The experience I had getting a quote for body work with Tony Lungaro was top notch service. He was knowledgeable and professional and took the time to go over a variety of options. He worked with my insurance provider to streamline my claim. I have the work itself scheduled for a future date so that is not included in this review.

Great job on my Honda Accord. It took 10 days longer than the initial estimate but it was worth the wait. They even provided a free rental vehicle from Enterprise so the extra 10 days were not a problem. Another small complaint is no status update on the repairs and I never actually spoke to a mechanic. All in all, the car looks brand new and runs great. All their work is guaranteed. I would probably go back to them.

Brought my car in 3 weeks ago for an estimate and they said they would send me estimate next day for the repairs. No estimate to this date. I called and left a message confirming my email and no return call or anything. Im very disappointed

Ill start with the positives: The employees were nice to me (when they werent lying to me), and my car seems to be properly repaired (as far as I can tell). Unfortunately thats where the positives end - overall, my experience could not have been worse. When I dropped my car off, the estimated completion time was 14 days. They had it for 3.5 months (MONTHS). But waiting was not the worst part -- the worst part was that there was literally 0 communication about what the status was, or what was being done. I made it a habit of calling multiple times per week to get updates, but no one was ever able to explain anything. At their worst, several of the employees lied right to my face, saying things like Looks like its being finished up early this week -- you can expect a call from us! Id call back later that week, and theyd tell me that it still wasnt even close to done (They would then blame their tracking software for mysteriously changing the status of the job). I finally shared all of these concerns and issues with the General Manager for Fox Ford / Mazda (Im not typically one to ask to speak to a manager), and could not believe how poorly he responded, I apologize for any inconvenience and will find out what is going on. As expected, I never heard from him again after that.I cant emphasize enough how much I recommend going ANYWHERE else to have your car serviced. If you think, They are affiliated with the Fox dealerships, so they *must* be reputable, (like I did) you will be sorely mistaken, and insanely disappointed.

I am sitting at my desk the second week after the promised due date for my collision repair.I had a fender-bender with some small cosmetic damage and a broken taillight. I made an appointment to drop the car off for repair. It took three weeks to wait for the appointment. When dropping off the car, I was told it would take about a week.After one week, I started calling. I was told the parts werent there yet. (Then why did I wait four weeks for an appointment?) I was told it was done with painting and waiting for re-assembly. I was told it was waiting for detailing. I was told--today--that it was waiting for wash and inspection.Im now well over a week past my promised delivery date. Its 3:08 pm and I still dont have my truck. Todays answer was Im not sure I can get it for you by tomorrow? (Yesterday, they PROMISED me tomorrow!) Think Ill get a call back this afternoon?These delays are costing me money. I use my truck for work-related jobs. I currently cannot return a load of materials that Im renting, as I cannot fit them in a borrowed sedan. I can only imagine how much this would be costing me if I was renting a replacement vehicle.The mendacity of this collision shop has been palpable. I hope their repairs are as good as their lies.

No communication whatsoever from your mechanics and you guys pushed my estimated completion date back 3 times without notifying myself or my insurance company!!! You have had my vehicle since July 3rd!! It has been over a month! Get it done!! I have called and left messages to get updates but no response!! I think you all are just screwing around!

It took three weeks to get an estimate completed. It was never sent to my insurance company, however, even after many phone calls. My adjuster had to drive to the office to get a copy. No one communicated to anyone that he had approved the estimate and I had to drive to the office to get them to order parts. My car has been there over a month and work hasnt even begun yet.Update: my car has been at Fox Ford Collision for two months and the last update I was given when I called 2 weeks ago was I havent been back there today to see whats going on with your car, Ill call you tomorrow All my calls have been unanswered and not returned. I wish I could give them negative stars..Update #2: Its been 3 months now that Ive been waiting for my car to be finished after a minor accident. The last update I received was 3 weeks ago. We just have a couple parts to put back on your car Nobody answers or returns calls.Final update: I got my car after 3 months and 1 week. The work appears to have been done well. The manager did pay one of my lease payments and my rental was covered by them the whole time. Im glad its over.

