I took my vehicle in for a general tuneup and had a couple concerns regarding a rattle and electrical issues. The team was amazing! They were so helpful and professional. They didn’t take advantage of me in any way and took great care of my vehicle. You can tell this team is honest and trustworthy. I’ll be back in the future when I need their services!

I was really in a bind when my van broke down. My son had critical dr appointments that was imperative that he keep. B & R Automotive was so nice and helped me out by working my van in between other appointments. They were so friendly and nice to work with. I highly recommend them.

I’m so happy someone referred me to B&R. I have been twice, the first time they told me I don’t need nearly the amount of work the previous mechanic estimated. And the work that I did need B &R charged me a good chunk Less than I was previously estimated.The second time I came in for a tuneup because I figured I was due for one. Ben checked my car over and told me I don’t need a tuneup. I asked him to top my oils off, and when I picked up my car I wanted to give him a tip but he refused to take it.Feel so blessed to have an honest mechanic. I usually have to wait a few days before they can see my car. But it’s worth the wait.

Initially I was getting a check engine error for my power steering, which eventually was determined as an isolated false error. Owner checked my vehicle two separate times at no charge. He was kind, knowledgeable and accommodating to my schedule. In a world where honest car repair places can be difficult to find, I believe Ive found a new repair shop to use.

I have taken my 2008 Jeep liberty there now several times for repairs on different issues and each time they have done more than five star quality repairs on my Jeep. I highly recommend them for any vehicle repair need. They will have my business for as long as I need it.

There website says they close at 6:00 went to pick up my car at 5:00 which I desperately needed and they were closed. Don’t market closing at 6:00 if you close before then.

Randy and his team are AMAZING. If youre looking for an honest mechanic, willing to actually figure out whats wrong with your vehicle, hes the guy to go to. Were very hesitant when trying to find new mechanics, and thankfully we wont have to go through that process again while Randy and his team are working on vehicles.Hes repaired both our GMC Envoy and Ford F150. B&R Automotive does an excellent job! They are VERY thorough and use quality parts that last. They seem to charge a bit more than other shops, but it is well worth it in terms of quality and thoroughness. They also get things done ASAP. I have never seen anyone complete jobs as fast as them at their level of quality.

Very fast, very thorough. Other shops wold of replaced the module and not dug deeper, they took the time to trace everything. Saved me money and the turn around was extremely fast. Very nice guys as well. Prices very reasonable.

Ben went way out of his way to help me and even recommended Neals truck parts to help me. Great service and Ben is a great guy.

Top notch customer service, best prices and work I can trust to be done right! More than satisfied as they not only accurately diagnosed my issue and fixed it but they helped me understand why it occurred and how the parts functioned (the cam shaft position solenoid had to be replaced).
