Prices are very reasonable. Staff had good communication and phones were answered right away. Service was much faster than I expected.I needed an oil change and a repair to my exhaust. I called in and was told they were booked pretty solid, but they could try to work it into the schedule if I could drop it off. I was told it could be up to $250 for the exhaust repair, depending on how many pipes needed to be replace, which is right in line with other estimates. Got a call that day with a more accurate cost and had my car back to me with in 24 hours. Paid $170 total for the oil change and exhaust repair.Only caveat I noticed is that their lot is kind of small, so there is a sign on the door about an additional charge for leaving you car for more than a couple of days after it has been repaired. They seem like a pretty reasonable shop, so I would just make sure you let them know before hand if you cant pick your vehicle up right away.I look forward to bring my vehicle back here in the future. Had to wait because the part was backordered by GM. Once the part was in it took no time to install and received the vehicle. Comes with GM warranty on the part. They do great work. Even better than the dealership and about $1000 less.

The only problem with this place is that it is how popular it is, but they do good quality work for fair prices.

I did not appreciate how I was treated. I didnt appreciate how my vehicle was treated. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.Update: you probably dont remember because the owner is on vacation. Long story short, left my car there for them to take a peek at what was going wrong with it, supposedly nothing was wrong with it, I go to pick it up, radiator fluid spews all over a conveniently just cleaned parking lot. Yeah you probably dont remember me paying 400 bucks for them to fix THAT. Probably could have sued, but its my own fault for trusting this place to examine my vehicle without taking a day off work. Oops. Car still has the original problem but now I trust no one.

They worked on my 2015 Corolla. Provided multiple quotes for me very fast and completely free. Was expecting a tie rod issue and they were honest and upfront about it only being a VERY minor tire rounding issue. New tires over the weekend and a really solid alignment adjustment. We always go to Thompson’s for work on our vehicles. They go way out of there way to service you and rarely do we ever wait. A long forgotten philosophy, (the customer is always right) is there motto! I enjoy having Shawn O’Connor work on our cars, he is always professional and puts his client first a attitude that’s rarely present today with businesses.

They said my breaks where 2mm and needed to be changed. I brought it somewhere else and they said the same breaks where 6mm. Seems a little strange to me. Oh 1 person was wearing a mask and it was on his chin not nose or mouth

They did an awesome job fixing my vehicles heat and made it quite inexpensive. All other shops were quoting me several hundred more, or several weeks out, or both. Thomsons had it done in one day and the fix was far less than I expected. Will definitely be using them again.

I had a nail in my trailer tire and couldnt find anyone willing to fix it. Every other place I tried said I needed to replace the tire. I called Thomsons and the guy said to bring it in.I showed up on their lunch hour, and they still took care of it in less than 10 minutes.No wonder they had so many cars in their lot for repair.They are very customer oriented and a very well run repair shop. Ill be going back.

While no other place nearby could get our van on for days, Thomsons got it in and repaired within a few hours of calling. The mechanic even gave my teen driver his card and told her if she ever had car trouble and couldnt get ahold of me to call him and hed be happy to help fix the problem and save her money.

So glad everyone else here had awesome experiences. I wished I could say the same. Took my car in for a brake inspection because of scraping noise, after my mechanic installed all new pads Sept. 2017 (he wasnt available to do an inspection). Figured it might be a caliper release issue. This shop Manager proceeds to write me up 6 cost estimates ranging between full brake system replacement (calipers, pads, drums, housing, rotors) and just pads and calipers. Claiming they could not (or would not) simply replace the worn brake pads (my calipers were fine) for the $100+ labor fee. What complete garbage. Thankfully there are other, better, nicer service shops to go to.
