Corey was prompt, good at communicating, and very thorough with explaining the problem with our Furnace. He gave us the price of the visit up front, and gave us a breakdown of the future life of our furnace for us. He also was able to visit within a week of us calling, in a very reasonable time window. AAA answered my inquiry quickly and even worked through scheduling via email which was very handy!

Tommy arrived, reintroduced himself, and promptly got to work with the semi annual maintenance to my heater/ac unit. He explained every thing he was doing and why. He gave me a couple minor recommendations reference my heating vents. As usual AAA Heating got the jib done promptly and efficiently. Tommy was the best!

We have been on a roller coaster ride with our nightmare of a mini split system (which they did not install, it was installed by a different company). I appreciate their reminders of the appointment times and they also confirm when the technician is on the way and even if there are traffic delays.We are looking to get our whole units overhauled from the not so great install job that was done by the other business. We wouldn’t trust anyone else, we want it done right and have peace of mind. These guys take great care of you.

I inquired online for AC and heating service. We were able to get an appointment set up right away and were flexible if I had to change times/dates. When it came to the actual service we were able to get any sort of repairs done that day, quickly and professionally. We are part of their subscription service now and I expect that well definitely be happy with this company with each visit.

Josh showed up at the starting point of the time range I was given -- much appreciated -- and checked the heating element and other parts of my gas furnace, cleaned it thoroughly, checked the operation of my furnace afterward at each register in the house, and explained everything he had found. They have been servicing our heating and whole house air-conditioningfor several years and have been very good. This time we decided to add an upgrade and clean ducts and vents with a special coating applied to make this 2 story 4 bedroom home and office more energy more efficient and comfortable throughout all the rooms. AAA installed and kept us up and running with an outdoor system for many years now. We both recommend them.

Corey came and serviced our AC after the heat wave. He found a couple of issues with the system and was able to fix them same day. He also quickly installed an air purifier with the upcoming wildfire season coming. While fixing the AC he also noticed the evaporator was open 18” causing us to cool our attic space. We were just thrilled with him and how we were able to get everything done in one morning.

Jonathan and team installed our new furnace, heat pump, and thermostat. The team was very professional, informative, and in a cheery mood despite a lot of hard work they put into a nearly 12 hour work day. They brought us up to code on a few items which added to their long day, put effort into aesthetics of the installed equipment and cables/wires, and on top of all this cleaned up immaculately before leaving - the whole area was spotless. The tech texted me before coming with his name and picture. He was on time and wearing a mask. It took about 90 minutes for the 6 month maintenance check on my furnace and heat pump. He was very nice and courteous.I pay monthly for a AAA to come out twice a year and do maintenance on my furnace and heat pump. They call me to schedule service when its time for them to come out. It is so convenient and easy. I highly recommend them!

Our AC was acting up right before the big heat wave and our regular place couldnt get to us for a month. Thankfully they referred us to AAA where a Monday call resulted in a Friday visit from Tyler. First, the office staff is wonderful, friendly & helpful. Tyler was awesome! He sent a text message before he arrived and didnt mind us hovering over him and peppering him with questions as he worked. Thankfully our AC unit was able to be repaired and we are using AAA going forward for all our HVAC needs. I highly recommend AAA Heating & Air Conditioning. I had a problem with my system and called them on a Monday morning. They were able to schedule an appointment the same day. The technician, Jim, texted me shortly before arrival and showed up on schedule. Amazingly, he diagnosed the problem in less than one minute and my system was up and running within a few seconds. The entire visit lasted less than five minutes. Great service all the way around.

We wound up settling on AAA because their sales folks seemed to be the most informed and helpful. Weve had the new HVAC system for 6 months now and are very happy with it. Were using less energy and our house is more comfortable. Win-win!Installation came with maintenance every 6 months (I think for the first year?) and we just had our first visit from them. They were professional and fast.Very satisfied with my purchase and service.

Refuses to make a service call on a mini-split system because the system is too new (3 years old) and therefore under warranty? Need condensate pump replacement... nothing to do with the Mitsubishi system. Directs me to call original installer. Please tell me this is a joke? Would not recommend.
