I went here to get acrylics for the first time and Diamond did an AMAZING job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she color matched and shaped them exactly like the photo. I will definitely come back again

I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon for a while now and I think i have found it. They are clean, nice, and over all good at what they do. I really do like how they practice social distancing. i rated a 4 bc the lines on my nails are a little bit more thicker than i anticipated and one is a little lumpy but it’s not really noticeable. I will definitely be coming back here😁

This is the second time my daughter has been to this shop both times she did not get done till way after closing. This time she went she had an appointment at 7 and she did not get done till 2am. When i asked what took so long the lady said well i was running behind. It makes no sense that it took that long.

I went with a friend for the first time and was extremely pleased. The location was quiet and relaxing. The ladies one tomika I believe and another younger lady were absolutely amazing ! They interacted with us and it felt like we had been to this location frequently. You can tell they care about making it a fun and relaxing experience. Will definitely be back.

I never knew this shop was around the corner! I messaged Nicole on IG and got an immediate response. Luckily, I caught her in time and was able to schedule the same week. Nicole is a pleasure. She was welcoming. Ive never had a nail tech actually ask what you like, what you used to do, what youre trying to do-- pretty much trying to learn you and your style. She held a conversation with me- previous nail tech has never. I had a hiccup with one of my nails later that week and she repaired it with no issue. They also do great eyebrows with little pain. Definitely recommend her and the shop!

Walked in at 5pm and asked for gel nails. I was told I had to have an appointment and there were no more walk ins for the night. So I went to Royal Nails down the street and got great service.

If you are looking for excellent, sanitary nail care and a friendly atmosphere, this is your place. I have been going here since it opened and will not go anywhere else. Has there ever been a wait, yes; however this can be avoided by simply making an appointment. Any concerns that I have had, I addressed with the manager and everything was handled professionally. My nails are healthy and always look great when I leave.

The absolute best nail place in Kernersville. Im a man and I have problems with in-grown toenails. Ive been to most of the nail places in town searching for one that will help me take care of my feet, but not require me to get an extensive/expensive pedicure. This is the place! The lady is always so good that there is no pain when she gets out my in-grown nails. I no longer even try to do my toenails myself - I just go to Envy.

I called in to set up an appointment with Nicole a day prior. I came in today and I was 20 mins early, she was finishing up a girl and then once she finished her up she told me to sit. She went to the back and I never saw her. she left me hanging 15 plus minutes. I was highly recommended by her and this is my first impression. Punctuality is a must in my book. NEXT

Four hours spent getting a basic pedicure and gel manicure... they are extremely understaffed and didnt seem to have any concern about that. I was originally told it would be a 20-30 minute wait to get my pedicure which was fine, then 3 and a half hours later I was finally called to do my manicure. Not once did anybody tell me how much longer of a wait it would be or apologize that it was taking so long. By the time I finally got to my manicure, she spent more time on her phone texting and making calls and talking all about her drama with the other girls working there. The only reason I didnt grade them a 1 star is because my nails look decent.

I have been here twice & the staff is VERY rude!!! Both times Ive been here, I dont get greeted & the lady who does the talking has a nasty attitude. The first time I though okay Im new & its Sunday but the second time was on a Thursday & the way I was treated is unjustified! If you want to have good service do NOT come here. Needing a desperate fill in and repair thought I could come to nail envy, been there a couple times before but guess no one remembered me. I sat waiting for 45 minutes, people coming in that has appointments being helped before me. I finally was told to sit at the bar, not told any thing pick out a polish or anything I waited patiently the nail technician that was supposed to be helping me was talking to the women getting pedicures. I guess that was too important than helping me as I sat at the bar another 15 minutes. I finally got mad enough and walked out. Will never go here again and get treated like Im not a paying respected customer. Awful place. Beware.

Made the trip from Stokesdale to Kernersville because I was excited a salon was open past 6 on a Sunday. When I arrived at 6:25 pm (they close at 7) for a 10 minute polish change. The nail tech turned me away (very rudely) saying they did not have time for me. Will never visit again. Hate to give them 1 star.

