Stopped by earlier that day and made an appointment for 5pm. Was on time, the young lady was late but thats nails shops. Pedicure was good my toe nails were painted the young lady stated she would be back she wanted the nails to dry. I sat in the chair for almost 40 mins. I finally ask what I thought was the manger. I stated was she or the other tech going to put the top coat on. She came and got my shoes to put on and walked me to the desk to pay. I asked the young lady who took the $30.00 dont you get a top coat. She started to talk her language to the manager finally yes we do and manager wanted to put the top coat while I was standing. Actually told her no, and I did tip them $5.00 and stated I will not be back. This nail shop used to be pretty good, but I noticed the really over book.

Very professional and excellent customer service and they all do a great job. I would definitely recommend this place to get your nails or a pedicure done very happy with the service I got.

Clean,positive environment,budget friendly, nice nail techs,quality work. Do keep in mind that I am fairly easy to please and usually give an A for effort. Also I am new to the era of hair done, nails done, everything did... Lol. Kudos to you if you know what song thats from ;). I enjoy my experience here although it is located in the ghetto the experience within the business is what I would describe as cozy, they are fairly clean in my opinion and do provide really comfortable and nice,quality service . I have yet to have a negative interaction with any of the beautiful techs they have there.Everytime I come in Im always getting a unique design I found on google and they always do their best to meet my expectations. It doesnt always look like the picture BUT it is always a beautiful interpretation of it! And I would like to add they are very good at helping pick colors and create designs with you when you get to know them 😉. I would recommend this place for its character,work and prices . But if youre boujie than go somewhere else. If youre a Karen than go somewhere else because I get my nails done every two weeks and I hate when I hear yall complaining while Im attempting to zen out.PERIODT! Ive been to a lot of nail salons since moving here in October, and I have found my home salon here. I have been several times and havent had a bad experience. Yuri does an awesome job. Megan is great too.

This place is fantastic! More than one of the techs does phenomenal hand painted designs. My Christmas designs got so many compliments! they are so nice and want to make sure you are happy with your nails through the whole process.

I’m pretty new to town and looked in so many places to find a decent salon since I was a loyal customer to mines in LA and couldn’t find anyone to match the quality I used to get. My co worker here showed up with a beautiful nail color I had never seen the option of getting elsewhere and it led me to cute nails. The service is always amazing, they will actually interact with you and the nails last SO long, I usually get full sets of acrylics and rarely have to go get fills cuz they last so long. They offer a HUGE color selection that I love and it’s very clean as well. I highly recommend cute nails. They are not the cheapest but you can guarantee it will be high quality and I’m ok with paying for quality!!! ❤️

I used to love coming to this place; I refer people here all the time because they do a good job on the nails but recently every single time I want to come in they always say “they don’t have time”.. and I make an appointment for my sister and her girls to come in and they don’t even prepare themselves with more people to help. Instead of having a good attitude they act as if it’s such a hassle to get more service. I don’t understand I thought they’d appreciate that I’m recommending they’re nail salon and I went in before the appointment to confirm that I was coming in later that day. My sister is getting married this weekend and I brought her in with my mom and they put my mom to last to get helped, helping other people that didn’t even have an appointment and when I mentioned about the wedding the lady brushed it off Saying “we’ll, I only have time for full set that it!” Ummm okay.... Well after several times of getting rude service and feeling unwelcome, this is the last time I refer anyone here.(I’ve definitely referred more than 10 people here) Unfortunately they have lost me as a customer and not because of their work but because of customer service. You can’t expect a tip after not even caring how important a wedding event is and that I’ve been coming here for so long..

Prompt and friendly service. They make everyone feel welcome regardless of shape or size and they have great massage chairs when getting mani/pedis. Walk ins are welcome but I recommend making an appointment to avoid a wait because it gets very busy sometimes.

This place is absolutely horrible. They do not sterilize their tools, and they gave me and my friend foot fungus! They will not even refund us even though it’s clear that after we got a Deluxe pedicure (That we didn’t ask for) we both ended up with foot fungus. So pretty much we paid $50 each for foot fungus. And the only way they will refund us money even though we went in there and showed them in person They said we need have a doctors note. I posted a picture in the reviews if you’d like to see.

