I went to Radiance to get a toe color change and it took them a little over 45 minutes!! That took way too long. Also the color did not match. Its dark inside the salon, you cant see the real color until you step outside in the sun.

I had an appointment and upon arrival I was not greeted but instead stared at by the staff at the front tables. A tech finally said how are you doing then came to the desk and asked if I had an appointment I said yes, and he just proceeded to walk off. Another customer came in with more fair skin and was immediately greeted she too had an appointment at the same time as me she was told to pick out a color and shortly after a tech came up to her and showed her where to sit. I’m not going to state the obvious here but needless to say they will never receive my business!

Lackluster experience. First and last visit. Creative explanation about my fee. Listed price has mani/pedi signature package as $63. I was charged $80. Was told gel polish on my fingernails causes separate charges for mani & pedi ($37+ $41=$78 btw). The person in charge nonchalantly shared I shouldve been charged $90 but then they werent sure. I shared my concern re the lack of price transparency to which I was given a nonchalant yeah. Aint that some sugar? #NeverAgain

I was in North Carolina for my cousins birthday. She raved about this place and of course I had to try it. It is spacious and beautiful. Unfortunately all I can hear was a girl crying and arguing with her bf on the phone and it seemed like she was really emotional. I was shocked to see her sit down with a customer and rudely ask her to stop moving. She excused herself for the second or third time and came back with her eyes all red and she was shaking. I could hear her customer complaining about how the color turned out. My cousin told me her name was Tiffany and she always argues on the phone with her bf or talks bad about other employees/management. Unfortunately that’s why I am rating this shop 1 star. I could not relax over the yelling on the phone. The place was otherwise very clean, everyone wore their mask, and their customer service was great.

My nail tech Cassidy gets five stars ⭐️The overall is at 3 stars ⭐️I’ve been going here for 2 plus years only because of her .The first thing that drew me to this place was the beautiful interior .She was icing on the cake, great work!I’m very particular about my nails and I like consistency.I liked the fact that conversation flowed easily all around .I admit I was shocked at some of the topics especially in the presence of older customers . You will hear a lot, but hey I personally like the entertainment and sometimes I need to know my family isn’t the only crazies out there 🤷🏼‍♀️However … I do not need to see strung out High people on their phone acting erratic arguing with their boyfriends, after running in late complaining that their UBER took them all over town, all while looking a hot mess . Today took me to a different level . If I were her client, I would have walked out, took everyone I know with me and never looked back .None of us are perfect, we all have issues, but as a business owner if I had employees that displayed such actions, I would be out of business .I think on some levels Josh needs to reevaluate priorities. I don’t get a lot of “ me time “ when I do, I would prefer to relax and laugh, not be on edge because I’m wondering if an employee or their bf is going to blow out, or if a customer is going to flip out because they are stressing over their nail tech .Just my opinion …

I just wanted to say I was extremely disappointed seeing as how I got so many positive recommendations .I called three hours before and scheduled an appointment for five because I’m 8 almost 9 months pregnant and it’s not good to just sit and inhale the fumes .I got there and didn’t get started until maybe 10 minutes before six .it was so rushed the man doing my nails had to stop many times to tend to other things . It was very aggressive lots of pulling and tugging on my fingers .I’ve got cuts from the file on my skin he even stopped and asked me “Are you okay? Am I hurting you? .I’ve never had a full set be so rushed in and un-relaxing .i’ve still got acrylic residue around my nails and under my nails And My fingers are currently throbbing. Usually I get S&S and pay about $40 to $50 depending on what I get done and I didn’t feel it was worth the $35 that it cost to even get an acrylic full set done here because it was so unenjoyable. My pinky only has half of the acrylic on it a majority of my pinky nail is exposed on the side .I have my baby shower this Sunday and will probably go get them redone somewhere else before then and today is only Tuesday👍🏼.However the gentleman who did my nails was very kind and still did a pretty decent job .he obviously had a lot of responsibilities on his hands and was in charge of taking care of everything .but I feel like he put the other customers ahead of and before me to give them good relaxing service while I got the bare minimum.I’m sorry but I just would not recommend

First time using this salon for a pedicure. Ansley rubbed a raw spot on the side of my foot with the foot scrubber and didn’t even tell me that she had done that. I checked my foot when I got home and found the raw spot, I was not happy. Also the music that was being played had very offensive lyrics and was WAY TOO LOUD! I’ll never go back.

I went to radiance about a month ago with my girlfriend to get her pedicure and the whole time we were there a girl there named Tiffany was on her phone the whole time yelling at her boyfriend and my girlfriend was uncomfortable and couldn’t get relaxed at all because of her. The business is great but she ruined my experience, and I’m not sure if I want to take my girlfriend back or not.

This was supposed to be an enjoyable experience but it was quite the opposite. the lady doing my pedicure was loud and on her phone the whole time. i felt like this was a waste of my money and definitely won’t be seeing her again

Radiance nail & spa in kernersville is the best place to go to for a relaxing, peaceful and clean nail salon experience. I had Kayla do my nails and they came out so great. Very satisfied. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I usually love this place, but the girl i had didn’t finish my nails, was very aggressive and was on the phone with her boyfriend the whole time, because of what i was wearing. she was increbibly rude and my nails look horrible

The first time I went here was great but 2weeks ahí I don’t know what happened! My daughter and myself came in to get SNS, so they took my daughter first then I thought I would be next. No, they were taking other people in front of me and at first I thought it was because these people had appointments, no I ask one lady if she had an appointment she said no? I found out later it was because no one wanted to do my SNS. When I did get to someone she was very upset that she had to do my nails. She was talking to the other lady and the host about how someone else should have done my nails! Right in front of me! I tried to smooth it over and said do I need to wait for someone else, she said no someone should had took me but she would go ahead and do them. The whole time she acted angry! I tried to do small talk but she was clearly upset didn’t want to talk to me and even got on her phone! I was thinking all this after waiting almost 2 hours! Who runs this place? What kind of customer service is this you’re gonna be angry because you have to do my nails is that not your job and if other people are not doing what they’re supposed to who is managing them? Some of the people there are great but this day they were clearly no being managed!

