Holly nails & spa service is great! They care about what they are doing and take their time. This was my first time coming here but I had to review because I will be back!! I would recommend to everyone!! Jennifer did my nails and she was so sweet and funny! 10/10. If you are looking for a nails salon to go to this is the one!!

This is the second time I’ve been to Holly and I will definitely be back! My first experience was an acrylic fill in. Tommy is awesome- he is an artist! I love the shape of my nails and they look polished and professional. My second time, Tommy did SNS glitter ombré on my real nails and it turned out beautiful 😍 It’s almost hard to believe these are my real nails!Tommy and his wife are very sweet, and they are honest with you about your service and what’s best for your nails/desired look. Price is good and accurately reflects the level of quality. I am very pleased with my experiences here and will be a regular customer!

Jennifer was amazing. She taught me stuff on my nails and why they had been bending and breaking on the ends. She is very friendly and does an amazing job with sns. Awful experience. She stayed on her phone and just did what she wanted with my nails. Design is even bad, uneven nails, and didnt file nails correctly and left my cuticles on even after asking for her to file them off and cut them back. Nails started to bubble up shortly after I left. Definitely wont be back. Rude employees. Ive had them on not even a week and it looks like Ive had them on for 2.

I called and scheduled a appointment for my nails and pedicure. The owner was very rude and complained the entire time about how my nails were too long and he didn’t like doing long nails. My bails aren’t nearly as long as people are wearing them but to constantly complain was very unprofessional. I always tip but I only paid for my service and left, I would’ve appreciated him saying that prior to starting but he saw my nails when I walked through the door.

I moved here from Texas back in June and I’m so happy I found Holly Nail Spa because finding a good nail place is sometimes challenging! I have become dedicated to only here. Tommy is wonderful! He always remembers how I like my nails, he makes them thin which is a must for me where a lot of places make them very thick. If I don’t like something he will fix it. One day I broke my nail the same day I got them done and he got me back in there and fixed it for me for free. Make this your new regular spot too!

Had an awesome experience @ Holly Nails Spa! They took us in even after we came @6 and we got out at 7:30. That was very nice of them as they worked late for us! Feet nails look great and they were very nice. Had a long conversation about college and my sisters eyebrows! We were not bored one second! And they’re also cheaper than most places! Choose this nail salon. You won’t regret it;)

I got a pedicure today and the lady who did my nails was super sweet. Unfortunately, she cut my nails too short and curved. My left big toenail hurts on the right side because the nail cuts really low into my skin. The lady also left a lot of skin around the sides of my toes. Also the nail polish isnt on my toes right either. Parts of my nails dont have polish and the polish is on all of my cuticles. I am very disappointed with my pedicure and wont go back there again. Ive been to several other nail places before and my nails have never been cut this way before. Ive never left and a few minutes later my toe hurts from a nail cut this short. I wont go back again. I added pictures so you can see the difference in my two big toenails.

Jenny just started doing my nails & I absolutely think she is the BEST that has done my nails! She listens to what you want, she makes sure she does them the way they should be, and she takes her time with all of her clients. She also waxed my eyebrows & they look the best they ever have! I am beyond pleased with the service I received. The WHOLE salon is very professional & very clean. I am very pleased with the services I have received. Thank you Jenny for everything! I love my nails, eyebrows, and toes!

I went here for the first time today and I really enjoyed it. I got there right after they opened and there wasnt anyone else there. Nothing hurt and my feet feel great. The massage chairs were nice also. If I get another pedicure I will definitely go back.

This was the first time I had my nails done at Holly Nails after relocating to this area. I was impressed with Jenny and Tonys friendliness. The service I requested was French Dip SNS which I have had many times before at other salons. Tony did an AMAZING job!!! I have never been more pleased. I strongly recommend this salon.

