SUPER friendly & professional, had my car in and out in a hurry. Only left 4 stars because they didnt put down a protector and left oily footprints on my floor mat. :( Also didnt wash or vacuum which a lot of places do.Ill still go back.

Stopped in due to my engine light coming on while traveling. They promptly checked my codes, cleared them out and visually checking my engine before giving me a go ahead to travel to Vancouver. Excellent customer service!

No one came out for our service request, in all 20 minutes we sat on lot waiting after going up to counter! Never again

It was time to look for tires for both vehicles. First stop, Discount Tire. No employee acknowledged me in the show room. Well, that was an easy choice. Next on to Les Schwab. Polite, but you pay for the extras. So last stop of the day was Commercial Tire on Clearwater. I talked to Sarah, who listened to what I was looking for on both vehicles. Yes, in the long run I paid a little more than the other guys but the customer service was outstanding. 8 tires and four new rims later, I will not elsewhere in the future.

As always, I was very happy with the service that Luke and his crew provided. They are always so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to answer ALL of my many questions. Honest and reasonably priced. The only shop I trust my cars to!

Not a bad place if youre going to buy tires for cost. Rotations done by appointment only.Make sure you remove your center caps ON YOUR OWN. They will break them! Had them break mine twice, and no offer to replace them. And the kicker is I bought the tires and wheels from them....

I had some issues with a previous alignment (from another shop). Due to a custom suspension/lift, there was not a lot of adjustment left to be had. The tech at Commercial Tire was able to alleviate issue as much as can be without installing more custom parts. I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Commercial Tire isnt just a tire store. I have all my work done there. I love that the store is only a few blocks from where I live. I have had my car serviced twice there and both times have been a very positive experience for me. Every person working there has been kind, friendly and very professional. I have been able to get appointments when I need them and they are always quick to get the work done. I am an older (well, 65) single woman new to the area and having a reliable mechanic place is extremely important to me. I believe them when they tell me I need something done and the prices are very reasonable. Thanks for being there for me.

They always give me a heads up if they find some additional issues with my vehicles and already have cost/quote of the cost to fix it will be before they continue working. It was a great place to go! They got me right in for a front end alignment! The alignment was still ok and they didnt charge me anything for checking it! They were friendly and I would differently go back if I need more work done!

I went in to get some broken stud bolts replaced and first of all Luke the manager was not friendly he was short and rude to me. I was charged 2hours and 20min for a job that was an hour to 1.5 most then charged $111.94 for parts for 6 bolts and 6 lug nuts. That’s more then 3times the price of what I can get them for at Napa the same place you got them. I brought this up to Luke the manager and he was very rude said well you agreed to do the work... he said You could of taken it somewhere else.... then I told him I didn’t get quoted on exactly what the part would be I got quoted on labor. He then again said that I could done the work my self or taken it some where else. I brought up that it should be at least competitive to other companies out there and not three times the price. He just said go somewhere else next time and he could change the price because every invoice gets audited and he couldn’t give me a more competitive price. When I got my labor quote my car was already stuck there with 6 bolts off so I couldn’t just take it somewhere else I was stuck with the amount they where going to charge. The customer service was terrible. I will never go to that store ever again and I will tell everyone I know never go to commercial tire ever again.

Overall a good experience. Once alignment was complete the steering wheel is now about 10 degrees to the left and the truck wants to pull to the right slightly. If I make the steering wheel straight the truck drifts off of the road. Not sure if it is correct alignment or not. will have to take it back in to see.Update. I had an issue with my truck a couple of weeks after the alignment and there were a few bolts in my level kit that came loose dealing with the level and alignment. I called Commercial Tire and they took me right in and verified everything was good and fixed everything no questions asked. The steering wheel is even straight now. They really try to make the customer happy. Something I am finding is not the case most of the time in the Eastern Washington Area. Great Job!

Made an appointment for tire Rotation & Re-balancing @ 40,000 miles on tires plus bringing in a flat tire, punctured the day before the appointment, no less; showed up on time; waited (comfortably) during service; service completed with recommendation to check wheel alignment (40K miles, yeah, lets check that alignment!); alignment report = OK; appointment completed: no charge. I had a VW Beetle with the usual problems that Bugs have with their electrical systems. They not only fixed that every time I had a problem but they changed my oil and got the right type of coolant for my engine. I finally got rid of the Bug but plan to continue going to Commercial Tire in Kennewick for auto repairs. They are fast and courteous and Sarah, who runs the office, is a dynamo.

