Jen at the Kennewick store deserves so much appreciation and acknowledgment. I needed help to set up my new phone and service, and she went above and beyond! I arrived late in the evening after my work day a little before closing and anyone else would have sent me away to come back another dayβ€” but Jen was understanding of my needs and busy schedule, and stayed to help me until the job was done. She provided five star customer service and truly goes above and beyond for her customers! Thank you!!

Horrible Internet Company, avoid at all costs!!! I was on hold for an hour and a half, after being a previous loyal customer for a year, to reconnect my internet and still no agent. This was the second time on hold!! I give up, they wont be getting anymore money from me. Go with LocalTel if you can, much better service!!

Thank goodness Ziply is coming to town to provide some competition. Heres why: Ive had Spectrum for just over two years and theyve been fine as long as I could get a discounted deal. Heres why Im switching to Ziply:1. After a promo period ends, prices start to rise by more than ten dollars EACH MONTH.2. We got a reserved promo offer in the mail. Call in to redeem offer today. Spectrum customer associate says that deal is only for new customers. I say then why did I get a piece of mail from your company telling me we have a reserved offer for (said deal)? Associate finds out I only have internet and not a bundle, so wants to verify my information. Since the account holder is my wife, even when I provided the correct phone number and address, they still *had* to talk to my wife.3. The best part? With the promo ($45 for internet and $45 for cable), it is also an EXTRA $20/MONTH FOR FREE LOCAL CHANNELS. The total did not come out to $90/month, it was closer to $135/month. Sorry, thats not a promo deal anymore.

I cant believe they want to charge me $54/mo for wifi when my ex was only being charged $18/mo the day before when he moved his service and I had to reconnect. Their specials constantly change without notice and I cannot wait and call back daily waiting for the same deal my ex had. Im on a super tight fixed income now as a single mom and cant afford such a difference. Im looking for something cheaper now. Totally stressed during this pandemic. Ugh.

I made a reservation to exchange some equipment. When I arrived at my reservation time there was a very long line. The store manager would not honor my reservation and told me to go to the back of the line. It was about 1 Β½ hour line. I asked him again to honor the reservation and he said see this line. Does it look like we need to care about you or anyone? Go to the back of the line.

Signed up for cable TV service, its been 4 hours and still no video signal, called customer service was told theres an outage in my area that started 20 min ago, yet ive had my tuner plugged in and powered on for 3 hours prior... No explanation from them....Will cancel and return equipment, talk about making a 1st impression

Could not believe it, really. Had Spectrum TV charges on my account which I had never asked for. Had a 3:20 PM appointment, was ready to throw it down and end it all. As soon as I walked in, a gentleman came up and asked what I needed. Explained my situation, he checked it all out. He removed the charges acknowledging it happens. Thank you so much Spectrum. Im glad your associate helped me out very quickly. Walked in and out within 5 minutes. Im still shocked how fast this happened. Did not want to end my Spectrum service, I love it!

I walked in and was greeted by a customer service representative immediately. I was carrying some equipment i was returning and the CSR helped me carry it to his desk. He then quickly processed my return and got me back on my way in no time. Good job Spectrum.

Internet speeds work fine when there isnt constant outages, inconsistent modem and router capability. Cant help but wonder if even when you ask for new router and modem if you even get a new one because they always have issues.

After calling for an appointment to get my equipment, they called me, set up an appointment for an earlier date than the one I had expect (great! yay, thats awesome, good job spectrum), said they would arrive between 2 and 3, no phone call or anything and it is just about 5 oclock, nothing. Terrible customer service.

Compared to the previous location this is a major upgrade. When you walk in you know exactly where you are....A cable, internet and phone provider. No long waits to pay your bill, a kiosk has been provided. Havent tried to talk to an actual person yet (havent had the need to). Fingers are crossed thou that the employees here can actually provide customer service besides cashier and sales services.

As we arrived there were 18 people awaiting, also there were 8 people waiting to pay on the computer. Very dissatisfied!! We received better customer service at the old office. This is the same amount of people awaiting the last 3 timess we were in. Thinking about changing companies. 😟

Awfully long wait. 16 April 2020. One employee in the room.8 customers. I head straight for the payment Kiosk. The one employee doing business starts to harass me. Why? Sir, sir, sir. I want to pay at the machine and leave, no contact no conversation. She insists. How are you paying? By check I say. She says okay. I then look down and see the kiosk is out of order!!!!

We have used Charter Spectrum for years. We went in to cancel the TV service but keep the internet. The first time our bill was supposed to be modified, the ticket that the in store representative somehow vanished and for an additional 3 months the charge showed. The second time we went in to have our account credited, again, the in store ticket created by Ciara vanished. The last month the bill still reflected the error, I stood in front of the same representative, Ciara, and she was concentrating so hard on her monitor, she ignored the questions I was asking her with silence, incomplete sentences, and even after consulting her absent manager who was in the back, I still was waiting for over thirty minutes for a ticket creation they said would take a week to resolve. The issue was an over charge of twenty dollars and they told me that at 2:13 the manager had just gone to a meeting by Edgar.

Went in 2 weeks ago to pay a bill, waited for over an hour. Walked right past the check in. Thought it was a tablet for sale. No seating for over 10 customers needing to settle up. Could have sent out a flyer to customers letting them know they had moved. Went to old location. Not a well run company.

Half the customers just need to make a payment but arent inclined educated to use the machine to pay..there is no one there to check on customers who are struggling..so many frustrated customers due to having to wait so long for service due to this clog up.

I went in to transfer service from one house to another. The place Im transferring it to is a Room. It does not get Internet from the rest of the house so I decided to have my own put in or transferred to that Room. They say that cannot be done due to a does not have its own power Box. I asked if theres anything else they could deal they said no. Except for add to the persons bill already I 2nd Internet modem. That is silly I do not want to put my burden or my bills on somebody else. I then proceed to tell them I would like to cancel Service. They then tell me they could not cancel service unless I have all equipment in hand. But then proceed to tell me that I can call and do it that way and bring the equipment and whenever Im ready... Again never helping me get anything done at all... This is not the 1st time I have had issues this is just the most recent other than their service being good most of the time I would rather not deal with them at all...

Either spectrum gives service that we Pay for or we are taking this to court. The service is down about 30% of the time but we pay every month the same amount. No service you can expect our attorneys to contact you.

To set up triple service took around 15 minutes. After getting first bill of $349 (originally suppose to be $120), decide to cut the TV. It took them over the phone 55 minutes. Bad customer service. Never again with Spectrum.
