This company lied to AAA and said that Ice House Road is a dirt road, and they refused to tow my daughter. Ice House Road is paved, and she was in a safe turn out. Then a AAA operator admitted that G&O said they didn’t want to tow her back to Sutter Creek, because it was too far. We pay for Premier Service which comes with a 200 mile tow… this is a 70 mile tow. It’s disgusting that they would leave a young lady broke down on the hottest day of the year, because it wasn’t convenient. I would like to see them lose their AAA contract.

I was towed to my home from Sly Park on May 25th I paid cash $340 I called back 6 weeks later to retrieve a copy of my lost invoice it appears that gno towing does not keep any records of cash payments they refused to give me a copy of my work order after calling them twice a week for at least three weeksat this point I would just guess that theyre avoiding the IRS and not making payments to them on any cash this is a dishonest business I would not do any business with them if I had a choice

Ive had excellent service over the years with G&O Towing with my AAA Roadside Service. That is until I got a different car and a dead battery the other day. Ive purchased AAA batteries in the past and had them installed before so I thought no big deal. They have a great warranty. I got the wrong service tech that day. He told me he could not put in a battery because it would take too long. I asked if I could pay more and the answer was still no. This car needed parts taken out of the way and was more complicated to do. Who knew? He left, I was upset and called G&O and they said they would do it and that it would cost just a bit more. They sent out Derek right away who was very kind, did the work and remedied the problem. It only takes 1 to ruin a reputation but since Id never had a problem in the past, I figured it was this one guy. Derek made it right and the ladies I talked to in dispatch were awesome in understanding what happened and sending Derek right out. Thank you so much to everyone there that does the right thing, and thats almost everyone Ive ever met in this company. You saved my day!

Me and Lisa were stuck and stranded waiting on our tow. We were blessed with an amazing “Ray” of light today! He provided the most professional, friendly and courteous customer service that I have ever received by a tow truck company.Thank goodness we had your help today.Thank you for the door to door service. The receptionist was really nice, however after more than 2 weeks of waiting for a call back from the heavy duty operators to assist in moving something large i had to go somewhere else. Still to date I have not heard from anyone. I even asked the receptionistfir a referral, she gave me one and they were right there for me. That was worth one star..

Stuck on side of freeway. Dispatcher responded quickly. Ended up being able to limp vehicle to shop and did not need a tow or service but appreciated their support!

Bt far the worst towing company ever. I waited over 15 hours for a tow that never showed up. I spent the night in my car. The following day at 5 am I called AAA to request another tow truck. G and O towing had the audacity to call me and tell me they were on the way to pick up my vehicle so I cancelled the tow immediatley. I explained to the person that called me how unprofessional they are. I will be making a formal complaint to AAA to have them removed from the AAA tow services.

Trisha was incredibly helpful and professional. She adjusted their work schedule to help one of my employees who was stranded. I will definitely do business with G and O in the future!

One of the most deceitful, lying, non-carrying places I have ever encountered in my life. I feel sorry for anyone who gets in a accident and has their vehicle towed to their business. My wife got in a bad vehicle accident and their two driver told us on scene (on a Friday) that if we brought over the title after the weekend (Wednesday at the latest) that their would be no fees for anything such as storage or anything to pay as long as we signed over the title and they would take care of scrapping the vehicle since it was totaled. I called today (Monday) and spoke with someone and was told if the title wasnt their by today they would start charging storage fees, and tomorrow (Tuesday) the vehicle would be put on a lien. I was also told their would be additional fees for storage. I however was told we were not being charged for the tow since we had used AAA roadside assistance. Now Im at work, my injured wife cant find the title, when speaking to a manager and asking if we could do a release of liability and bill of sale we were told NO and they needed the title. So my injured wife went to AAA and ordered a duplicate title however it can take up to two weeks to get the title in the mail. So now what? We wait two weeks, get a lien put against us, end up with storage fees and fees we cant pay for a vehicle we wont own, cant drive, and they make money off the lien and scrapping the vehicle. Nice way to make money however heartless.

Its been a tough week with two tows in two days but the fast, kind and quality service G & O provided made it much less difficult. I cant remember the name of the man who helped yesterday, but he was excellent; Adam towed us today and he couldnt have been more kind and helpful.

Brakes got too hot from stop and go while sight seeing. Frank (tow driver) and my self review the road ahead and we together decided it was safer to tow especially with heavy road construction. SAFETY FIRST. Service was fast and professional. I was safely towed home to Roseville.

We have a G & O tow truck driver who lives in our development. He abuses the use of the truck and parks it on side walks and roadways which parking is strictly prohibited. Yesterday, after placing a violation sticker on his window, due to again parking in a prohibited manor - which was not allowing vehicles to pass on the roadways, he aggressively started using foul language. He also threatend to damage my vehicle - over a warning sticker. Just because you drive a tow truck doesnt mean your allowed to be rude, aggressive or park your tow truck where you choose. Someone needs to remove that truck from him until he understands how to properly conduct himself.

