Where can I start besides I am beyond satisfied?! From my repair call, to sales, and installation, the entire staff was very prompt, courteous, professional, informative, and knowledgeable. Justin came out and got my central running again. George mapped out all available buying options and financing. Richard, Andrew, Todd, and Austin removed and installed new central air and furnace units, and Zach gave it the final seal of approval. I would recommend Apollo to anyone 110%.

Andrew, Todd, and Richard did a complete install (Heat & AC) for our home. They were extremely respectful, clean, & thorough. For anyone who has had to unexpectedly deal with this, its extremely expensive and they made a tough experience very manageable. They took the time we needed to be comfortable with the new equipment before leaving and just glad we chose them.

They were on time to do the job. They cleaned up after themselves. Very courteous and nice guys. Couldnt ask for better installers. My dogs even liked them! AC works great now.

We have been using Apollo for quite some time and have always been completely satisfied with their maintenance of both our central air conditioning and heating systems. Because of them, we are able to approach the toughest of the Northeast seasons (Winter/Smmer) with confidence and know that we will be OK and will not experience major system failures at the worst possible times.

I requested that team Richard and Todd install my heat pump and air handler. I was very pleased with their friendliness, competence and work ethic. As a bonus, they were accompanied by Andrew. 8-30-21_My relationship with Apollo has just started, but so far so good. From the time I called in to the time the technician left; no complaints. Only positive vibes thus far.8-31-21_Alan came out to talk to us about installation options. The decision was to fix what we had or upgrade to a better system. First and foremost, Alan was awesome. Great guy. Very informative. Very personable. Even though he definitely tried to sell us on a product before he left it never felt pushy. More of a conversation about making a decision on the information given. Great experience.9-10-21_Tyler, Billy, Chris and Connor came to do my install; 2 furnaces and air conditioning units so 2 teams were sent. Arrived on time and left sooner than expected. Overall everything was good. There were a few minor issues regarding one of the thermostats they took down but Apollo assisted me every step of the way to make sure everything was right. The cleanup in my basement couldve been a hair better as I picked up about 10 screws along with some other items but that was minor. As I said before, overall it was a great experience and Id definitely recommend and use their services again.

Not very long after my phone call with Brandy, John had pulled up- he is very kind and detail oriented. He is very knowledgeable and right away pointed out things that we either didnt notice or didnt think about. He was very honest about the condition of our A/C unit and explained what he was doing and why every step of the way! He explained our options and even included the drawbacks for each option to make our decision making all the more easy. I didnt feel like I was being finessed or spending more money than the job was worth. My husband and I are new home owners and so HVAC maintenance is a must and of course we dont know a thing about it! But we are more than happy to have given Apollo a call. We were very well taken care off and have our home finally cool down. We will only be given Apollo a call from now on!!!

Zach came out to service our A/C unit and he was great. Very personable when he first arrived and always kept us informed as to what he was doing and ways we can keep things working properly and offered options w/o making it feel like he was trying to sell us something. From the first call to schedule an appointment to the last visit to commission the heating and A/C I can only say we were treated with respect and I actually feel the employees really cared that we were satisfied.The girls on the phone that I spoke to, Marylou, Brandy, Tammy, Lori and another I can not recall all were so pleasant and really nice to talk to. Our salesman, Ralph and Allen were very personable and not pushy. They explained our options and told us what they would recommend. They also gave us options of addons and explained each one so we could make an informed decisions on whether we needed them.I am sorry to say I cant remember the installers name or his helper. But they explained everything that they were going to do and didnt mind when I checked on them and were happy to answer my questions during the install. I also had a water heater installed at the same time and the company sent an additional crew out to make sure it was completed in one day. The additional crew members were just as informative as the original crew.The final visit was with a technician, again I dont recall his name, but he spent a few hours going over all the systems making sure they were tuned in for optimum performance. He took a lot of time answering my questions and going over all the details of the new thermostat.We called to set up and appointment on Thursday morning as our A/C was not working properly. It was 31 years old and we knew it was time for a replacement but was hoping for the best. They were able to send a technician out that afternoon. Furnace was 21 years old and I have done a few repairs on my own the last few years. Hot water tank was 13 years, we knew we got our moneys worth out of all three. We were given some options but did not want to throw money away so that day we scheduled an appointment for the next day, Friday, to meet with the salesman.We did some homework that night and feel the salesmen gave us a fair deal so we bought that night. They were able to set up the install the following Wednesday. Amazing, service call, sales call and install in less than a week.I got a little long winded here but honestly will recommend Apollo to everyone, everyone I spoke to really seem to care about giving great service..

We had to get everything replaced in a newly purchased old fixer-upper condo: furnace, air conditioning and hot water tank. Our condo had a very tight fit, no room and an unreasonable configuration to work with, but Allen did a FANTASTIC job installing and replacing the furnace and hot water tank. Shane did GREAT work outside for the air conditioning, working around 2 other old units that didnt work either. Their professionalism was top-notch and showed right from the beginning when they were putting on shoe covers in an obviously major fixer-upper (we told them they didnt have to)! We received several quotes and am glad we went with Apollo. We certainly would recommend and use again in the future if needed. Thank you.