I am beyond pleased at the repair, timing and work Fox Ford Collision has taken upon repairing my car! They did a superb job on bonding, sanding, smoothing and painting, as well as fixing a few little marks! My car looks brand new! 🥰My car was damaged due to a bad roofing companies team being negligent and scuffed chunks of paint from my drivers side, and a giant chunk from back of my driver side - passenger door. I chose to take my car to Ford Collision, who has a new Manager of the Shop named Zach Van Eck.Not only did I receive updates, regularly on my car, even photo updates like it was my own child at daycare. (Which it’s my baby basically). They handled billing, even helped provide me with a rental vehicle that also make me a part of the process of care.The inside team, receptionist were so friendly, greeted me kindly and personable. This is a way a business should be ran, I appreciate the treatment, courtesy, updates and ease of them taking my car.Their estimate was right on point, they had my car taken care of in one week exactly (which is exceptional for the amount of work needed on side, fender and bumper) and they buffed and waxed it out completely when done! They truly listened to my situation and cared how I felt, so the extra steps to make me feel a part of the process wins my customer service and review!I will be bringing my car back to their facility for any unfortunate mishaps, as the pricing is amazing and the work and hard work of their exceptional collision center shows! To the entire Team at Fox Ford Collision .... THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY CAR AMAZING AGAIN!!! You are the real MVPs!!!!

My insurance company provided an estimate based on pictures. And to my untrained eyes, it looked like maybe my car didnt need toooo much work. They went above and beyond to make sure every single thing they saw that was even slightly out of whack from my accident was addressed. Practically my whole right side of my car was replaced or refinished. Took awhile, but my car looks like new.

They claim they order all the parts then call you to make an appointment. That didnt happen, I had to go there in person and make one, and all the parts where in for my truck. I saw they didnt start working on my truck for at least 3 days after I dropped it off. But it was moved many times, so who was driving it, why did it get parked in different spots at different parts of the day? But never in a parking spot. Ill be looking at my mileage for sure. But when I called after it being there for 1 full week I got the we found more damage should be done this week end of that week. I call and get its not done, your adjuster isnt in so I could call you back either way its been 2 full weeks for this repair with no end in sight. This was a deer strike with a fender hood and bumper needing to be pulled and replaced.The biggest problem I have is they touted about their ability to get your car back and streamline the process, but there is no communication with the customer, and when asked they always give an excuse and say they will call you back. Some times I have not gotten a call back.I told my insurance adjuster that the Fox line of business is shady and in it for the money not helping the customer and this seems to be in line with what I have experienced from other fox companies.

I had my car in here for nearly five weeks. Paperwork was lost and when work was done, my car sat in the snow (even when they said they were doing work). No one would call to tell me my car was ready. I had to contact DP Fox (Fox Motors parent company) to actually have someone call me back. I was a loyal Fox customer for years. I can now say that I will NEVER go back to this dealership again. They made little attempt to keep my business.

Extremely poor communication skills. Mike Gassed complained about our insurance who were on board, payment sent and ready for the car to get fixed. Had every excuse in the book including not receiving my emails..... Long story short....THE REVIEWS HERE ARE TRUE!!!!I am still waiting for a call back to schedule my vehicle but after reading these reviews we opted to go elsewhere....

I clarified ahead of time that I needed a loaner when i dropped off my car. There wasnt a loaner available and i had to wait for the person to get back from day care to set one up with Enterprise.I was told my car was ready and when I asked if a front end alignment had been done, no one was available to answer my question. When i arrived at the shop and asked again someone finally looked and said no. I knew the car needed one after the accident and i was questioned if I had hit a curb at some point. How insulting to me. I then had to make a second trip to pick up my car.Now Ive discovered they didnt hook up my fog lamps. All of this is taking away from my time at work.I hope to never have to return here for service nor will i recommend it.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had! The communication was the worst! I was constantly told would get a phone call or email about the progress on my vehicle, not once did I receive a phone call, I had to call many times to get an answer and even then there was no straight answer for me. Once my car was finished, they did not know where it was parked and didn’t even help to find it! Would not recommend going here! I wish I could give it a 0/5. This place left a disgusting taste in my mouth!