They made me wait 10hours to tow my AWD. Very frustrating.

Do not let them take your car they will search every single part of the car and if they see something they like they will keep even AIR FRESHENERS i had a case of raybans but i took the sunglasses with me and when i went to get the car the case was on the floor open everything was searched if i could give them 00 stars i would but 1 counts for nothing plus then broke my front bumper and scratched the rear bumper horrible company. There not friendly at all

Received a starting ETA of 60 minutes, got a call 20 minutes later saying they are very busy and it will be another 60-90 minutes. Received a text 20 minutes later saying driver will arrive at 4:21. At 4:18 the driver drives by the car and us doesnt stop. We call in to G&O ten seconds later Tiffany says the tow has been cancelled and wouldnt send them back says he called and left messages none of this true. They drove off and would not send anyone back completely worst service Ive ever received. -10000 stars they should lose their AAA services.

I have never in my entire life been so disrespected! I had had one of the worst days ever! I was dragged along a moving car rolling down hill and was bruised and scraped up. It’s a long story but involved a hill, a bee and me desperately trying to put on my e brake to stop the car from rolling down the hill and me being dragged after the car knocked me down! I was in pain and in tears and completely shaken up! To make matters worst, the car door was left open to long and my car battery died. I called AAA and they sent a G&O tow truck driver from Placerville out to jump start my car. I have an appointment with my machanic In 2 days to fix my battery as it tested at zero and have already had the car looked at by my well respected and trusted machanic and know what’s wrong with it. I am in tears and told the tow truck driver what had just happened with the incident when he arrived. He tries for 30 minuets to jump start my car and it won’t work as I am in tears sitting at my stearing wheel. I told him the battery is in the back of the car and the front was just a connection to it several times. He hooked up both and kept working in the front. He leaves and tells me he’ll send a “bigger truck.” I had informed both AAA. and this man that my phone had died previously and I waited for HOURS for this “bigger truck” to come. And no one came. Finaly I limped up down roads I didn’t know looking for some sort of help. I found some helpful people to help charge my phone enough and I call AAA BACK. I get a message hours later, as I am stranded in pain, bruised and cut up in the middle of no where that the driver claimed he tested the battery and it’s good and my starter is the problem. He claimed I “had an altercation with him” are you kidding me!? I had NO IDEA WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT! I said next to nothing to this man except that I had already had the car looked at a few days prior and that the problem was absolutely the battery. I guess he didn’t like hearing that he was wrong. I did not swear at him, I did not use disrespectful body launguage, I did not call him names. NOTHING! So, AAA AND THE TOWING COMPANY REFUSED TO HELP ME because this guys accusation black listed me. I was stranded and injured in the middle of no where for 7 hours! I called the towing company to ask what they were talking about an “altercation” the night shift lady described me crying at my stearing wheel, while this man is no where near me! She was so increadibly rude. Then she told me that if I was injured that I should call the police and pay extra money for them to come out! Really? Call the police to help with my car that’s in a parking lot? When I refused to do that, she said, and I quote, “unless there is a reason you don’t want the police Involved” in such a tone as to imply that I was somehow a criminal, on drugs or had been drinking! This was my one day off from work and I was running errands! I have NEVER in my entire life treated with such disrespect by a service company. I work in the service industry and this was absolutely the most disrespectful thing I’ve ever experienced. I would NEVER HAVE TREATED SOMEONE THIS WAY! EVER! Don’t these people help people in crisis situations all the time? Haven’t they seen someone crying before? I am unsure if this is how this company runs its operation or if I just got the two meanest, rudest people ever! And I would never recommend them to anyone! NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE AND GO THEOUGH WHAT I DID! This was beyond disrespectful. Worst experience ever, and I paid for this service with my money, my entire day, physical and emotional pain! Shame on these people. Absolute shame. Way to fail G and O What’s crazy is that when this said he would “send a bigger truck” I didn’t realize he was being mean and sarcastic trying to hurt me so I just waited for hours. Why are these people so mean?Ps. I knocked on an extremely kind couples door who helped me jump start my CAR from the battery in the BACK, NO PROBLEM!

Well Jill was an awesome friend that has bent over backwards to help a friend (I Jason Deane) .I was unlucky enough to get my vehicle towed and talked to office staff and more yesterday thurs day very help full an when contacting them today at end of long work day myself and them in sure I was contiued clicked over on hold by more than one staff member till the point of calling three times to leave a message for one person come to find out they may have another vehicle of mine that had dissappeard around m as I run my own busines also so and kno customers are always greated as god sends so no one would help me with one car but two possible reasons to make a loyay tow account and I dont know if their even five day a week players I was disappointed