Our ac wasn’t blowing a lot of cold air and it was warm in the house. Josh came out the same day we called and found that our system was frozen. He told me all the steps we needed to take as well as the potential source of the issue. He did a thorough check of our system and made it known what we needed to do. He took the time to listen to my frustrations with the previous HVAC company and was quick to offer suggestions for our problems and concerns! It was so helpful that Apollo is now our go to for our system.

John came this morning. I have 2 St Bernards and I always try to put them in another room when someone comes to do service. He immediately told me to leave them out and he was phenomenal! He let them run on him, give him kisses and he never batted an eye! He was also very professional and showed me every single thing he did! This is why we love Apollo! We have NEVER had an unprofessional technician or an unpleasant one! We are never leaving Apollo!

Richard, Todd, & Andrew did an amazing job today installing my new AC/Furnace combo. This was a big job in blistering heat; but, they were pleasant and professional through the whole process. Their work was perfect and they cleaned up the worksite (better than it was when they arrived). The even checked the gas lines in the house and found leaks from previous work I had done in the past. Steve who sold me the service was amazing as well. He answered all my questions and was timely and pleasant with no pressure. This is not my first experience with Apollo, everyone is friendly, courteous, timely, and professional. You cant go wrong hiring them for your HVAC services.

A COMPLETE rip off company! Stay away or be prepared to be bent over. They charged 98.00 for an estimate and then the estimate was 1000.00 TO REPLACE a toilet flange & shower valve THAT I HAD IN HAND?!?! A 2 hour job TOPS for a pro plumber. So Im in the wrong line of work I guess. Now plumbers get 500 an hour?!

Very, very pleased with Apollo. They gave me a good deal on furnace & air con replacement. I got quotes from 4 places; I thought they offered the best price/quality/warranty combo. Was installed within a week, the team was awesome. Excellent warranty program, better than the other outfits. Today an independent quality control service was performed to make sure all was installed correctly. He was here over 2 hours running a variety of diagnostics and checks, adjusting as needed. These guys are absolute aces!

Kirk (Kurt?) came out and was super friendly. He let me know what he was going to do and went right to work. He then came back with pictures and videos to show me what he found, and the problems within my AC unit. He gave me 3 recommendations and scheduled someone for the same day to come out and run load tests on my system. They work well and they work efficiently. I see why they have such good reviews. I would recommend them to whoever is in need of maintenance and work.

They didnt even look at the AC unit and told my mother that it was going to cost thousands of dollars to fix it and she would be better off to get a new one....I already knew that it had a bad transformer that needed replaced ($200 TOPS) ...Told them no way called AtoZoff and they were honest and fixed it with no problem.....then I find out that these scammers (Apollo) charged me $100 to come and lie to my mom .......UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST..

Zach was punctual and extremely helpful. He cleaned our new AC unit that was coated with cottonwood inside. He explained what he was doing and how I could clean it myself if I needed to do so in the future.

Unit was brand new, pre-charged, never powered up and already installed when tech showed up. Ductless needed vacuumed down and the freon released if no leaks. Tech was very nice and looked it over then said he would be right back had to get me estimate on the job.The estimate for about 30-45 minutes of work was $1133 to vacuum & turn two valves to release Freon. The unit didn’t cost that much. I said no way. I was charged $98 for the service call tech was here about 15min. This is the third time I I used this company and knew they were expensive and always pushing the up sell. I will say they were the available as most other HVAC contractors were a week to month out, they did show up in two days. I do not recommend using Apollo unless you can get pricing upfront paying $98 to get an unrealistic estimate is absurd. I will lose their phone number and not recommend them.

Apollo did a great job with maintenance on our furnace today! And their customer service by far the best of any HVAC company we’ve dealt with. Proactive but not pushy, and they follow all precautions with health. I also like that they alert us with our technician’s name and photo before they arrive. That gives us peace of mind when we let them into our home. We are grateful for Apollo!

I called Apollo after having called several other technicians who couldnt solve a mystery water in my HVAC system problem. Apollo was able to get a tech out in less than 24 hours, and Josh figured out the problem quickly and offered possible solutions. Still working through getting it fixed, but so impressed with Josh, his depth of knowledge and his professionalism.

Apollo installed our new heating and AC system 11 years ago. Last summer the AC acted up and didnt cool so I called them out. They gave me an estimate for repairs of ~$2500 and recommended the AC be replaced since it is 10 years old. I did a bit of searching the web and found that it was likely the capacitor that runs the fan/compressor and the fan motor. ~$115 later and 30 minutes install time, my AC is back up and running. It is 1 year later after my self diagnosis and repair and still going strong.Do a bit more research I found the AC unit Apollo installed was discontinued already when they installed it. Shame on me for not checking. Shame on them for installing a discontinued older model. Theyve been pushing us to install a new HVAC system ever since the 10 year age window was approaching.I have no issue with the maintenance they performed over the years but their sales tactics and morals are questionable. This last diagnosis was an obvious strong arm push to put in a new AC unit. I wont buy from them again for this reason. I will also do more research the next time I install a new system to make sure Im not getting discontinued equipment.
