I was referred to this business by a girlfriend of mine whose nails always look beautiful. She explained to me that when Sam at Happy Nails does her nails she only has to go back every 3 to 4 weeks, however the whole team is very good, she added.I was astonished and decided to try them out. I made an appointment on a Friday but had time the day before to get my nails done so I walked in and luckily they were able to take me. They were very nice and professional. I met Sam, his wife Twin and the whole crew. I felt like family immediately and was over the top Happy with my nails.The name is very fitting because my nails were indeed very happy❣️🙏🏽 💅

Happy Nails is a very professional, down to earth place to get any service they offer. They are very nice and laid back people and they always make sure you like what they have provided, if you don’t they will fix it not a problem and they’re happy to do it too!! I was having a bad day and this was my first time visiting under the new ownership. I was a bit hesitant because I was big fan of the previous owners. The gentleman, Sam that did my nails was professional, funny and patient. His wife Twin does waxing, and the pedicure lady was incredible also. Great Spa vibe!

I have been trying to find a nail tech and just nail salon that I like enough to come back to multiple times. I have heard nothing but great things about happy nails, and decided to give them a try. I came in last week to get sns. I had a great experience, the staff were super nice, and Michael did an amazing job on my nails. Everything was super sanitary, and they took every precaution they could to keep everyone safe. I will definitely be back!!

Dont even bother going here to get service. Went in 30 minutes before closing only to be told we cant service you. Go back first thing in the morning and she says were short staff on a Saturday and cant help. Absolutely terrible! Ms. Nancy should come back and manage because this never would happen with her! If someone comes in you service them. I came in between your business hours, so its not my time. If appointment only, let that be known.

Happy Nails is the best Nail salon in Kernersville. Honestly, I can feel that when I communicate with the techs, they actually communicate with me back . They dont communicate to themselves with their own language and make you feel like they are talking about you. I love Happy Nails. I love that they remember me after even a few months of coming in.

I have been going here for many years. Nancy sold to Sam and Twin. Love them and they do a Fantastic job. Through all this Covid they take it very seriously. We wear mask and they also wear mask,, have the plastic between everyone. I feel very safe going there . They also make sure people follow the rules so everyone is safe. This is a wonderful nice and clean nail salon. Every nail technician there does an amazing job. As soon as you walk in you are acknowledged and greeted with a smile. Most importantly the nail tech services that are offered are posted with their prices.

Used to go here years ago and finally returned. Nancy (the owner) had started a few more nail places out of town and had people running the spot for her. Massage chairs were nice. Because of covid, no more wine and drinks. I was a walk in, but next time Ill make an appointment.

Went in for an sns manicure, and my nails weren’t filed evenly. Went home and re-filed them myself. My nails are also unevenly done, with some nails not having polish close to the cuticle bed and fingers having excess polish on them that were not cleaned up. And you have to pay extra for your own nail files and bring them back every time you come in? Very strange. Will not be going back. Try Empire Nails in Kernersville. They are very good with manicures!

After trying 90% of nail salons in the Kernersville area this one may be the one. The owners are SUPER friendly and sweet. Although it was my first visit here I was very surprised that the owner knew all of her clients by name. My pedicure was out of this world and the lady really takes her time and it was worth every penny. I cannot believe it took me this long to find this place out. It came highly recommended from a few friends. If youre looking for a place thats quality over quantity this is the place. I never felt rushed. The atmosphere is very relaxing also. They have a new returning client.

This was my first time using Happy Nails. Sam did my nails. Usually the first set you get put on in a while is “ok”, but Sam did an amazing job. Everyone was super nice and it was an inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

I have never had my nails done so well before going to happy nails! Sam is an absolute artists and I look forward to getting my nails done every two to three weeks by him! He take so much care and the designs he comes up with are always fun and beautiful! I highly recommend going to see him!

The owner woman (im assuming shes the owner because there is pictures of her on the walls) did my acrylic set and it was the worst nail experience i have ever had. She was incredibly rude, made my nails and cuticles bleed in multiple places, and i was left with odd looking nails. The appearance of the nails was by far the smallest issue i had, my experience was horrible and my nails were left paper thin and sore for at least a week.

Would not recommend. Had manicure and Gel polish on Monday at 10:30 by that evening at 5:00 the gel was coming off. The manicure was sub par: cuticles left and nails not trimmed or shaped.

This place gave me MRSA. She uses the same stick for the whole waxing service. Very unclean. Don’t go to this place. Who knows what she waxed on other people? Seeing her use the same stick after applying the wax each time made me think, “What all has she waxed on everyone else? Definitely will not go back.

They do good work, but they charge over what the prices are that are posted. That is very shady and you need to update your prices if they have changed.

I chose happy nails because it was close by but Im glad I did.They were able to get me in last minute and the person who did them (Twin) did an awesome job.
