Ive visited this shop for years and love the staff. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes when I drop in for a haircut. My haircuts always come out looking good.

I have been going here for years. They always do a fantastic job. And always so friendly. They are following all COVID protocols. Safe and clean.

My husband and I have both been going to Elegance Hair for several years. We always get a fantastic hair cut and they are so nice and friendly. I get highlights and the color is always perfect! Their shop is always clean and everything about them is professional. I would highly recommend them. Its a very positive experience.

Just called about a hairstyle and the entire time it seemed like the lady was rushing me off the phone. Apparently they only do haircuts and dont like questions. All good, someone else can have my offer.

Gf got her hair dyed there and they applied the wrong color because they said it made her look younger, and still charged $120.DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The entire staff is friendly and extremely capable. I have referred my wife and friends to their establishment.

I like this place. They have always taken their time cutting my hair and it always looks way better than when I came in. They also provide other services, such as eye brow waxing which I like to have done at the same time. Very friendly staff!

The lady cut my hair wrong but she kept sying that thr hair cut looks nice on me. She kept blaming on me that I did not told her carefully.

Great salon weather you just want a simple haircut, perm, hair color, excellent staff very friendly and professional services this is an excellent place with plenty of parking and reasonable prices, definitely get your moneys worth and will be happy with your hair.

If you want to get a perm I highly don’t recommend it.

I have curly hair, I went to have it cut and styled and to my surprised they cant do it. so much for hair stylist who cant handle different kind of hair. I left and went to The Salon Hair and Nails in Renton 1190 C Sunset Blvd NE. and have it done, im satisfied. they were nice, friendly and able to get my hair done without any hesitation. Never will I go back to Elegance Hair! not so Elegant service LOL!!

About a month ago I went to get straightened, pay 200 dollars I had my appointment at 5 I arrived and they attended me almost at 6 well, finally they told me not to wash my hair for 3 days and so I did, the day came to wash my hair with A shampoo and a conditioner that they sold me for $ 30 more and when my hair was wet, the strand stopped, I didnt want to claim because I dont have time for problems, so basically I threw my 200 dollars in the trash. that place
