Matt and the entire team at Arie Nol did a great job. There was a lot of work necessary and I had short window for completion. The time estimate to obtain the parts and perform the repairs was four days. They completed the repairs in one day and within the price estimate provided. I have on multiple occasions had services provided and each time they have been done perfectly and timely completed at the price estimated. They are friendly, drop me off where I need to go, and call when necessary if they find something which we had not discussed. If what you are looking for are timely repairs at fair prices, this is the place to go.

After a move to GR from Chicago, AN was recommended by a former work colleague whose family has had their vehicles serviced there for over a decade. Brought my recently-purchased-elsewhere 2010 Subaru in for a brake issue. Despite their very busy schedule, they took time to drive it, diagnose it, and schedule a next-day emergency appointment. Not only did they fix the issue the next day, because it’s a new-to-me vehicle, they also went ahead and inspected the rest of it so I would know what condition it’s in and what to expect going forward. Very impressed with their service, expertise, and professionalism.

I have used Arie Nol twice over the span of 10 years and both times they have gone above and beyond. I used them for a transmission issue and for general maintenance, both times they were amazing. I just recently brought my vehicle in for an oil change. They called me after I had dropped my car off to ensure I was quoted properly for the right price of the oil change with it being a diesel. Even though they had already correctly quoted me when I scheduled the appointment, it was nice to see that they cared about not blindsiding customers with any price changes. They helped take care of another maintenance item and made it a priority to have my vehicle back as quickly as possible. Matt in particular was extremely kind throughout the whole process, even when I came back with other issues. Their prices are not outrageous but they are reasonable for the knowledge and skill of their service and their customer service is outstanding. This is a way better option compared to going to a dealership and I feel that they are much more honest with their work where you are not left wondering if you are getting taken advantage of. I plan to use them for any repairs in the future!

They squeezed me in and replaced the serpentine belt in time for a trip we had planned to take. They got the job done in a timely manner and, from what I can tell, seem to have done it right. Im grateful for their service!

The staff at Arie Nol are very friendly and accommodating. They take the time to explain the work and the reason for the work that is being performed. I had vehicle towed into Arie Nol a couple weeks ago. I called before the vehicle was towed and explained that the vehicle wouldn’t start. I got a call the next day I was advised by Cam that my 2012 Mercedes Benz needed a fuel pump sending unit along with a feul pump and it would roughly be about $1500. I gave the ok to fix the vehicle. I was called that Friday and advised the vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. I go in and pay $1452 I take the vehicle directly across to the street to Speedway as I had been advised by Cam the vehicle needed gas. When I go to pump the gas gas vegans to spill out onto the vehicle and ground. I walk back across the street to Arie Nol and told Cam what just happened advised to bring vehicle back so they could take a look. I get a call 3 days later stating that they did nothing wrong and if I want the vehicle fixed it would be $2700 because I need a new feul tank because supposedly my feul tank had a small dent in it and maybe that’s the problem. Arie Nol purposely damaged my vehicle because I am a woman and they figured I wouldn’t stand up for myself and would just pay. I really hate that it came to this I was really looking forward to giving a great review since all the other reviews was the reason I brought my vehicle anyway. All I want is to put gas in my vehicle and put this situation behind us. I want Arie Nol to repair the damage they caused and we both move forward with our lives. Never had a uncle work on my vehicle and never had a boyfriend driving. I stated when I called in for service that I had my brother take my daughter to the local Family Fare less than a mile away. The vehicle cut off at Family Fare. I had the vehicle towed to a trusted mechanic who’s worked on the vehicle before. He stated it was the crankshaft sensor ordered the part had it put on still wouldn’t start but I’m sure you could still put gas in it. After that I had the vehicle towed to Arie Nol. The whole point is that what your shop fixed is all related to feul and now I can’t put feul in my car. Doesn’t make sense right? Exactly do the right thing and fix itother than that a response from you is not needed just want other single women especially women of color to avoid your place of business at all cost now thank you for your unprofessional response have a nice day because my God and ancestors will make sure you pay so no worries on my end. PS your argument about being a woman is invalid because you work there and your not a woman of color but you are ignorant. Oh and here’s a REAL fact Cam also tried to get me to commit insurance fraud. He told me I should contact my insurance company and tell the vehicle was in an accident to get the cost of the repairs paid for but the vehicle was NEVER in a accident which I stated to him. **Update** pick my vehicle up today and my check engine light was on. I go back in Cam states it’s because the feul is so slow although that’s never happened before and it wasn’t on the first time I went to pick my vehicle up as it was low on feul at that time as well. Cam came out with a machine to basically make the light go away so I’m sure there will be another problem. I also took pictures of my vehicle on their property for the accident claim in the owner’s response. I had this vehicle for a year and I have never been in an accident if I was I’m sure there would be visible damage especially if I hit a deer. Lying for no reason is a tell tell sign of deceit. There is no other auto repair shop that I would consider for myself or my family than ARIE NOL. I consider them EXPERTS in any facet of auto repair in which they offer services. If they can’t handle it THEY SAY SO and never have they cobbled up some half way repair and called it honest repair. They are now and always have been HONEST PEOPLE who provide a trustworthy service for anyone who comes to them.I have depended on them since they were in that small shop many years ago. They worked on my son’s first car and maintained a safe, reliable form of transportation for him through high school, college and every year since. Always have heard of great experiences at Arie Nol. It was time to have my Honda Crosstours timing job done, so I decided to give them a try. Not only do they use OEM parts (definitely important to have for timing jobs) but the service was great. It took as long as they had quoted me, and the cost was within the average range of a timing job. They were very professional, I will most definitely use their services whenever needed and recommend them whenever possible!