I’ve been here twice and each time has been a great experience. They talk to you and are polite throughout the visit. They took their time and were in no hurry and paid attention to detail. They put the liners in the tubs and open up new packs of tools. It is clean and doesn’t have the typical chemical smell of a nail salon. They are definitely my family’s go to spot from now on. They also talk you through everything they are doing and truly care about you having a good experience and wanting to come back. My grandmother had a rough experience the last time she got her nails done at a different salon and she told them about it and they made sure she had a good experience with them and took extra care with her. I had Cathleen and I highly recommend her she did a wonderful job!

Cassidy did my SNS nails and they came out perfect. They were even and shaped perfect to my natural nail. Awesome job ask for her!

Highly Impressed! Trying a new nail salon and decided to go here, they were very friendly. He made sure along each step that I was pleased and asked many times. They take there time but he did exactly what i asked. I was very pleased and will definitely be returning. A very nice atmosphere and not to mention the inside is GORGEOUS!!

I have been going here since these opened. The experience was originally really great. Josh used to always do my nails. As their client base grew Josh started handing me off to other nail techs which was fine. Once i realized that the other nail techs weren’t doing as good of a job i would request josh. It became clear josh didn’t have time to always do SNS and was just running the salon. Now you walk in and there is always a 30 minute wait even if you have an appointment. The quality of work has gone down hill significantly. I always leave upset with my nails because they are either always rigged, cooked, or not the same length. And it seems like all the nail techs want to talk about is how drunk they got the weekend before or their current boy drama. And it’s even worse when Josh is out on vacation. I’m disappointed to see the salon turning like this, i believe i have spent my final dollar there and will be finding a different salon to go to from now on.

I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday and they were pretty busy. I just needed my SNS removed and a manicure without paint to give my nails a break. They were very attentive and quick. I sat near the owner and she was constantly aware of new walk-ins and making sure an employee tended to a new customer as soon as they were done with their current customer. Overall, I was very pleased with their service and attention to detail. Will be going back for a gel pedicure and gel/ SNS manicure in the future. Will be sure to update based on the future experience.

We made an appointment for 6:15 pm.. waited until 7 and left because we just couldnt wait any longer. I called as soon as they opened and they said they took appointments but clearly they dont. It just sucks because I got my mom, sister, and nanna to drive way out of their way to get their nails done for a late mothers day gift and we were very disappointed. However, the owner was nice enough to give me a call personally and apologize as well as a $5 off coupon if we would give their salon another shot which I appreciated.

I wish I would have taken before and after photos, when I walked in, I was greeted and escorted to my seat. There is where I met Andy and I had told him my nails were a Hot Mess, He was very nice and did a great job on my nails. I definitely will be back. They look awesome!

My mom loves this place so i decided to give it a try as well. i got a full set-gel and im very disappointed. one of my nails is just completely crooked, and though both my mom and i mentioned it to her she brushed it off and wouldnt fix it. another nail is bent upward like it was pushed up.....the place itself was very clean and the people were mostly nice and friendly.

Im always scared when trying a new nail salon, but I couldnt have been more pleased. They are all about service and doing your nails just as you like it. The gentleman/ nail tech offered me something to drink multiple times and gave me all of my options when I told him that I wanted a full set. He paid attention to detail and was very gentle and kind.He did SNS with French tip and my nails look so beautiful and natural.I cant wait to go back! I will refer everyone to Radiance Nails.

This place is amazing.Eve is the best! Im picky with the shape of my nails and have high expectations of the finished product as much as you pay for nails and she has never let me down. They remove SNS and Shellac/Gel the way it should be done, my nails are never brittle. Ive never had a salon remove them the way they do. My SNS last longer than 4 weeks. Every other place I have ever been my nails start to lift after 3-3.5 weeks. Ive gone 5 weeks due to traveling without coming in to have my nails redone and aside from obviously my nail growing out, they were still attached to my nail and not lifting or cracked and I am rough on my nails. They are quick, not too quick that you feel rushed but it also doesnt take 4 hours like some salons that will stop 15 times in the middle of your nails to help someone else. Also, most importantly they are clean!

I usually dont get my nails done often. But theyve always done a wonderful job on my nails. I get SNS and it last for a long time. I like the elegant interior design of the salon.

I have been a patron of Radiance Nails & Spa for about 6 months now. I initially received excellent service but unfortunately have recently received less than satisfactory services and actually feel that I was being treated with racial bias.

Switched to this nail salon about 2 months ago because my mother in-laws nail tech from our previous salon moved here. Carissa and Andy are awesome!---- update on 4/16 been going here since December of 2018. Went in today and I most likely wont be back! I waited and waited and Andy wasnt there which is ok but then when I finally picked my colors the owner Josh took the colors with out even getting them out for me. And you are supposed to earn money off after spending so much I think its 100$ Well I have spent way over that and have yet to get any money off.

Cassidy did a fantastic job on my toes!! BUT the owners wife did my nails and they popped off not even a week after completion. I went in to get a refund and they REFUSED and said they could fix my nails and proceeded to only fix the ones that popped off while the other ones are barely hanging on and have already grown out. Now how would that look? Not happy.

I have been coming here since the opening and was pleased with my experience, they have now jacked up the prices and did not tell me that a fill in cost as much as a new set. They are very overpriced and laughed when I asked for my nails to be filed down because it was not done correctly the first time. The service takes a very long time as well.