This is the only Nail salon I will go to. They are all so kind and polite. It is very clean and they always get me in. I wish I could give it 10 stars! Affordable convenient and they always do what I want!

Stopped by another nail salon and they ignored us standing at the counter but talked to the lady that came in behind us. WARNING!!! do not not go here!!! I paid 50 dollars for cute green foot fungus☹ all I wanted was for my toes to look pretty but now Im probably sure Im only going to have 8 toe nails soon 9 if I am lucky. Im going back to 2000 nails maybe they can help me grow my toe nails back!! I wouldnt go here this was the only open nail salon on earth. If you go here dont say I didnt warn ya!! Im on my way to the ER right now!!! Hopefully my toes dont fall off on the way there!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!

Prices are a bit high taking considering you sometimes have to wait 45min to get service. Despite that i had a great experience. I would considere giving a customer a combo for a reg pedi and a shellac mani . overal lovely and clean. 50 bucks plus tip

First time getting a mani pedi and the employees here were extremely accommodating and kind! I notice that they have a good relationship amongst coworkers as well and it’s the type of environment you’d want to get your self-treatment day at!I got a powdered ombré with nude pink and white tips. Also got some bling on my ring and pointer finger. Altogether a very relaxing and fun first experience. Will be back!

The only place I will go to get my nails done. I am extremely picky when it comes to shape size thickness and design I have no complaints every time that leaving the salon they really know what theyre doing and they really take their time to execute each and every set perfectly.

I went here twice with my daughter. 1st time we went the lady clipped my toenail on accident then tried to superglue it. I went home disappointed because now my toenail looks lopsided. Our 2nd experience here, we were getting our nails done, my nail technician cut my skin while filing and just kept going as if nothing just happened but I ignored it, next thing you know I got 4 fingers with cuts and she’s still going. I told her excuse me you’re cutting my skin, she got up and left and another lady came to fix my nail.

I have always liked going to Cute Nails until the last time I went I was mortified at what happened. While having a pedicure done, there was a husband & wife there having pedicures & manicure. When the woman was finished with her mani, Kim took her to the back in the waxing room. The woman left her purse on the mani chair. I know it was her purse because I had watched the womans husband going through it earlier to find something when her nails were wet. I happen to look over from watching TV to see the older Vietnamese gentlemen that doesnt work, just sits around the shop, taking money out of the womans purse, folding it in half, putting it in his pocket and straightening up her purse to look untouched. Im so ashamed for not calling him out on it immediately, but due to having customers wanted to save face for Kim and try to tell her in private what I had just witnessed so not to cause alarm to the customers. The opportunity never arose, so I called her to tell her. She said that was her husband and denied that it could happen. I ASSURED her it did!! She wanted to know how much money did he take. This is a strange question. I told her I didnt know, I just knew it was a $bill. After I have thought much in Kims questions, I have come to believe that the two of them are in on this theft of womens purses together. I will never darken their door again and want to warn anyone that does, to WATCH YOUR PURSE! They are thieves!!!!!

The first time i went it was great. I was excited to have found a place to be loyal too. The second time i went back i went for a pedi and fresh acrylic. First off the water was cold, i asked for it to be a little warmer, he then scolded me with HOT WATER, i said it was to hot. Hr thrn went back to cold water, colder then before. When i got my nails done i explained that my nails were finally long enough so i just needed fresh acrylic,no tips. The lady CUT MY NAILS ALL THEWAY DOWN.And slipped with the electric file resulting in me getting hurt. At the end of it all they ended up verbally feuding with me,yelling at me and telling me i was mean because i was not happy and did not see it fit to pay full price (after they ruined my nails,and hurt me). They attacked my character and were very confrontational. I ended my experience with $20 off, no tip,and still have to sprnd more $ elsewhere because the job done was god awful. I will NEVER go back.
