I took my car in because I was driving around not realizing I had a missing oil cap until my car started smoking from the burn off. They fixed that issue and Im pretty sure they fixed another issue I was having with a scrapping noise without charging me because after I got it the noise was gone and has stayed gone. Im thankful either way and pretty sure they will be my go to from now on.

Having grown up with a mechanic father and brother who always had stories about their bosses wanting to push repairs that are not needed. If I trust the work they do and its a fair price I will never go anywhere else. Perfection is not only the one I trust with my 3 cats its where I tell everyone else to go for theirs. If you go to a dealership for repairs I can guarantee you are being robbed. Perfection will not let you down.

I like going to perfection tire here is Idaho. But Washington has some insurance rule that prohibits shops from installing customer supplied parts. So, they were unable to get my part till Tuesday. I was able to get it next day. So, I had to drive over 4 hours back to Idaho and get it installed by perfection tire here next day.

I had gotten my front brakes replaced and abs sensor fixed here. I was thinking I had to replaced my abs sensor replaced and I knew that it was going to cost 300 plus. But the mechanic fixed it without replacing it and that really made my week. The only surprise was the front brakes needing to get replaced but even with that being said, I still saved money! It couldve easily been over 900 which would have put me in a situation where I would had to make a choice between one or the other. The mechanic was very helpful and Im grateful. And would definitely go back here. Customer service was good and went beyond my expectations.

Very appreciative to the team at this location. My rental car indicated I had a tire going low. I turned off the main road to find this Perfection Tire location. The team there was great, checked all my tires and found that I had picked up a screw in one, and that another was 20 lbs over the recommended pressure. The team was fast, friendly, and very attention to detail. I left confident about the rest of my drive. Highly recommend this location for great service!

Went in cuz my truck was leaking oil and they gave me an estimate that was like half of wat I thot it was gonna b! I asked how long it would take and they sed they wood b dun by end of day!! This place was great. I came in to the store I thought my husband purchased at to change my tires and wheels. I was not in the system but instead of sending me away they just added me in and got my car in right away as well. They even came out to tell me I might experience less performance since this may be my last season on them. Everybody was also very polite and cheery despite how busy/ cold its been. Especially Glenn. Highly recommend :)

We have been traveling across the country when the trucks battery died in the parking lot at a gas station. After calling Jesse came out and jump started the truck. We followed him to the store where we got a new battery. All of the staff we very helpful and kind. We got back on the road in about 45 minutes. Awesome service by a great group of people.

Went to purchase a set of much needed tires. The service was outstanding. I needed a specific wrench to get my tires off(custom rims, my wrench didnt fit). They loaned me the wrench to get my flat tire off, which was nice! They were friendly and it took them I think about an hour to get everything done. The price for the two tires was pretty average to everyone elses prices. Would recommend giving them your business!

Im extremely happy with the great service I received here. I was pretty stressed over holiday travel and the check engine light on my vehicle but these guys clearly explained everything to me, were prompt getting it fixed and it was affordable. This is now going to be my new shop for all my vehicles.

The store is ok BUT they are knowingly violating the pandemic mask and distancing order. Their sign says mask not required for service, and the counter empkoyee said they are essentially nor requiring masks. No employees were masked. Only one customer was masked.

I highly recommend this location.. not only removed and patched the two nails they found, but removed the fix a flat mess I created in my wifes mustang that was throwing the car off balance at higher speeds. They also re-balanced the tired, all this for a great price too.

I spent 150 dollars to get my car checked. The car Would rev high, and was stalling but would start up again. You had the car for a few days and could not figure it out. We found the problem: when you open the hood, there is a vacuum hose that is split around the connection. This is for your information.

Police were called! We purchased tires for our Mercedes and when they swapped them out they scratched all 4 wheels. They denied responsibility so we said we were calling the cops and they closed the store and left us there. Still not moving the vehicle we had Police meet us at their store and we filed a Police report.Then they did pay Mercedes for the repairs but were very rude and difficult to work with. My advice, No Matter what service you get on your car, ALWAYS do a walk around of your car with the servicemen and get a copy of All defects you found, then do a walk around when you pick it up this way if there is new damages you are protected!!

These guys are amazing had tire blow out on our race car trailer and they went above and beyond to help us get it back on the road, heading home to Portland! We bought 2 sets of tires for our vehicles here and we have never had good service when we have gone back for repairs. We stopped by today at 10:45 and there were 3 guys standing behind the counter doing nothing, we asked to have one of our tires looked at and they said right now, before lunch break? They did look at it but of course recommend that we need a new tire, didnt want to fix a pin hole. They are rude and lazy. We will never purchase tires from here again.

Follow up on previuos post. After telling me i needed a new tire i drove directly to les schwab tire center. The patch perfection put on was leaking schwabs repatched tire and the tire was in great shape i had three visites to this store all three times tried to overcharge me. Or sale me something i didnt need.do yourself a favor and stay clear of this store. I think they would take real advantage of a unaware customer