Stopped in 2-1/2 weeks ago for an estimate from a fender bender. I was told the soonest I could get it in was may which I understand, theyre busy. I have yet to receive a phone call or email on my estimate, and Ive called back 3x, was hung up on once while I was on hold. Apparently theyre too busy for my business so Ill be going elsewhere.

Professional staff and very helpful on getting me a loaner when my car was in the shop. Very streamline system, my car was fixed in half of the time they originally quote. Car was deatailed when it was returned and they did a very nice exterior detail. Cant say enough about how great their customer service is.

Do not bring your vehicle here. Terrible customer service. Told it would take two days for simple repair and turned into a week. Every day they would tell me it would be done that day and would never call back. Told me I could pick it up before work was done because that part wasnt needed to drive it. When my husband went to finally get car it would not start. Blamed on cold, no previous issues. Will never bring a vehicle there again. Never had such bad customer service.

I was so impressed from my first conversation of Todd telling me to head right over to get my car in when I hit a deer to Julius, the pleasant young kid that gave me a ride to the car rental. They were great. And when I picked up my car, it was clean inside-out! Highly recommend.

Dave Howell provide excellent and easy service for a latch problem with our Jeep. Our insurance company referred us to the facility as a preferred vendor and I wasnt sure since it was not our brand. However, Dave was efficient, friendly and made the process surprisingly easy. He certainly went above and beyond our expectations. I hope we dont need a collision center again, but if we do - we will certainly return based on how Dave treated us.

Appalling service throughout the entire process. My estimator never called me to confirm that insurance approved the work (I called and spoke with someone else) so I waited a week longer than necessary to even get the car into the shop. Once in there, I never got status updates of any sort, and two further calls to my estimator both went to voicemail - neither of which were ever returned. It takes 3 or 4 calls to get anybody to pick up the main phone line.I had explicitly stated up front that I intended to keep a wheel that had only very minor scratching. I even called a couple days before the car was finished to re-iterate that I wanted to keep the wheel. When I picked up the car at 4:30, the wheel was nowhere to be found. It took 45 minutes for them to finally track it down. I never once received any sort of apology.The car was returned to me with the windows being very streaky throughout the car as though someone cleaned it with a dirty rag, and the hard plastic on the center console was entirely covered in a greasy substance (Armor All?). They dont walk you out to your car to look over the work as every other shop Ive worked with in the past has done otherwise these could have been pointed out and addressed on the spot.You have to actively try to be this bad at customer service. Theyre rivaling Comcast on how little they think and care of you.

I would be cautious about taking you car here for collision repair. My car was towed there on Tuesday and I was told that they would have an estimate for me within 48 hours. I received no paperwork and the person looked at me funny when I asked for something that showed I dropped off my car. I did not hear back from them within the allotted time (this is definitely a complaint of most people who have left reviews) so texted on Thursday night and then called again on Friday. Still no word and called back on Monday - 6 days later. The parts had not been ordered and I could expect my car to be fixed 4 weeks from now. I asked why? The said the insurance company - so I called my insurance company and they told me they had approved the repairs on Wednesday - the very next day after the accident. Now it is 7 days after the accident and the parts were ordered. I wish I had my car.**Be sure to ask if you qualify for a loaner as this information is not volunteered and I was without a car for 6 days.. Car loaned to me was smelly and the interior was stained. I am getting a replacement.** I would like to say that I finally made contact with Andrea who was very helpful. I suggest if you find yourself in this limbo of a position with NO communication from them, that you find someone who is willing to help you. I hope to find myself outside this abyss soon.