I have been going to this business, Tommy particularly, to have my nails done SNS for a few months now. I have always loved the results, but as this was my only experience getting SNS, I didn’t have a basis for comparison as to how good they really are until recently when I visited another Nail Salon. The results after going to the other business in nearby Winston-Salem were awful; several of my nails didn’t hold up for three days, and started to crack and break.Comparing that to the three weeks they have stayed looking great after a visit to Holly Nails, and the price, and that they will fix a break for free if it happens within a couple of weeks of getting them done, now I truly understand how great the folks at Holly Nails really are. Whether you have to drive from Winston or are in the Kernersville area, do yourself a favor and go here!

First time going today and I absolutely loved it! I got Jennifer and she was amazing she was super quick and my nails turned out exactly as I wanted them to! She definitely knew what she was doing! Tommy was amazing! I moved to Kernersville a few months ago and I needed a new nail salon for my daughter and I. Well we found it!! I will continue to go here for my nails!!!

Today was my 1st time visiting a new salon after and mishap at my old salon Tommy did my nails and he did an amazing job they look beautiful and he really took his time in paid attention to detail. This is definitely my new nail place.Update 9/12/2020So I have been here 5 times since my first review. Every time I have to introduce myself. I always call ahead to make an appointment. I usually end up waiting anyway. Today I scheduled a pedi at 1:00 didnt get started until 1:20 Jenny did my pedi but stopped before painting my toes. She went to tend to a manicure appointment she had at 1:30. I waited for 20 minutes for her to come back and finish. When she did not i got up and paid for what ever she had done already. Tommy does my nails beautifully and it makes me sad to have to find a new salon again.

Great nail salon!! I dont usually go to salon outside my one favorite place, but I will be returning to Holly Nails. They did an amazing job on a light pink SNS nail that is sometimes difficult to make look smooth and not appear see through. The best Ive had in a while! The are kind and thoughtful and aim yo please. Will be a returning customer for sure!!

Went to Holly Nails after a disastrous visit to another (shall not be named nail salon who take ebt as payment on the other side of Kernersville) nail salon and was serviced by Tommy! BEST DECISION EVER! He saved my nails, and I have seen him twice since & will be back today if my schedule allows. I wont see anyone else, my nails last, theyre gorgeous every time, and im so pleased with the professionalism & cleanliness of Holly Nails. I highly recommend!

When I called and made my appointment this morning, Tommy answered the phone and asked if this was my first visit and I replied yes. He immediately welcomed me and provided directions to the shop. I LOVE Holly Nails Spa. I have been coming here for months and have never had a bad experience. All the staff are extremely friendly, take their time and make sure to give you the best experience possibly! I’ve never been to a nail salon that pays such detail to make sure you have a wonderful experience. They are reasonably priced, have a great location on Main Street and have great hours of operation! It’s nice being able to have the option to come early in the morning or later in the evening.Also- the best part is they have SNS, which is SO much better for your nails! Coming here the past few months have helped my nails so much (past acrylic user here)- they are so much stronger now and grow faster now!!Would highly recommend anyone and everyone to go to Holly Nail Spa! 💕

I’ve had Tommy do my nails with SNS twice now. They have been fantastic. Tommy is very engaging and likes to chat. That’s not the usual with nail places, so I really like that! They have a “punch card” which is nice, too. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes!!

It’s a nice place and everyone is friendly, but both times I’ve gone the tech doesn’t do a very good job. My pedicure was interesting, she rounded my toenail off and didn’t cut the others in a straight line. When I went back for a manicure, hoping to give this place another try, lucky me... I get her again. She shaped my nails nicely, but the paint wasn’t all the way to my cuticle. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

The place is neat and clean. Freshly sanitized nippers, etc. They are fast. And they dont miss a single step. Shortest manicure ever. Too bad we had to wait more than 20 minutes to get it. Great place for a quick manicure It was just what I needed. If youre looking for conversation and pampering this may not be the place for you.

The prices were reasonable. It was hard to find though b/c Edward Jones is no longer there. They did good work and were polite.