Well, I went in right after attending a men’s prayer breakfast down the rd at Calvory ChapelIn Kennewick WA. I believe it was the Holy Spirit that told me to stop at your station to have that oil leak that I’ve been putting off getting fixed, checked out. No hesitation, as soon as I showed up, I saw two mechanics and there woman supervisor standing in the bay. I asked if they can help me find out where the oil leak is coming from. She looked at her mechanic and said “let’s get this mans van up on the lift and check it out”! They discovered a hole in my oil filter after noticing my dip stick was dry. What a blessing it was for them to be so near. That could of been my worse nightmare if I would of waited one more day. They changed my oil and put a new filter on at an excellent price. My last tire change was Saturday at 730..... it went real quick. I had Snow tires put on and rotated front to back also. That part went well. HOWEVER I looked at the tires that were taken off and there was major damage to the inside tread that needed fixing (alignment ??) tires were ruined I think.... but they said nothing.... Should have recommended additional service to correct and not just shocks/struts replacement..... I give 5 stars to service for everything else.

If I could give negative stars this would be the 1st & only business that I would absolutely give them too! Where to start? Well we only took our Jeep Cherokee here because my girlfriend has a commercial tire card so we didnt have to come out of pocket right away for our $800 strut purchase. The tech that did the replacement was disgustingly filthy, covered head to toe in grease! Needless to say that his filth transferred to every part of our 2017 Jeep that he touched! The steering wheel, gear shifter, the ckoth driver seat, the radio buttons, the touch screen & my personal favorite both center console buttons? Why would he be going thru the center console? Thats the question of the day! As he gave us our keys he said that it pulls to the right? Really cause you just did an alignment after replacing the front struts, so why? 30 min later something flies up & bounces off the windshield, we stopped to see what it was, it was a flat head screwdriver! After that we stopped to get fuel & I noticed a pair of 12 inch channel locks wedged under the windshield wiper & top of hood, also a shiny new set of scratches magically showed up on the driver fender! The tech called us a bit later asking if we had found his screwdriver then asked us to bring it back. We did indeed drive the 80 mile round trip from home to there to give back his tools that were irresponsibly left in our toolbox, I mean our Jeep! We ask to talk to the manager about the issues & when he came out he laughed in our faces saying that his tech would never scratch a customer vehicle? But he would use a vehicle as a toolbox & do an alignment wrong? So the moral to my story is to suggest that you not go herefor any reason other than maybe purchasing tires, however after this experience we will be cancelling our commercial tire card & never returning to any one of this businesses location!!

Service was great and quick.Went back today 12/4/18 got tires on my truck and an oil change they gave me a 1 pm appt time all was done before my appt time. I love going here both times ive been the service and efficiency of the office and shop staff has been excellent. I will keep going back again and again. Hey managment the whole staff deserve huge raises the make your store a huge success.

After installation of 4 tires and an all-wheel alignment, I noted red BRAKE light, amber brake, ABS, and VSC lights illuminated. I inquired at the service desk about them. I was asked to wait while a system scan was performed. The issue was not corrected. I was advised ABS might relearn on its own. While driving I experienced abnormal braking operation and radio presets were default. Since this event, my smart-key does not function, exterior door lock buttons do not work. The a/c quit working. Some times the dashboard display does not light up, for which, no speedometer, no odometer, no fuel gauge, and no gear indicator.Im reluctant to return for future service. Im sorry ..NO STARS.

My girlfriend took her 1994 Subaru Impreza here to checkout the brakes.The front disks were grinding metal to metal.They quoted us $300 for a set of rotors and pads.I got the parts locally for $68.59 and installed them in about 2 hours.(Im not a professional mechanic nor do I have air tools)Most shops quote brake jobs at 1hr/Axle. Which would make their hourly rate $231/Hr. Thats highway robbery, I will not be going here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Circumstances out of their control turned my visit into a 4 hour ordeal but their customer service was spot on.

Replaced my coworkers lower ball joints 2 months ago. The part literally broke in half last week leaving his front wheel buckled under the truck. They refuse to fix any damage to the truck stating that they didnt manufacture the part so theyre not liable. Also told him that hes just a small fish in a big pond, and theyll make his revenue up on the back end! Go anywhere else.
