Over the phone, provider confirmed that they can clean a water heater vent. Provider charged me 85$ diagnostic, 150$ to reset water heater, and did not clean the vent as previously agreed. Water heater failed again 2 days later.

Very pleased with the service. They responded quickly and after a thorough diagnosis determined I had a faulty thermostat. I twas repaired and I had my heat back on. Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Will not be a repeat customer. Over the phone agreed that he would not charge to drive out or if he found nothing wrong. Spent 20 mins verifying system work properly. But did not find anything. He charged 75$ for the 20 mins he was here. Very irritated that I paid for 20 mins of nothing conclusive.

My gas furnace doesnt kick on this morning I call clean zone in 30 the technician come and in 10 minutes he find the problem and gave me anestimate he is knowledgeable guy in 20 minutes I got my heat back and fair price highly recommended for whom looking for HVAC service thank you clean zone