Just a little personal short story folks: on 4/30 I had just bought my 1st used car; after leasing the majority of my driving years. Like anyone else I was now in hot pursuits of needing a good trustworthy mechanic. Little history, PRIOR to my used car purchase I had always remembered passing by ArieNol and admiring their buisness buildboards because they often displayed some of my favorite bible verses. I always said to myself If I ever need a place too go for auto, I was going to go thereSo naturally now I had the need and as soon as I could I obviously called up ArieNol. Like anyother consumer I just called to ask some simple questions. Let me tell yall viewers out there..as soon as they answered the phone I knew I had found my place! Everyone I talked to was kind and personable, took time to listen and explain all my questions! Hands down I couldnt have asked for a better first impressions experience! So of course I booked an alignment appointment for my new used ride. However the story doesnt stop there.The guys inspected my new ride and had to deliver some disheartening news about my car and to my suprise it needed some very expensive repairs ( which i had NOT been told about on a previous inspection that yes I did pay for) I had been lied too previously and told the car was in good standing) I was also in a huge time sensitive crunch because my lease miles were going to be at their max number which meant i was planning on transitioning to my new used car in a matter of a week! There was no wiggle room for me to get this car majorily repaired. Got told yeah go ahead and get your car towed here. Only to be turned away with absolutely no results or even an attempt of fixing anything. 2 tow bills later and the car is back in my driveway and still unrepaired.

Its hard to find a talented team that you trust, but these guys know their stuff and will treat you fairly! Ive had several BMWs serviced here over the years and have always gotten great service. Book in advance because these guys are always booked out a week or two in advance (which says a lot about the reputation they obviously care about preserving)

Went to Sharpe BMW they wanted 2,200 for a new water pump and thermostat. Arie Nol was HALF the price!! They fit me in. Within 2 days our X5 was back on the road! Definitely recommend their service. And will not hesitate to use them in the future. :)

After purchasing an E46 325i BMW, I had been researching shops in the city; one that specializes/and is certified for European vehicles. After much research through online forums, I decided on Arie Nol. I had a decent amount of work needed to be done for the suspension/steering. Cam talked me through all the parts/labor cost and the final price was actually a little less that the estimate. Car left feeling awesome, and tight as Bimmers should. Drives like a dream. Looking forward to working with Arie Nol again, for whatever needs to be done to get my vehicle driving, and looking the absolute best!

I dont review every time I go to Arie Nol but the comments from my previous review a year ago have not changed.**I have been using Arie Nol for 10+ years and have always received great service. Having an Audi A4 and A6, I thought the dealership would be a good option. Dealership was okay but after getting frustrated with them so often, I switched to Arie Nol. Now I am getting great results. As far as cost goes, some say they are too expensive but I disagree. I appreciate highly experienced technicians and quality parts. I depend on my vehicle to be reliable and safe every day, and Arie Nol gives me that confidence.**Great shop for maintenance and repair. They explain the repairs letting know which are critical, and which ones may be able to wait. Also will not try to upsell you on things you dont need.

The service was great. The mechanics managed to find an insistent rattling noise in half an hour and now my car is as quiet as if it were new. Prices are good and cheaper than the Subaru Dealer. Whether it’s just an oil change or an intensive repair, Arie Nol has always made me feel comfortable and confident that my car will be well maintained.

I had a tough call on whether to keep my 2000 Lexus RX300 going or move on to another vehicle. I knew it needed struts all around which is costly, but worried struts might just be the tip of the iceberg. I asked Arie Nol to inspect the vehicle for other problems before doing the struts and advise on whatever else might be needed. That way I could make an intelligent decision before spending money. They called and said it made sense to add some other suspension pieces which were marginal and that doing it at the same time as the struts would save on cost. They quoted me a price which was reasonable for the vast amount of work. I just picked up the car today and it rides like a brand new vehicle - you would not believe the difference. I have had other work done at Arie Nol in the past and have always been happy: they have top notch mechanics. Also, as a bonus, they came in lower than the quoted price. Thanks!

Never again. We have brought vehicles in here before to get repaired but it seems like the prices go up and quality of service goes down. I asked for two things to be looked at. They spent more time than needed and charged me for time spent looking for more problems. They also said to me when I questioned some of their advice if I had used better quality parts then maybe there would not be a problem. I ended up with 5 more reported problems then I went in with. I also paid over $200 dollars for them not to even repair one thing. Never again. Never!

It was very simple for us to drop off our car for service the night before, we left the key in a drop box. Arie Nol was quick the next morning to call with an update and explanation of what the issues with the car were. I felt like they were transparent in their pricing and diagnoses. Pick up was also very simple, as they have a lock box they will leave your key in with a unique code only you can access to retrieve your key and be on your way.

Had a computer problem on my Ford Edge after I replaced the battery. Brought it in to Jeff and Cam, they took a quick look and said they needed a little more time to diagnose and had an opening 3 days later. Dropped it off that morning and it was done before noon. Arie Nol’s was recommend to me by a friend. It is hard to find places that are trustworthy now a days. It is a 30 min drive from home but most definitely worth it! They would not work on my vehicle saying that my engine was problematic. The engine is a 2.0 liter for a 2009 Ford Focus Call for a timing chain kit replacement only thing wrong with the engine is that it makes a noise when the engine is cold its probably just the timing chain tensioner.

They were very helpful, they spent time explaining what was wrong with the car so I understood what the issue was. They are friendly, have great customer service, and reasonably priced. They did a great job!
