I came here today for a 2:30 appointment. When I got there they told me to sit and wait a few minutes no problem. Then Kelly toke me back for a 2 minutes hair wash then cut my hair for approximately 9 minutes. My hair looks absolutely awful and uneven. Her hands smelled like cigarettes when she was washing my hair and now my hair even smells, having me shower even though I just paid for a wash. She was not friendly at all and you can tell was just trying to rush me to get money and move on to her client who was getting their hair dyed. Don’t take an appointment if you can’t set aside 30 minutes to make sure someone’s hair is even. Don’t recommend.

I went with my three sons ages 4 6 and 10 and myself. Cuts looked great, great fade work.Two women cut the four of us and did an excellent job. They were friendly and were very good with the younger boys so they were comfortable which made my day much easier. As a father sometimes its hard finding a good place for young kids to feel comfortable but this is second time Ive came here and both times exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend for anyone any age.

I brought my children in for haircuts with Shannon yesterday. She was all-around fantastic. I love her bubbly personality—she really knows how to brighten a day and she really knows what she’s doing. The manager there, Ashley, could use some of Shannon’s cheerfulness. I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome in a salon in my life. Not even Shannon’s warm personality could win the battle with the malevolent shadow that Ashley cast over our visit. Maybe she was just having a bad day or maybe she’s like that every single day of her life. I don’t know and I don’t particularly care. What I am concerned with is going to a place of business where the manager has no qualms about showing off her inability to compartmentalize her issues by displaying absolutely appalling lack of social proprieties and professionalism. She was incapable of being polite or friendly—every spiteful inch of her reeked of impatience and displeasure. She downright refused to greet customers or speak beyond the most basic questions. She was blatantly rude to Shannon and she treated me as if I was rabid or the pure embodiment of COVID. In fact, I had the distinct impression she wanted all of us in that salon toe-up and six feet under. I’ve rarely come across someone this unpleasant. The next time I’m there and Ashley is as passive aggressive and psychotic as she was yesterday, it will be the last time I walk through the doors.

Kelly is always amazing!! Really cares about making people feel better about them selfs with cutting hair etc. She truly loves her job and she is beyond good at it!! Keep up the good work Kelly!

Ashley was perfect with my hair. I go in saying I want a certain color and she gets it perfect everytime. When I go in and dont know what kind of cut to get, she ALWAYS knows the right one for me. 100% recommend her. So kind and knowledgeable too.

I went in the salon never having dyed my hair before and Nicole made me feel so at ease. My hair turned out beautiful. I have since went back for round two and won’t be stopping anytime soon! Friendly staff and very professional. I am limited on time so they are always punctual. If they say 15 minutes, its 15 minutes and I appreciate that.And the quality of work is why Ive been going there so long. The only complaint I have is when I get an email from Cost Cutters It says $2 dollars off a cut but when I print it out it says $1. I dont understand that. Now that you are reopened for business I have been back and even tho there are some changes it is even better. I think a change in the price of haircuts could be lower!

I’ve been getting my brows waxed here for the past 5 months. I believe the one girls name was Nicole and she always does a wonderful job. There was also one more girl who did an amazing job. Well when I went in last night I’m not sure who the employee was but I had never seen her before. Well not only did she butcher my eyebrows she also made me extremely uncomfortable by patronizing me about various topics of conversation. When I told her my boyfriend and I didn’t want kids, she went on to say that maybe I’ll change my mind. That is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. I won’t let her touch my brows again.

The only place I go not because the stylist are the best but because they respect you themselves their job and customers and that is rare so I love returning for the atmosphere

Nicole has colored and cut my hair for many years and she is amazing! I recently had her give me an updo and she made me feel so beautiful. She is professional and courteous and has great tips and advice for anyone who may want to try something new. She cares about her customers and I highly recommend her as your stylist.

The lady who cut my hair was very rude from the begging. She made comments on the condition of my hair when I went in, from my length to the color. She cut way to short and asked about it after she started cutting. Did even brush off hair after cutting it, so my clothes were covered in hair. She damped my hair so much that it extremely wet and did not ask if she could blow it dry, she rushed me so much that I couldn’t even ask. I left with wet hair, hair covered clothes and a cut that I didn’t even want. Instantly wanted to go somewhere else and get it fixed or at least get cleaned up. If I’m paying for a service that is as important as a haircut I expect to have better service and a decent job done

There hours are posted open till 8pm mon thru Friday I showed up at 7:35 stood there in front of the desk for five minutes before even being acknowledged then when I sat down the two girls talked to each other the manager I assume came over and said there not taking any more haircuts today one of the two employees was about done with a children’s haircut the other was dying someone’s hair they told me to leave and come back tomorrow I will not be returning tomorrow nor ever thanks for the worst service ever

Staff discriminates. I walked in with intentions of purchasing purple shampoo. I was not greeted nor asked if I needed any help. The staff did not even acknowledge the fact I had walked in. Everyone looked up but no one said anything. I shrugged it off. Two of the stylists were too busy with the sign that was going to be placed outside. The other stylist was too busy trying to switch her schedule. I noticed there was no other customers in there so I stood there for a moment and walked out. 20 mins i walked back inside because my husband(white male) had stopped in for a haircut. He was in the chair so I stood in the lobby for a minute. Again no acknowledgement. I sat down and waited for my husband. When he finished he and his stylist came to the register when he asked if I found purple shampoo. I told him that it was on the shelf right behind him but I refuse to spend my money in an establishment that chooses to ignore me. I am not sure if they are anti-Asian or if they believe if it aint white it aint right.

I asked if she knew what low-reg was. She didnt, so I showed her a picture on my phone. Repeatedly said I only wanted the sides and back buzzed, and that I wanted the top to be longer. I got a buzzcut. That looked nothing like the photo I showed. Be verrry cautious if you want to come here and be sure to explain what you want explicitly. Really frustrated.

Been here twice. Had a great experience the first time but the second time was just terrible. Horrid and rude staff, the one that cut my hair. When I told her that I want my hair even shorter, she told me I dont wanna cut it again and again in an impolite way. The staff acted as if she paid to cut my hair. I wasnt happy with my hair either. I dont like to cause ruckus so I didnt say anything.Never going there ever again. One staff is making a bad name for your entity. Terminate your middle aged staff because she ruins your salon completely. Everyone else is so nice. It just takes one staff to spoil the place. Never coming because of that incident. Dont lose more customers.
