n they told me tht someone else had this appt how when I had call and gt this appt . And was the first appt when they open. Very bad customer service

So apparently most of the current nail techs do not do acrylic. I made 2 appointments for acrylic nails at 3:30 on Saturday but I was not told that only one girl working was available to do acrylic nails. They had several tech just sitting around because they only do sns? My sister and I had to wait to get started and then get our nails done one at a time. After this experience I definitely will not return.

This is single handedly the worst set of nails I’ve ever had in my life. I believe my 7 year old, could have done a better job painting them. The lady Thai, did a horrible job and cut me bad for $73 on feet alone.

Ive found my new nail salon! Very pleasant experience. Nice, clean, chic and friendly staff. Nikki was great, she really made my nails look natural and pretty again with the SNS French with natural pink! Amazing considering the the way too fake mess I came in with! I will be back in 3-4 weeks!

It was my first time getting my nails done and I really liked the place. It was clean and everyone there was really nice.

Well I dont know what to think. Had to go back to have 2 fingers re-polished because they peeled within minutes of leaving the salon Thursday night and now one of them has formed a bubble under the polish since going back Friday. Will be going back a second time to have it fixed...we shall see...

Great service! Amidst all the COVID madness they were very professional. Every surface spotless and with individual packets personalized for each client and masks, gloves, sneeze guards and all the other usual clean safety items (bags in pedi basins etc) it felt clean safe for all!Thanks for the relaxing visit!

I heard about Royal Nails from a friend. I started coming to Royal Nails about two months ago. The first time I got a mani-pedi before going to the beach My Nail Tech was Nikki who was fabulous she is very detail-oriented, takes her time, and is very friendly. Sandy did my nail art and was very precise she is a very down-to-earth person funny and kids around with the customers and staff the environment is very calming and welcoming I highly recommend this Salon to anyone looking for a continuous great experience I will be coming back in the future thank you Nikki 4 being so awesome and taking your time and being so thorough I felt so welcomed here.

Paid $30 for a pedicure that looked like my kid did it. Painted sloppily and minimal care given from the technician. Very disappointed.

I love Royal Nails! Ive been going here for 2 years now, when you find your nail tech, you cant let her go. They have amazing nail techs, and their pedicures are amazing! They also have 2 small kid size chairs for pedicures so your little princess can relax as well. Only nail I go to in Kernersville.

Friendly staff! I was seated for a pedicure as soon as I stepped in. It was without a doubt the best pedicure Ive ever had. By the time I left all of the pedicure seats had customers as well as a few people getting manicures and there was more than enough staff to accommodate.

Friendly. I forgot to pick a color because I got seated so quickly, but no worries because she brought some nail samples and found one for my toes that was as close as she could get. I added my brows at the end of my manicure and she didn’t seem to mind at all. I always tip well and prefer early morning service if possible.Went today after not going for 6 months. Person doing pedicure was nice and did a great job. Person doing my nails messed up two, but fixed them without me saying anything, so I appreciate pride in a job done well. Only negative, with price increase, I didn’t get a hand massage after and that is my favorite part.

Great service, wonderful ladies! They all get along so well its very refreshing to see evertime I go in. Today while I was there, they had some down time and started cleaning. I have to let everyone know, the cleaning was so thorough, I mean every inch was being cleaned, if you want a nail salon where the atmosphere is always professional, and happy and have comfort knowing their salon is clean, look no further. No matter how bad my nails get I wont go anywhere else, if Sunday is my only day to go and they are closed.... I WAIT. I absolutely love them!

I had a pedicure and a simple manicure. Susie did both and even went to get three bottles of polish after I described the color I wanted. She did a wonderful job matching the color and on my nails in general! I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Royal Nails is the best. I go every 4-6 weeks for manicure/pedicure and I wont go anywhere else. There are always enough employees available and I have never had to wait for service. All the employees are courteous and knowledgeable of all services available. Royal Nails is always clean and it is very spacious. I love this place. I would highly recommend Royal Nails to anyone!

I love, love, love this place! I have been to several nail salons in my life, and this hands down is the best one I have visited. I go about every 4-6 weeks and is my go to for manicures/pedicures. The place is always clean, and always has a full, friendly staff to accommodate customers with little to no wait time. I always feel welcome when I walk in, and leave relaxed and happy with my nails. I was really excited to come here and then realized I didnt bring enough money. $27 for a standard pedicure But even more so $25 for a fill in and their excuse was I have long nails not to be funny but Im not stupid Ive had my nails for over 15 years and it doesnt increase the amount that you use for a fill in if your nails are longer I have never in my life been charged more because my nails are longer and mind you theyre less than an end to their not extra long its not like theyre falling over. But at least they were open till 8!

