I wouldnt trust these guys at all. I went in for routine service, an oil change, tire rotation, and check a leaky tire. The tire was not fixed (I was told there is no leak, yet I am having to add air every other day.) The tires were not rotated. My fluids were not topped off. I was told I needed new air filters but wasnt allowed to inspect the old ones. I contacted the service department about these concerns. It took several calls before I could connect with someone. I was told to schedule another appointment. I work full time, am a single parent, and travel frequently. It is difficult to find time to sit at the dealer. Now that I have found a window of time I am available, I cannot schedule an appointment. I cannot schedule online (no available service) and I cannot get in touch with anyone to schedule an appointment. I have even been hung up on. Worst experience with any service department in my life. Will never use again.

Very happy with my experience. Short staffed like most everywhere but got my oil pretty quickly.

Nathan here in service has given me the best customer service Ive had in a while. I arrive to Nissan 10 minutes late, they still got me in. All of the guys here were friendly and very professional. Nathan informed me what was going on and made sure I understood. Coming from this girly girl this means a lot. Thank you Nathan!

Excellent, fast and friendly service. They changed the oil and washed the car. I was able to use saved service points resulting in a total bill of $1.06. Amazing! I would consider buying a Nissan again just for the service department.

I like this places because of my daughter Amy she loves the chicken Gnocchi soup,we eat in this location very often.

The service quality is poor but the price is high.
