The owner is a nasty soul. She does a terrible job at nails. She talks about clients and has a disgusting attitude. Mary however is amazing. She does a superb job and has a very friendly sweet nature. The owner (Wendy not her real name) is not licensed to do eyelashes. If she claims she can run far far away. If I could pay Mary to come to me I would. But because of Wendy I will never return.

Had a 10:00 appointment with a specific person for a pedicure and full set of acrylic. Did not honor my request for the person I was recommended to. Tried to push expensive treatments. Rushed through my nails, but still did not get out until 12:30. Pedicure was good but paid $45.Update: decided to give them a second try. Again a 10:00 appointment with a specific person for an acrylic fill. It is now 10:20 and Im still waiting. Someone else has two people working on her. Nail polish selection for non gel very limited.

I will never go back. They were super busy which was to be expected. I took my 3 yr old and my sister to get our nails done. My sister and I got a full set with gel polish and I asked for a mani for my 3 yr old. My daughter had her hands in water for an hr before anyone came over. Then instead of a mani they just painted her nails quickly. Which okay fine shes 3 so not a huge deal but we asked for a rainbow Design and that didnt happen. Again okay fine... when it came to pay it was 45 for mine 50 for my sisters and 20 for my daughter.... what?! There was nothing fancy in the slightest I have never been charged 20 dollars for a polish change and or 50 bucks for a simple set.... I felt taken advantage of.

Busy, which wouldnt be a problem but they started to take on new clients instead of focusing on the customers already there. It wasnt a great experience. Id rather pay alot more than to feel rushed and unsatisfied. I wont go back.

I went in as a walk-in today to get a full set of acrylic nails and brought in a picture of a design that I had found off of Pinterest and the lady that did my nails there did SUCH a great job! I can’t stop looking at them! 💅🏻She was so thorough, and really took her time doing them.... she did such a fantastic job! I’ll definitely be going back 😊

Been a client for the past 4 months, my favorite is Mary, she is professional, fast, and does an awesome job! I will recommend her blindfolded! And another good thing about this place is how they team up to share the work and make the experience of a customer fast.

I was not impressed with my last visit. I sat for an hour with my feet soaking in cold water. 3 different people did my pedicure. My nails are not what I asked for & the waxing i had was not complete & was way over priced. So I change my rating to 2 stars!

Was shocked that for a pedicure and full set white tip with gel clear top coat was $100! When asked what pedicure I wanted I was only shown one for $40 and $45, I said just regular pedicure and it was $40, it wasn’t anything fancy! I’ll stick my regular nail place that is no where near that price and they do the exact same for $60

Worst place ever, showed them a picture from Instagram left almost in tears! They completely did the opposite of what I asked and then charged me 75$ for literally nothing. Never going here again !

I took my daughter and niece to get our nails done and was charged $80 for a mani pedi! They say my daughter chose the better pedi and they can only use gel but come on. My daughter said she did not know what they offered her. They never showed her an option list so she did not know that they charged for all the extra stuff and I was to far away to see what was going on. Then my niece was charged 65 for a set od acrilic because they had to do a manicure be cause her nails where to short and they charged extra because of the almond shape but again never said that everything is extra. Whent in expecting to pay $100 top and walked out close to double that. Will not go back!

I had an appointment at 1:30pm and they havent started till 2. I dont think Ill be coming back. The workers just walked around and not start on my toes.

Sat in the chair for over 10 minutes no one acknowledging me. The water was cold. My nail technician was extremely rough and tried ripping off my gel polish to remove it from my toes.

The worst place!!I went a week ago and my nails already broke, since I left my nails were badly done but I did not say anything I wanted to see how long they would last and as I predicted they are the worst nails that have been done to me and they have a terrible service

I went there with friends for a fun girls day. The pedicure was ok. I had just gotten a tattoo so could only really do 1 foot. I got gel polish with 2 small designs. $60. I had gel polish put on my fingernails, it looked like a child had polished my nails, terrible. The polish peeled off within 8 hours. Very dissatisfied for a $90 appointment. I wont be returning. It bothered me that they were using the same nail file for everyone, Ive never seen that in a salon before.

I have been going to the salon for quite some time until today I am very dissatisfied with how many times I’ve been treated poorly. I am typically a quiet person and because of it I feel like they take advantage. Having me wait till the very last minute to do any type of service charging me more than what the prices were listed for that service and just being down right rude to customers I’m over it !!! I think I lasted going for so long only because it’s down the street from my home.

My grandma waits at least 30 minutes before getting her pedicure. They sit her down and just leave her there with cold water for such a long time. Especially for the prices they have, and them always trying to make you buy jewelry or clothes, I do not recommend this place. At least don’t come when it’s busy because you will get horrible service.