I have been going to Royal Nails for several years. I honestly have never had a poor manicure at this facility. Every person who has done my nails has done an excellent job. I have been to other nail salons and just hoped I would get someone who did a good job. Sometimes I did and sometimes not.At times I bring a nail art picture to Royal Nails and each time they have done an acceptable job of duplicating my sample.There is a fair turnover of nail technitions but each new one that has done my nails has been skilled in the technique and performed her service well. They are also friendly and try to do whatever you ask of them. I wont mention names because my memory is poor and I would not want to miss giving everyone a good review.I feel comfortable walking into Royal Nails knowing I will be treated well. I do look forward to treating myself at this salon.

Best nail salon in Kernersville! My nails always look wonderful when I come here. And they last! Ive been to other places where gel falls off after a few days or polish on toes only lasts a week or so but Royal Nails has the best products and services. They take their time, but they deliver amazing manicures and pedicures.

I have been here a few times now for SNS and I just had my first pedicure. The shop is very nice, very clean. Everyone is always friendly. They are also staffed well enough and have enough stations that Ive never had to wait, even though Ive always been a walk-in.

I have been so faithful to Royal for years!!!!! but the last few times going my experience hadnt been the best. My nails always look good but making an appointment is a joke. When I make one its not honored and they looked shocked when I come in for my appointment. Three weeks ago I had a pedicure. My toe nails were filed uneven. The polish wasnt applied fully and my toes had to be redone. That took another 40 minutes and I was charged full price and asked how much of a tip I wanted to leave. I had been there close to 3 hours for a pedicure. I left highly upset. I left three messages about this and never heard a reply. Yesterday I called and asked were they taking appointments. I was told yes. I made one online and when I showed today I was told no appointments today. We didnt even check the computer!!!! reallllly !!!!??? My nails were done and theyre pretty!! But when I tried to talk about my toes I was blown off. The owner was not there today but I was told that Vivian would talk to me. She never did. I never pay less than 50.00 when I go sometimes 100.00 but I am not so happy anymore and thinking of finding another place. I hope that money is not taking over the need for quality and care of customers. I posted my toes on here. Theyre yellow and not pretty.

Did a fine job a bit expensive

This nail salon clearly has many good reviews, but I had two of my worst nail salon experiences ever here a few months apart. The first time, when I had a super rushed pedicure that was poorly done, I said Id never go back. But someone I know who loves this salon convinced me to give them another try-so there were several months between my visits. This second visit was even worst than the first with another very rushed pedicure. (I am not joking in any way when I say each leg was massaged about 60-90 seconds, and the salon was NOT busy at the time.) The pedicure was sloppy, and didnt last very long, but the worst part was what was done during the eyebrow wax. Although there were several girls milling around with nothing to do, they were also all trying to eat lunch (at the same time) so I was sent into the wax area, and then left for about five minutes. I could clearly hear them deciding who would come do my wax (and yes, I know, I should have known better by this point!), finally a young girl was sent in. She clearly had very little experience in waxing as evidenced by the fact that she somehow managed to rip off a line THROUGH my eyebrow, making it look like my eyebrow was two separate sections! I was horrified, and theres no fixing that other than allowing it to grow for several months. Ill never step foot in this salon again, and I had no interest in discussing this with the owner as she was there the day this happened, and was hiring the staff. Again, obviously many people are happy here, but Im clearly not the only person who has had really negative experiences like this either. There are certainly better alternatives in Kernersville.

My daughter & I love spending time together at Royal Nail. The atmosphere is relaxing. Sam ALWAYS does an Amazing job on my nails. While Lynn does an outstanding job on my daughter.

I have gone to this salon a few times in the past, and never had an issue. This time however was very disappointing. The (older) lady who did my nails was constantly talking to other ladies in the salon while doing my nails. Every time a customer would walk in, it would interrupt my appointment because she kept getting up to help them or talk to them. She proceeded to pull out her cell phone and call one of the girls, Im guessing in the back of the salon, to tell them customers were waiting. THEN when I had taken the time to really pick the colors I wanted on the color wheel, she couldnt find them on the wall...she said the numbers had been updated on the wheel, but not on the bottles sitting on the wall.The final straw however was that she proceeded to paint my nails with 5 COATS OF POLISH AND TWO LAYERS OF TOP COATS. My polish was so thick by the end that it didnt even look like a smoothly painted nail. The next day the polish chipped and peeled.Now I have to spend my time going back to the salon to have them fix my nails. I will have a different girl do it this time however, in hopes that the same quality of service isnt repeated. The only reason I gave it two stars is because I have had decent service before, and they are offering to fix it....

This is an amazing place! Dont be turned away by the shopping center, the cleanliness is impeccable, the staff is very friendly, and they do very quality work! Spa pedicure chairs are extremely comfortable and the sanitation is perfect. I had a new SNS manicure with Steve and he cleaned up the mess that the last Salon made!

I have been to just about every nail salon in Kernersville but Royal Nails is the best! My daughter and I both get our nails done every three weeks. We are always pleased no matter who does our nails. I have recommended several friends to go here.

This is my go to nail salon. They have changed names a few times but the services has always been good. There is usually a crowd in the mornings-early afternoon but they usually get to you quickly. It does help to have an appointment during those times if you dont want to wait.
