Nice place, friendly and fair prices. Would NOT RECOMMEND for a BEARD TRIM or cut. I went in for a “bread trim”. I asked the gentlemen working questions about his ability and experience before sitting down and explained my apprehension about having it trimmed if he wasn’t comfortable with the length. Honesty on his ability’s would have been greatly appreciated. Had I realized what was happening I would had spoken up before it was completed. However, I was facing away from the mirror the whole “trim”. I told him I wanted only the sides tamed a little and my neck line cleaned up. I wanted to keep as much length as possible, for as I’ve been growing it out for over four years. I normally trim it myself but decided to try out this local shop. End result. Beard massacre. He cut 4-5 inches off in length. Cheeks shaved, Cheek lines were different shapes and not symmetrical to one another. I had a very full natural style beard and wasn’t looking for a different style, left with a completely different look and significantly shorter. Very disappointed.

Ive been going to Joe for about a year and a half now and have no plans on going anywhere else anytime soon! He does a great job and is always good for a conversation. Ive only had to wait for a cut a few times so its always a quick in and out.

My experience at Brimfield Barbershop far surpassed my expectations. Most barbershops don’t understand what I want, but Alyssa carefully asked the right questions and has my beard looking as fresh as it has ever looked. I’ll be coming here regularly in the future.
