I have been going to Trend Setters for years. Samantha Walker is my stylist. She does my color, highlights and cuts. I have always been happy with her work. She is very professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she respects and values my time. Rarely, does she ever have another client during my “processing” time. Great customer service.

Nancy did a fantastic job. I was initial nervous to go in anywhere because I wanted to donate 10 inches, but after she got finished cutting I knew I made the right choice. She did a wonderful job I can’t stress that enough. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to find a new salon or someone who just wants to change things up.

I must say that I really love this salon. Its a great friendly environment that is clean and everyone there is nice and welcoming. Dana is my stylist and she does an amazing job every time I visit her. She recently done a dramatic vertical stack for me and It turned out awesome. She is friendly and makes sure that you are comfortable while in her chair. Shes great at her job and knows what she is doing. It doesnt matter what I ask of her cut, color or style it turns out great. I strongly recommend this salon for its relaxing atmosphere they always offer free coffee, water or wine to enhance your experience.

This was my first time here, and I am so thrilled that i found this place.Ive been to numerous hairstylists/salons in the past, all good...but this Salon, especially Ms. Miranda Cox are exceptional.I wanted my hair to be gray with silver highlightsI went from a brunette (w/partial highlights) to exactly what I wanted. I’m a hairdresser out in Wilmington but am in town because I had to evacuate due to hurricane Florence. I figured I’d go occupy my self and just get a wash and style. I got in with Miranda and I would definitely recommend her. She was very sweet and made me feel like a person again after the chaotic evacuation!!!!

Worst experience I have ever faced. Even when you call to make sure you get an experienced hair stylist they give you a young girl that has no clue about color. If you travel like I do for a living never stop at this place. They had a lot of suggestions but the experienced hair stylists did not step up and try to help the situation. Then I received a text trying to make me feel bad about the mistake they made.

Great team at TS...easy to schedule appointments and Dana is always punctual, never leaving me to wait long. She does such a wonderful job highlighting/trimming my hair that I started taking my kids to her, one of which is autistic. Dana exhibits enormous patience with the autistic one; he is sometimes difficult to work with. In fact, she accommodated him in a separate room so his social anxiety wouldnt be so bad. She appreciates feedback and works with you no matter what color or style you want. Thanks for everything!

I went in with a picture to have my hair trimmed and left with spikes, which I did not want. She was so involved with everything else doesnt pay attention to what she is doing. Never wore that short hair in my life let alone spikes. Totally upset, cant glue it back on.

She is so sweet, she knew EXACTLY what I wanted, and offered me the perfect products for me while genuinely caring, not just trying to make a sale. If I could give this salon a higher review than 5, I would. I now have a salon to return to. Best salon experience of my life.

Tonight my stylist was Miranda. My experience was the best Ive had anywhere and I am more than willing to recommend her and this salon to anyone anytime. My stylist knew so much and answered any questions I asked. There were many hours of work done but it was all worth it.

Havent had my hair cut in 9 years. Needed one for a new job opening. Called this salon based on reviews here and the fact I dont like going to chain locations for much of anything. I prefer local businesses. They accepted me as a walk in, listened to exactly what I wanted, and instead of making 1 cut and risking it being too short, they gradually cut up to my liking. Jessica was BEYOND professional and listened to my needs, not just what they wanted to do as a stylist. Now that i have to keep my hair shorter for my job, I will be revisiting Jessica on the regular. Great service.

Trend Setters is a beautiful establishment located in the heart of downtown Kernersville in a tastefully decorated and wonderfully staffed office in The Factory on Main St. As a 2 year loyal customer, Dana Hemeric has continued to impress me with consistently good hair cuts, a very professional attitude and a few good laughs as well.
