They act like they can’t do anything other than basic polish. They only want to do the bare minimum. Anything that requires extra work they don’t want to do. Don’t recommend if you want anything other than a polished nail.

⭐ Highly recommend them!! Im not from Kernersville but was in town and happened to stop at Empire Nails & Spa. The best pedicure Ive had in many, many years and I was a walk-in. The technician was exceptionally attentive, professional, very kind and never rushed. The sugar scrub, hot stones and paraffin wax really soothed my calves and feet and believe me...youll love it! Entire staff was genuinely friendly and the facility was very clean.

I went there for the first time a few weeks ago to get mg eyebrows waxed Mimi did an awesome job. I thought i would go back and try them out on my nails and its a No for me. I let Samine do my nails today and there is no arch on my French and i asked him to not round out the edges on my nails and he did anyway I am very particular about my nails and its just a No for me. The acrylic is too thick and its not flush to the cuticle🤦🏾‍♀️.

Awesome!! Extremely friendly as well as clean! My husband & I go there for pedicures and he get manicure. I get full set nails as well as lashes! They really take their time with you and do an amazing job. If, something doesnt like right or if you have a question they are quick to answer or fix it. Our daughter and granddaughter goes here as well and are the ones that referred us.

My nails started cracking the day after I got my tips and sns. Its been a nightmare with these nails since. There literally just cracking off of my fingers a little every days I just wanna rip them off. Got them done friday! They where cracking saturday morning. I cant rip them off.

My normal nail salon was not open and I needed to get my nails trimmed back and repolished. I tried out Empire Nails and within 3 days they were complete trash. I will never go to this place again. What a waste of money.

Got a full set acrylic 3 days ago and have already lost 5 nails the girl who did my nails Mae was her name was very friendly but she didnt prep my nails at all I keep acrylics on so I know how long they should last and how they should be done. Very disappointed in empire nails .

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this salon! Friendly personable nail technicians and extremely talented. Lisa is the best nail technician in the triad in my opinion. Anything you want she can do and add her own twist.

I have been going to this salon now for three years and have always been pleased with their service. The owners are wonderful people and their employees are very sweet. —My nails also always look great. My SNS easily lasts three to four weeks. It looks just as good as the day that I left the salon. ❤️

Been to salons all around the area and they were rude. Empire Nails and Spa ALWAYS do a professional job and are ALWAYS so nice and never make me wait. They are the ONLY nail salon Ill go to. love them!

I don’t believe in reviews. I actually hate reviews because I work in the food industry and people only get to hear one side of a story. These people here work their tails off. Every time I come in they are pretty busy but they find a way to take care of me. They remember conversations we have from previous visits, even if it’s been two months since my last pedicure.They talk to me like a person and not like just a customer. I have gone in late before and they have stayed way pass closing time. I appreciate them as a person because we all have family and jobs that makes it hard for us to treat ourself. They like what they do, I can tell they take pride in it. Just wanted to let them know from one service industry worker to another, I appreciate you taking care of me and for caring.C.C

Love this place. They are fast. The longest I ever been there is a hour and 15 min. Jenny does mine and shes excellent. I wont go anywhere else. Im taken as soon as I walk in. Try them out. You wont regret it!

They follow COVID-19 Guidelines and they clean the stations after someone is done doing there nails.

I went to get a pedicure and the corner of my big toe on each foot is not painted. I’m very disappointed but still tipped. I’m not sure how he didn’t see it.

The staff is really nice and seems professional. The quality of nails is really good. Sometimes it can be very busy and you end up being there a really long time. Overall I like it and will go back.

Friendly staff, they do a great job with pedicures. My pedicure always lasts for weeks. Great place to catch up with a friend while getting toes done!

Service is worse than being an animal. This is real no games, that was in the Frys, the soup was nasty and had only 3 shrimps, was very hot.

Was convinced to do SNS the last time I came here. I add a tip to my nails the last time and when they took it off today and to my surprise, my nails are growing longer like they said. I am soo happy with this result. It’s been so hard to grow out my nails until now. They are so nice, never pressured me to do anything I didn’t want until I was ready.

I was given a pedicure for Mothers Day, which I havent had in years, so this was a real treat. Employees werent friendly, my feet are still rough and my paint chipped in two days. The pedicures I give myself are much better! Not worth the money.

Been there a couple times just to try it out. Greeted at the door and ask what service I’d like. Massage chairs are nice, tv is on HG TV. The staff remembers your conversations you had 2 weeks ago before coming back and will ask you things that show they care...like “how was the photoshoot?” “How did the company Christmas party go?” Little touches like that I like. They do a good job on keeping my nails and cuticles straight

Not enough employees to service all customers. Going here for a mani/pedi is an all day event, set aside at least 4 hours. There is a really high turnover rate, so if you like one technician you are unlikely able to see them again. Once stopped by more than a hour after the posted opening hour, the doors were still locked and no one was there. An employee arrived, was surprised and called the owner, who was nowhere near. I was told to begin calling for an appointment, to lessen the wait time. I made an appointment for a mani/pedi and eyebrows...when I arrived there were only 2 people working. It took more than a hour before my nails were wrapped to remove SNS mani, and the gentleman doing pedicure was taking multiple people before me and my mother, while the only person doing manicures waited on others. After waiting for an hour and a half I got up to leave to leave. The manicurist was surprised and stated that the other guy didnt do manicures...I asked if he did pedicures and she acted like she had no idea that I had scheduled both. After going every 2 weeks for 5 months, I will never return.

It was an okay job but when they had messed my nails up the first time rushing through them they acted like I was bothering them to fix it for me. And I still didnt really like the out come. Me and my sister were there for over two hours because not a lot of employees to handle the amount of customers.
