When out AC unit broke down, Kathy Industrial Heating & Cooling team was prompt to respond, answered all questions and gave us a very reasonable quote compared to other companies we reached out too. They came on time and replaced the AC unit fast. Final cost was the same as the quote we received. Couldnt be happier!!

This was an awesome customer service from our first contact until the last. I emailed late on a Monday evening and was happy that someone was able to respond that evening and help me troubleshoot via email. They contacted us again the next day to check on things and had someone at our home first thing Tuesday as we were still having issues. The technicians came ready to work and figure out what was going on with my heat pump. They figured it out, fixed it, and then did a good job. I now feel good that the unit is working promptly and I will have heat this winter. They were friendly and listened to my concerns. Highly recommended.

Last week our old furnace stopped working and we were completely without heat. The technician knew exactly the reason why our furnace had broken down and after a replacing the parts our furnace was working super fine.
