After being involved in a collision, I was worried my car wouldnt be the same - it was a stressful situation. But the team at Gerber was fantastic - especially Tate. The work they do is top notch, and Tate kept me updated along the way during my auto repair. My car looks as good as new (and they even cleaned the inside of my car too, unexpected small delights are what make Gerber great.) Id definitely recommend Gerber, 5 stars.

What can I say about this place. Have had some bad luck with a new vehicle that I purchased last year, and they make it brand new again. They clean the vehicle before they give it back. Have always trusted these guys with my vehicles, and you should too.
Black Magic!!! I have no idea how Gerber completed the repair from my deer strike so flawlessly. I have looked extremely closely and cant even see where they repaired most of the parts. The only conclusion I can think of is some kind of Dark Ritual enabled them to do this. (That or they are just amazing at their job) Either way I will definitely keep Gerber in mind the next time I need a body shop.

One of those spots where you can just tell they care. Tate went out of his way to find quality but budget-friendly parts to help repair my van, worked with my insurance company (which Im sure was a nightmare), and even dropped my vehicle off at my place of work to save me a walk back to his shop. 10/10
Tate and the staff went above and beyond, in repairing my wifes Jeep. Communication and customer service was top notch. All of my questions were answered and I was always in the know. I would definitely recommend!
Lady on phone was rude and not helpful. All i needed was a quote on a driver side mirror and she wouldnt help and she hung up on me.

Gerber fixed the body of my car after deer damage. The car looks awesome and the folks were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend taking your car here for body repair.
I was asked by Jason to write a review about my experience. Overall I had a great experience with the shop. My car was vandalized and Jason was very professional and detailed from taking pictures of the damage, as well as handling the paperwork.I do have a few complaints. One is I wanted to be addressed by my 1st name when I signed up for the email alerts about the length of time, my car was in the shop. I was getting emails everyday about the service, if things were getting done on schedule. The person I spoke with told me it was automatically my name from my insurance company and they couldnt change it. So he cancelled the emails and told me Jason would call me with updates.I never got a call from Jason about the activity of my car. I remember Jason told me before I left the shop when I initially dropped of my vehicle that he would call me every Tuesday and Thursday but that never happened either. Another complaint, is I never got a call from Jason as I was told by Jason himself and another employee. My car was at Gerber for 9 total days. However, when my car was ready for pick up, Jason called me TWICE in one day to let me know my car was finished and ready for pick up.I wasnt surprised that he called twice on one day...its a business, they want to get paid. My problem is with the service, customer service is important. If I was informed I would get notified several times during the week, why wasnt I?
I know that people don’t usually take the time to review on places that they’ve had great experiences with and only take the time to review if they feel wronged but I was blown away with this Gerber that I thought it would be important to share. From the beginning the staff was friendly and extremely helpful! My Traverse was fixed quick and it looks great!!!! Thank you! I will definitely recommend you to my family and friends.

After being asked if i was going to need a temporary vehicle while my car was in for repair, I was told that they don’t provide them. After speaking with my insurance agent I was recommended to go to another body shop. Once I called Gerber to cancel my appointment I was asked to explain why I cancelled. I stated that the other company was going to fix my car within the next 2 days (my appointment with Gerber took over 2 weeks) and that I would be provided with a loaner vehicle from that company for free! They then mentioned that they in fact did provide loaners and if I was interested that I would need to wait an additional 2 weeks before one would be available! 30 seconds later the rep tells me someone cancelled and he now has a loaner car available I took the car and later brought it back I thought about the customer service and I didn’t think it was necessary for me to do business there!
My overall experience was fantastic! I was working with Jason and he was quick to respond to my emails and fill me in with any new details. Got my truck back earlier than expected and it looks brand new!

I have had several cars repaired here. The work is of the best quality. They work directly with my insurance and there have never been any surprises. They work fast and do it well. Go there with confidence.
Simply put, they intended to rip me off by charging $655 and two days work for fixing a dime sized door ding on the front passenger door. The estimator, Tate went on with his tactic stating they’ll have to repaint the rear passenger door to “match the color of the front”, and that they’ll have to remove the door panel to fix the dent, body filler, paint match etc. I immediately knew this wasn’t right and took it to an authorized dealer’s (of my vehicle) body shop who buffed the scratch and confirmed it was just paint transfer (no charge for the buffing) and quoted less than $150 to fix the dent in 30 minutes.I’ve heard about such dirty business practices, got to see it for real this time.

They did a great job repairing my Jeep compass. What I liked most was the frequency of updates about the vehicle and making sure I understand whats going on.
Update: Gerber worked with my insurance company and has resolved the issues I originally encounteredInitially my experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was very good. I received proactive communication from the shop giving me confidence in the service I was receiving. However, the day after picking up my vehicle, the glass that was replaced shattered. Rather than taking responsibility for the work completed by their shop, they asked me to open a 2nd claim with my insurance company. I was very disappointed with the service I received from this shop.
