Very pleased with the visit. Paul showed up on time and did a great job fixing my furnace problem without trying to up-sell me for things I didnt need. Paul was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Im not an expert at these things so he took the time to explain to me detail by detail on how everything works and how often maintenance should be done. This was such terrific service from an Astro Heating & Air Conditioning. Over the phone setting up they were wonderfully flexible, gave me several options for payment and were so friendly. When the Greg and the team came they were very professional and nice, and even took the time at the end to show me different components of my new system and some basic maintenance instructions. I am a single lady and home maintenance can be intimidating but this entire process was completely smooth and it definitely felt like money well spent and a great investment for my homestead. I love my new thermostat and the systems work wonderfully. I will definitely be using their services for any future HVAC needs

The tech was professional and passionate. He explained what was wrong with our unit within minutes of being in the house. He then told us what we needed to do to fix it and got to work. He was conscious about Covid-19 putting gloves on before entering the house and also had a mask & booties on. 5 stars!