There are plenty of other shops to take your business to than FCC. I had an unpleasant experience with them. I had minor cosmetic work done to the front bumper, had my gas cap fixed, and ordered a replacement part (passenger handle) for the interior of my car and have it installed. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday and was told it would be completed the following Friday. I had to keep calling back on Thursday to make sure it would be done on Friday and they couldnt give me a clear answer. Come to find out, they didnt order the necessary part in time and Id have to pick it up the following Monday. When I finally picked up my vehicle, I noticed that it wasnt fully finished. They told me that they hadnt ordered my interior part and told me to bring my car back the next day when it arrived. They also told me the part would be $10 more than what they originally quoted me for which I voiced my disapproval in the change of price. I couldnt understand why I had to pay more when this should have been completed in the original time frame. I would not recommend FCC to anyone because they were not on time with their schedule and for their inconsistent customer service.

Very bad at estimating time. Told me I will get my car back in a week, but turned out to be two weeks. Every time I call with questions they never answer the phone. Leave messages and never got a call back. It’s like you have to keep calling until someone pickup.... very unorganized. Never coming back forsure.

The service is horrible. I took my vehicle in to have the passenger mirror replaced. Was given a 2 day repair time. Well it ended up being like 3 weeks. I went to pick up my vehicle and checked to see that everything was working only to discover no power to the entire left side of my vehicle. This was very frustrating. I didnt understand if you are a repair shop why wouldnt you check to make sure the mirror is functioning properly. Why called and tell me to pick my vehicle up. So I took the car back. The guy that assisted with my claim could not believe it. So we walked back out to the vehicle and what do you know the mirror is still not folding in or the windows will not roll down. I had to then leave my vehicle again. Time pass I had to comeback to take the vehicle to another shop to have the car looked at regarding no power. It was told to me by the shop that Fox sent me to that a wire was not connect properly that it was left like this from when the vehicle was fist fixed. WOW are you kidding me once again how are you a repair shop and dont check this. The vehicle was then picked up by Fox so that it could be repaired and so that another mirror could be placed on the vehicle because the one that was originally placed on the vehicle was a bad used one. Another week or so I was told my vehicle was done. Again before I left the parking lot I tried the mirror and it folded in. Good everything seems to be working properly. Well not exactly. About a week or maybe two later I was driving the vehicle and a friend tried rolling down the window in the back on the passenger side and you wouldnt believe the window would not go down!!! Insult to injury I folded in the mirror and my friend walked pass and asked Why is the mirror still pinkish white? Huh is what I was thinking. I checked and yes the mirror was not painted when you fold it in. Unbelievable and once again how are you a repair shop and dont catch this. Well I immediately call and ask to speak with the manager no luck so I emailed one of the guys that I was dealing with before. A few emails and still no call from the manager. Now I am really frustrated because I had to then take the day off from work. I go in and lucky me the manager was in. I explained my issue and a few concerns I have. He came out and looked at the vehicle and was shocked to see that the mirror was not painted but gave a story of how they would have had to take it off and painted. Oh okay is that not their job?? I also inform him about the window and even showed him. We go back in the building and he look over somethings but tells me to leave the car and it should be about 2 days. Well yall that was a week ago. I have been calling to get the issue resolved and still no response. Guess I will have to take the day off yet again to handle something that should have been done right in the first place. I would rather give no stars but in order to post I had to. Not a happy customer at all.

Horrible communication. Stopped by for estimate in the end of March 2019 (as comprehensive insurance said I didnt need to make an appt at this place since I had a claim). I was told, Ill send you an email with this claim information but wouldnt likely be able to get an appt until mid-April. Of note my name and info was written down on a sticky note. Didnt hear anything for weeks so finally called after April 15th. Told by secretary, who talked to staff quickly, not sure what happened, theyll call you back in a couple days. I called 1-2 times more (the last time at the end of April) and they admitted my info was written down on sticky note and thats why there was a delay. However, they reportedly took my info down 2 times past that with no improvement. I guess they did my estimate (zero communication but found out when I contacted the insurance company). I am going with another garage. The workers are pleasant but horrible communication. I would rather have rude employees and good communication... Will not use this location again.