I loved my experience here, Wendy was super sweet. She made sure I loved my nails(powder dip) and gave me great tips on how to take care them. Definitely recommend to anyone. Make sure you ask for Wendy! You will not be dissatisfied!

I brought my daughter here to get a manicure and pedicure for her 11th birthday. It was terrible. They rushed through the whole experience; especially her nails. Which they did while doing her toes. I paid for gel nails so it would last longer; which ended up costing over $30. The nail polish on one of her fingers peeled off that night and two more finger nails lost their polish the next day!!! They over charged her pedicure too. $20 instead of $15. I feel like they didn’t care about the quality of work because she was 11. Definitely would not recommend.

Had an amazing experience! They were very gentle. And did what I had asked for. Plus they put lotion on my hands after we were completely done. I recommend this place 100%.

I really liked how my nails turned out, they were not pushy, and they made sure I liked my nails. I am definitely going back there again. Also The place was nice and big, clean, and they weren’t doing my nails for to long. But my sister got the same thing and they rushed her and her gel nails fell off we went back and got them done again and yet they still came of. Wouldn’t recommend for children at all!!!

I was able to get right in for a full set in this beautiful,clean little salon. They were friendly and quiet except amongst each other and that doesnt bother me at all. My nails came out good with the exception of 1 nail which is uneven and bumpy. I will give them another shot.**(EDIT)****ALL nails were off within a week. Not pleased. I dont think Ill return. Sadly

Great shop! Very clean and reasonably priced. Nice amenities, like cloth hand towels, not paper, and calming background music. I have been several times for manicures and pedicures and have been very pleased with the service.

Love this place. Ive been getting my nails done for years. Almost every nail salon you go to there is a 40 minute wait especially if its busy. I always get my nails done on my day off so I can have the time to relax. The staff here is friendly and very caring with how they do your nails. Its nice and relaxing. I enjoy coming to this nail salon.

I also loved this place at first. Its definitely hit and miss. I paid for an ocean breeze pedicure, but instead of a hot stone massage, they rubbed a bag of hot wax up and down my feet and calves a couple times. I asked for rounded nails and I was told he would only round them on the edges, and then I received a combination of some rounded and others square-shaped. My finger cuticles looked hacked-up at best and I also had to suggest a table/desk after the nail tech had me switch water to my other hand, which spilled, and he attempted to wipe off my upper, inner thigh, no joke!!!!!! It was busy, but too many shortcuts were taken including attempting to trim my cuticles without pushing them in first.

When both my mom and I got there only 4 workers were present and twice as many customers, super slow service. No one was dressed professionally. Both my mom and I had our feet in water for over 30 minutes waiting and the water wasn’t even warm. They even forgot that we asked for a manicure after we got our pedicure.

I have been going here since they opened. Usually they are a bit understaffed and always have plenty of customers. Yesterday I got there at opening. I had to wait while my feet soaked in very hot water. The girl that started mine was rushing because it was getting busy. As always they were understaffed. Her massage hurt and then the man that took over massaged me again and caused more pain. The polish looks like a child did it. I am not sure I will return. Oh and they pressure you to by the most expensive package plus push for gel polish. This would make a pedicure $50. Ridiculous!

This place is the WORST! First, the sign out front advertises $15 pedicures, but they start at $20. Which isn’t a huge deal, but I don’t like them, so I’m going to mention it. The first time I went, the guy did such a bad job painting my toenails that someone had to come fix it. I didn’t even complain, they just knew. But it was Saturday afternoon and they were busy and they did fix it voluntarily, so I gave them a second chance. The second time I decided to go on a Wednesday. I was literally the only customer there during the entirety of my visit. One customer, six employees, and she only spent twenty minutes on me. I’m not exaggerating, it was the fastest, most careless pedicure that I have ever received. And there was no excuse for it. I will NEVER go back again.

I love this salon. It is very clean and the staff is great! I don’t have to make an appointment and they always work me into their schedules. They don’t rush your manicures and the pedicures are great. They have also done a great job waxing my eyebrows. I strongly recommend them!

Ive gone to this salon like 4 times since I moved here and I usually only get pedicures and they do a good job but this last time I went which was Friday, 4 days ago I also got a pedicure and manicure on my own nails and I got gel because they said it would last longer; first of all the kid painted on my fingers as if it was part of my nails and didnt even fix it also its only been 4 days and yesterday polish just peeled off of half a nail and a few other ones are starting to peel as well....never again am I gettig my nails done there...if anybody knows of a better place please help a girl out

They tried to get kids to do stuff I said no to. They rushed them thru, didnt give nails a chance to dry, girls nails had blemishes. I took girls for bdays, paid asking price but felt I was rushed as if in a fast food place

Been going for about a year and love them. They show the most attention make sure to actually massage your hands and arms from a manicure gel doesnt peel off and drinks are free. Always clean and friendly.