They do nails VERY well, but DONT go her.Only problem is the sanitation. And the lady that did my nails wasnt nice at all. They shoved on my cuticle too hard and made me bleed. She simply just wiped it off with a paper towel and put the tool back in the drawer.My friend got Hepatitis C from this place.

Best service I have had since Ive had my nails done

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and decided this past time would be my last, I was hesitant in the first place but my friend insisted. At first I was alright with them, the shape of the nails themselves were off but I still loved them. BUT HOWEVER today marks 2 weeks since I got my nails done (SNS with tips), ONLY SIX of my sns nails remain, I’ve never had this happen ANYWHERE over just a span of two weeks. And by the looks of my real nail, the sns was barley bonded to my nail at all, The remaining 6 are lifting horribly like the others were before just falling off.I paid 50 dollar for this service and I am now truly disappointed.

Love how they do my nails but often have to at least 30-45 min, but its worth the wait to me to have great long lasting nails!

In the past I have had nothing but excellent experiences.. but the last four times Ive had services done here it was completely awful. I contemplated leaving this review but I feel that this issue has happened too many times and Ive brought it to the managers attention and clearly nothing has been done to resolve this problem. To start, the employees were completely rude to me and this was shocking because I was a regular at one point and had never experienced this before in this establishment. Everyone had always been extremely nice to me in the past. I tried to take into consideration that they couldve been having an off day but four times in a row is just unacceptable. I tried to have a conversation with the young lady who was performing my shellac manicure and the only reply she gave to ALL of my questions and statements were really? / Ok and was said in a very rude tone, not paying attention to anything I was saying, and at times i caught her rolling her eyes at me. She complained that they were understaffed at the moment and that employees were walking out the door left and right. She was impatient as I selected my color and applied my shellac very poorly. The color was obviously not covering my entire nail on most fingers and began to peel within 4 days. At one point I asked her if she could get a little closer to the edge of my nails and she immediately began speaking in another language to her coworker and Acted very annoyed. My nails Are very strong and thick and have never been sensitive. The light they used to dry my shellac burned my nail bed to the point that I was jerking my hand out of the light by reflex of the burning sensation and was very uncomfortable. The feeling was very similar to a drill tool being used directly on the nail bed. The young lady did not even acknowledge that I was experiencing this awful burning on my nails and continued working. When I asked if there was something wrong With the light I received a reply from another nail tech that there was nothing wrong with their equipment that it must be the sensitivity of my nails and that no one else has had this issue. I replied that I had never had this happen before and in the past I remembered them using a different light. Both of them insisted that my nails must have changed recently, that they have always used that light, and that there was nothing they could do. (since then I have gone to another nail salon and did not have this problem at all.) Since my nails began peeling so early (because the shellac did not cover my entire nail) I returned 3 days later and asked if they could fix them and I was treated as if it were a burden on them. During one return visit I was even expected to pay for my nails again since they had to redo them. This same issue has happened four times in a row and since then my nails are starting to weaken and peel and Ive never had that issue before, Im assuming it is from the harsh UV light used to dry the shellac. Again, this was once an excellent and professional nail salon and Im very disappointed that Ive lost one of my favorite places to go to get my nails done and relax. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment and hopefully this will shed some light on these issues to be resolved.

This is the 3rd time my daughter has made an appointment only to have to wait an hour or more past the appointment time. Had an appointment at 7:00 tonight, it is now after 8:00, she still hasn’t even started and two people in front of her. Absolutely ridiculous! We will NEVER return.

Good luck getting your nails done, I tried twice! I live 30 minutes away but was told this place was decent so I figured Id give them a try. Imagine the inconvenience of driving way there only to be told the wait is over a hr long! The first time I tried there was a line when I walked in and the lady up front told me there was a 2 hr wait! I left and just assumed I caught them on a busy day. Today I tried again, please keep in mind its a Wednesday afternoon, 2pm to be precise! I was pleased to walk in and see no one waiting and only 2 people being serviced. As soon as I told the lady at the front of the shop that I needed a full set she looked at me as if I was interrupting her day and asked if I could come back in a hr. Confused as to why I would have to come back considering that there were available nail technicians, I left and made sure to tell my friends that were meeting me there that we needed to take our business elsewhere.