I came in on a Monday trying to get an estimate on repairing my vehicle. I went to the front reception area filled out my paperwork and waited patiently for someone to approach me like the reception lady told me to do. I start seeing different customers who pulled in behind me getting approached first and being helped out without anyone saying a thing to me. Oh fox motors I love standing around with my hands in my pants Waiting for one of the 5 employees walking around doing nothing to inform me on how long it would take to just get an estimate. Thanks for wasting my time on a Monday and putting other people ahead of me.

One week job is now going on five weeks. If you call for an update, they will be rude especially Victoria. No one calls you back or you will be told it will be ready tomorrow. Never in 5 weeks have they initiated an update. Horrible experience. Do not take your car there.

I had such an unbelievably bad experience here. I was initially referred by my auto insurance after an accident; they replaced a front strut. Within 6 months it had broken and was leaking so we called to get an appointment for repair under warranty. It took us over a month to schedule the appointment. When I showed up, no one seemed to know why I was there or what I needed done. After explaining the history and asking if the work would be completed today, they assured me yes and that someone would call. I dropped my car off at 9am and did not hear from anyone until nearly 130pm, letting me know the shop was backed up so they were moving it up front to get the work completed faster. I still hadnt heard anything by 5pm so I called back, three times, each time reaching someone who was unable to help me, tell me where my car was or where it was in the process. Finally, the last girl told me it was completed and the keys were waiting with a cashier, after a very long hold. I drive over to pick it up and as I am pulling in the lot, the technician performing my service calls to tell me the condition of the strut and that it needs to be replaced and NO work had even been completed yet but I was welcome to schedule another appointment if I needed the car today, as he was not made aware I needed it today even though that was stressed when I dropped it off and in every subsequent call I made. He could not answer why someone had told me it was completed and ready for pickup 20 minutes prior. Why did they think I scheduled an appointment? To get a second opinion on the work it was scheduled for?! I took a day off of work and received nothing but a fiasco and no resolution. Disappointed and angry, would not recommend.

Worst customer service . In the 10 days they had my car they never once called me to update me on whats going on or when it will be ready.The last day they said it will be ready but would not let me know in the morning at what time the car will be ready, of course they didnt call I had to chase them all day. By the time i got an answer it was the end of the day and I had to come with my kids when it was their bath/sleep timeSo annoying!!

I had my car fixed for hail damage. First they lead me to believe it would take a day for them to fix the car. It ended up taking 10 days. Their customer service is non-existent. I kept having to call them to find out what was going on with my vehicle. No one bothered to call me or keep me informed. On day 7 I found out who was handling my vehicle and even after asking that he contact me he did not bother to. I called the following day and all he gave me was a fake apology for not keeping me informed. All they care about is the money not the customer or customers experience. I will not take my vehicle there again.

I would give them 0 stars if I can. They gave estimate for 15 days to fix car and got my car back after 1 month and 10 days. Initially went there to check and realised car stayed there where I parked over a week.(Thought to give them a call, called 22 times, and guy who handled claim never picked up the call. Called the receptionist and made sure that guy is in the cabin, he was there most of the time but never ever picked the call)After getting car done realized so many things are messed up. To fix those, again had to go 2 more times.(Gave them list but they did not even care to check the list once done to make sure it is done) STILL 3 things are pending.(Worst Nightmare) Better go to Berger collission, or somewhere else. People suggested me to go somewhere else but I thought to go to the same company as car dealer but now realised that I made a mistake. I will never repeat mistake and Ill try to stop whoever is going there.

These folks dont answer the phones and do not respond as to the status of our vehicle. Even to get the vehicle scheduled for service wasnt easy as Todd Raible, the person who looked at the vehicle with me, did the estimate, and is the body shop manager, didnt get back to me about an appointment for more than a week after I called to schedule the appointment. I ended up scheduling an appointment with the receptionist instead but to be called a week later by Todd to schedule... Calls and emails arent returned promptly.
