I was on hold to talk to someone about my recall appointment for 20 minutes and I never did get to talk to someone. Went to my appointment and recall was done in a timely manner. My car is making a noise like something is loose and flapping under my car, I asked if someone could just look at it and they quoted over $100 just took at it. I am currently at les Schwab and they are going to look for FREE. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle at VW Kia Overturf, should be called OVERPRICED since they want to charge for EVERYTHING and dont offer to pickup your car when its THEIR RECALL!!!

We had a great experience buying our first Volkswagen Atlas 2021 with Byron! He was super informative, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He made buying our new SUV a breeze with even bringing the car to my home (since I have a small infant and keeping her at the dealership for test driving is difficult) for a second test drive. He knew the car details really well and could answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Overturf! We recently purchased a 2021 Kia Sorento, our salesman Marvin was very patient, helpful and accommodating.A month later we had some issues regarding recalls (these things happen) When this was happening the service department was closed. I drove straight there from work and had 2 people look at my car who were not service, but in sales. They suggested I leave my car there.At this time Kia Manufacturer system was down so service was able to get to my car right away and Joshua from the service department was right on top of getting me a rental vehicle so I didn’t have to be without a car. He was always very open and honest with my husband and I about what was going on and how things were going to be handled. He had the best customer service and made this very inconvenient situation less stressful.

I called this Kia because my car was in need of a new motor. There was a recall on my car and I was hoping to get it replaced. The service manager informed me that because I didn’t get a previous recall I missed the deadline and they couldn’t preform the recall. He referred to this as a financial loss to Kia if done . This was completely FALSE my motor is being replaced by the liberty lake Kia. If you are in need of a recall call every other Kia dealership but this one.

We recently purchased a 2020 Kia soul, I brought it in for an oil change, tire rotation, and turbo adjustment, service department said an hour and a half. They handed me my keys in an hour and twenty minutes and did I mention they also washed and vacuumed it. We bought a 2021 VW Atlas that had a couple issues - the whole team from sales to service gave it their all to solve the issues. When it became apparent that this particular car wasn’t going to be fixed right away they worked a miracle and got us into a different new car! Took car in for some service work. I live about 100 miles away and towed my car there(wouldnt start). After they finished their work I loaded the car on a trailer and went home. Upon arriving home I found out that the radio now has lock code on it.Before it worked great. I called them and they stated that it would cost me an additional $60 to have them unlock it. I would not recommend the service dept here. I was disappointed. Now I will have to make a trip to a dealer(no not them this time, lesson learned) so they can unlock my radio.

Woah. Buying my first BRAND new car was a tough decision, and I didn’t even know it was possible. Brad is not your typical car salesman that only sees the commission check. Rather, he was authentic and honest. My wife and I went to look at some vehicles, and I mean only look. The thing that stood out to me was that Brad never pressured us into running credit when we said we were just looking, which is something we have had issues with other dealerships (Toyota etc) and he spent numerous hours every day with us over a 3 day period before we decided to actually run credit. The entire time it wasn’t just about the cars we were interested in, and it was refreshing to be able to talk about other things like family, hobbies and such. For a majority of the time it felt like he was an old friend and we were just catching up. When it came time to make a decision, he went over every option with us so we knew exactly what we wanted to do, and he helped us make the best decision that was right for us. This has been by far the best experience I’ve had at any place of business, not just car dealership. Thanks to Brad and his friendship, honesty, and efficiency I’m now in a new car I love, and I’ve made a friend for life who I will be sending as many referrals as possible to.

I looked into checking out a vehicle at this location and honestly Im glad I didnt have the time to go.I was offered to come get picked up to see it?..While we are dealing with the pandemic is definitely not safe to offer that at all so that was extremely unprofessional.While I was unhappy with that, I kept getting emails from them until I got a call asking if I was still interested on the car.When a costumer does not reply a couple of times due to whatever reason, just drop it.They will call if interested otherwise they will feel to pressured and uncomfortable.

Usually, taking your car in to the dealership for a warranty repair is a bummer. You get the skeptical eyeball from the service manager. It takes 4-6 hours longer than you could ever imagine and your left with the, why did I buy this brand of car? feeling.Not so at Overturf Volkswagen/Kia! Today, I brought in my VW Atlas (which I love dearly) to have a faulty battery replaced. Not only were the service managers friendly and honest, but they had that thing fixed in 23 minutes. Visiting family (we live in NW MT), my husband had found a GTI to test drive at Overturf. It wasnt a manual, but he thought hed give it a try. We met Larry and had one of the most fun test drives EVER! We werent looking to buy while on vacation, but the car, Larry and the whole experience were fantastic.Larry never tried to SELL us a car - he gave us all the information and opportunity to fall in love with a car and BUY it. Theres a difference! I worked with salesman Frank who kept texting while he was supposed to be helping me look at cars. I found a car I wanted a drive. I was sitting in the car with Frank and the engine running and Frank says nothing about the car that makes me want to buy it. It is like he does not know anything about the car. Then Frank exits the car as he sees another customer. I am going to see if they need help. He NEVER came back. I sat in the car for about 10 minutes. I got out, checked the trunk, walked the perimeter of the car and got back in. No sign of Frank. I waited a little longer. Then I got mad. He abandoned me. I turned the car off and got out. Then I see Frank talking to another customer. 😤 I went inside and delivered the key to who I thought was the service manager who turned out to be the NO SERVICE manager. I explained the situation of how I was abandoned by the salesman I was working with for another customer. He tried to defend his salesman. I was not having it. Under no circumstances is it appropriate to leave a customer you have been working with to help someone else, especially when there are other salesman on the lot. Totally unacceptable. I will never work with a salesman at Overturf besides Kirby Mathews if ever.

Larry worked with me on the 2016 Golf R to finance it for a price that worked best for me and got me approved in one day! The management helped out by getting all the paperwork done before we even showed up so all we had to do was sign and drive. Hes very knowledgeable about luxury, affordability and what everyone wants from a car, a great fit! When I called about the Golf R he got right onto helping me out and giving me details of the car. We purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 recently from Overturf Motors and we were pleased with the process. Finding a Q7 that met our requirements was not easy as there is a lack of supply at this time. We searched all dealerships in the state and Overturf had the one we wanted. We visited the dealership to inspect the vehicle and there was no high pressure salesmanship. In fact we completed the negotiation via email which was perfect for us since we live 80 miles from there. Our salesperson, Jen, was very patient and understanding and most importantly completely transparent during the process. She spent a lot of time with us going over the bells and whistles included with this luxury SUV. And they gave us a fair value for our trade in. I brought my Audi in for repairs and was charged $2000 even though I asked them not to go above $1000 worth of repairs. Then, on top of that, they told me they couldnt fix the problem. I took the car to Meyers Auto and they completely fixed the car for a fraction of the price and told me that Overturfs had installed a pump in backwards and that was probably what was causing the issues.Overall I was shocked by the poor service, dishonesty, and lack of accountability. In fact, last I checked Overturfs wasnt even certified by the Better Business Bureau.
