Was expecting something like the picture I showed them because the reviews seemed good and the pictures online looked good. However, I was disappointed. The quality of the acrylics was poor and was all over my fingers. The lines were really thick and not straight and left nail polish on my fingers. Would not recommend but the person who did my nails was nice.

Good at pedicures but can’t do a simple design and my nail light was not working so it kept puckering the gel. Tried telling the lady but she kept covering it with clear polish like it would help. My nails were not properly filed to give me a smooth smile line. White design was jacked. The lady before me complained about the same thing… should’ve known them

This place deserves 5 stars! I didnt get both of the womens names but I will be coming back. They saved my ugly nails from the 2 previous salons that did me dirty. I came in with acrylics and left with powder nails. Im so happy they were willing to fix my nails and not rush me out the door. The lady that did my nails took her time and Im glad she did. Taking off my acrylics hurt because she just used another nail to take them off instead of soaking them but I didnt care they were so ugly the quicker the better lol. When I saw my nails I wanted to cry tears of joy! Im glad I found this place. I will be coming back.

Honestly first of all she said 1:45pm-2pm we weren’t worked till 2:40pm which ok whatever I can deal with it’s cool I’m a walk in but girrrl she asked me if I wanted gel for $60 and I said I wanted the regular acrylic nail polish for 35 I said that three times and she still gave me gel like ummmm ok I guess even that my nails are crooked and I have polish all over place and my pinky was cut lol never going back

Sheila was amazing, I arrived 30 min before closing she took me and my husband in for pedis and also my full set of nails with design. No complains detailed her work without making me feel rushed! I don’t get this great of a service all the time so when I do I wasn’t to make sure I make it known ! The nailsAre so beautiful pictures don’t make justice. I will be using her from now on and recommending her. Thank you 😊☺️!

The hot stone pedicure was amazing! The feet massage was great. It’s so relaxing. Also the lady is very gentle on my dipping powder manicure. Love the experience here, highly recommended I will come back.

Called ahead to see if they had time for 2 pedi/manis... They said yes. Got there and only 2 ladies, 7 including us there. So unfriendly and 4 of us waiting with zero communication. I would have rathered they just say that they were too busy. We left after 30 minutes waiting.

If you want to get an ingrown nail removed then this is the place to go to. See Shayla!! She’s very quick at doing a pedicure and remove any ingrown nails! I am from California and I never had a difficult time locating a nail salon that knew how to remove ingrown nails but after visiting Kennewick I had a very difficult time finding someone to remove the ingrown nail. I am so pleased with the service Shayla provided. She was very friendly, listened to my concerns and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was waiting for almost 30 mins and that is because she was the only person there who did the pedicure. I do wish they had more workers there. But the wait was worth it. I will definitely be going here from now on whenever I visit Kennewick, WA.

Im visiting the tri citys, so I looked up this place trough Google and saw your pictures and comments, thats what made me pick this place and so glad I did. I was greated so attentive made me feel comfortable and relax to be there. I got my self a full set of long coffin nails, so happy with the end result. Thank you ladies.

I told the lady not to touch the shape of my toe nails and specifically not to file them as I file them perfectly to my liking (squared shape) prior to going in, and she did so anyway AND in a different shape too. The gel came out gloppy as well. My eyes were watering as I was paying. Worst $50 spent, won’t be going back.

My sister, 8 year old niece and I went here today for the very first time and I was WOWed by how clean and COVID safe everything was. Even though only one lady was working she was quick, friendly and efficient. Very happy with the whole experience will for sure be back.

I went there to have my artificial nails removed that they previously placed a couple of months ago. Instead of removing them the safe and proper way, (grinding them down first, soaking in acetone) the lady just used another artificial nail and pried them off like a crowbar. This was extremely painful and she caused damage to my nail beds, and bleeding. The manicure afterwards was also shoddy. She showed no concern, didnt apologize, and was obviously just in a hurry as she had another customer with a higher dollar service come in. She just wanted the quick way out as the proper way is time consuming. (I didnt realize this was wrong until I left and researched it).My nailbeds ached all night. That woman is a barbarian

I am disappointed in the service and the quality. I haven’t gotten acrylic in years and decided to get them again and now I’m embarrassed by them. You can see a lift in where the tips are and the shape and paint were not done well.

The lady that did my nails did a Horrible job, she cut my finger and had a bleeding finger And she didn’t even apologize I will never go back.

I have gone to at least 10 other nail salons in the area and just couldn’t find one where my nails lasted longer than a week. I had mine done and lasted almost 4 weeks (shellac). They are beautiful and maticulous about doing it right. Their customer service is incredible and they are very inexpensive. Love this place and will recommend to anyone looking for quality nail salon.

Literally the worst nail place I’ve ever been to. They put the nails on crooked and the next day two of the nails snapped off. Went back to get it fixed, they started to put on the wrong color and I told them that wasn’t it and they didn’t even offer to look for it told me that it was two nails and no one would be able to tell. Then they charged me for fixing the nails that broke off! Usually nail places don’t charge especially if it was the next day. And then one of the nails she fixed broke two days later. Never had this problem with any other nail place. Also there are only two nail techs so the wait is ridiculously long. Never going back

Edit: I expressed to either management or the owner the issues I had. Went back in and had a better experience.I’ve been debating writing this review, but the debate is over. I’ve been to this place 3 times and have had a subpar experience. I made appointments and each time and had to wait between 30-45 minutes. If you make an appointment via Facebook I don’t think they actually schedule it. In my experience it has been hard to express what I want due to a language barrier as well. Also, I’ve had several of my nails come off. I’m a stay at home mom who works from home. I don’t do anything that would constitute my nails coming off in less than 2 weeks of having them. Sorry to say I will be going elsewhere.

I’m revising my first review, I’ve been back a few times since my first bad experience and they are doing sooo much better. The staff are all pretty friendly and do a good job. They haven’t rushed through but I’m also pretty selective about when I go. I can honestly say they’re my go to spot now.

My experience was awful! The girl who did my nails was so busy watching a video on her phone that she burned my skin with the nail tool several times, I had to ask her to stop hurting me and pay attention, she didnt listen to me about the shape or length I wanted my nails and I finally just told her to finish up so I could leave, I let the owner know I would not come back and why.

The man who did my nails was very meticulous, with an attention to detail that I really appreciated. Nice to have that instead of the usual careless rushing Ive gotten elsewhere

Im on day 3 of my shellac manicure and its lifting on all edges, it wasnt a clean manicure at all. The lady rushed through it and there was no one waiting. I wanted to give them a shot since its close to my house but the work is very sloppy.

I have been here many times..good work I will be going back.