The guy starting it had NO idea how to do the pedicure. He was pushing my cuticles down DRY! It was painful. I had him switch with someone. The next guy started with a more expensive treatment I didnt ask for and told me thats what I told the other guy I wanted. Funny, because the first guy didnt speak any English. A pedicure should not take 2 hours! It was painful, never had that happen before. The tech kept poking me with his fingernail. My toes are uneven. I could not wait to get out of there. Now I have to file my toes to make them even.

Didn’t pushed back cuticles or trim them well, and did a very sloppy job on my manicure and pedicure. Bubbles, bumps and uneven! I asked to have them re-done and was told they didn’t have time. They also advertise $15 pedicures but only have $20 listed on their chart and despite me asking for the $15 pedicure they tried to sneak in the $20 one with my total. I will never come back here!Update:My pedicure also chipped the SAME day! I came back the next day to talk to the manager after I called yesterday and they said they weren’t in. The girl who did the terrible job came up and tried telling me she was the manager and I talked to her on the phone yesterday...so she wasn’t the manager yesterday but is today?! Then she argued with me saying the nails were fine and it’s because my nails are short that they look ugly and that I should ask other customers?! I told her I wasn’t going to ask other customers and that I shouldn’t have to argue with her. I reiterated I wasn’t happy with them and either wanted them re-done or my money back as well as my pedicure re-done that chipped the SAME day! She said, “Your pedicure isn’t gel so we don’t guarantee that.” To which I responded, “You don’t guarantee it for the same day?” Then she told me come back Monday when they aren’t busy. To which I responded I can’t. Then she said, well you are going to have to wait...

This place has horrible service i would not recommend going here. The guy who did my nails was very uneducated he had to redo them 3 times and finally i asked for someone else by this time id been there for 2 hours by the time i got done it was 2.45 hours and they tried to charge me $50. Just to do a refill.

They do okay on your nails but when it comes to customer service their rude exspecially the men there. They touch your belongings without permission and when I was there a guy was mopping and pushing on people feet and not saying excuse me. I was not the only customer that was seeing this. Just saying this is not how you run a business! Clean your store at night or b4 you open in the morning it’s not hard!? Won’t be going back here with my family I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I went there with my cousin and we got good customer service but the quality of our nails was not good. I wouldn’t recommend this location for getting your nails done. They did a good job on my pedicure and everything but on my nails I’d go somewhere else. They weren’t painted properly, they didn’t feel smooth, and A few of my nails came out uneven.

This nail salon is the worst place I’ve been in. I’ve been getting my nails done for many years and this place I will never go to again. One of the girls didn’t want to finish my nails because i didn’t like the way they looked, she got up and walked away. I asked if someone was going to finish my nails and she said no. They have no customer service skills! I pay to get my nails done, why would I have to feel bad if I don’t like the shape of them.

I wish they would stop jumping from station to station. Very unprofessional. I was here longer than I needed to be. Time management is terrible. 15 minutes to them is 40 min. Then a nail tech (who didnt even speak to me) took my nail polish off and i had to wait another 30 min for nail tech to start my fill. Its almost like they do it so you cant leave. well my fault for waiting.

Went in for a pedicure. They put me in the chair and I had to wait there with my feet soaking for over 40 minutes. I got the ocean breeze pedicure and they didnt do all the things they say they would, like the massage and lotion. Then I last minute decided to get a manicure, which I never do. It was awful. My nails have never looked this brittle and ugly. They used old top coat that collected black lint on it over the next few days until I peeled it off. Horrible customer service. I hate to post this because the people are nice but they need to get their act together.

Didnt cut my nails or push my cuticles back, rushed on my nails, after they were finished there were bubbles and weird chips on the sides of 3 of them. didnt paint the tips or sides of them. and now that Im taking my nails off, I come to find out they used MMA . My mom & I went in for my last pedicure before my baby girl arrives. I called that morning to make an appointment for 3:30. As 3:20 rolls around we we went in. They had us soak our feet. The lady didnt understand any English. I kept telling her it was burning hot, we had to ask for someone else to help us. Then my water was freezing cold, the lady still didnt understand what I was saying, so we had to ask for help again. 40 minutes LATER someone finally started working on our feet. By that time I was so done. The gentleman working on my feet was very friendly but the guy working on my moms didnt know what he was doing. Our actual pedicure was only 15mins out of the HOUR of being there. LONG story short, we wont be going back ever.

Definitely would NOT recommend this place. A pedicure and fill took almost FOUR hours! They take way too many walk ins and then everyone ends up waiting! Don’t bother making an appointment because walk ins STILL get done before the customers who are already there. I think they want all of the customers to be partially done so they can’t leave! The man did my fill and I am sure that he is NOT licensed. When I complained Mary did redo the filing thank goodness!I asked for a discount because I was there SO long but the manager, Wendy refused. I left ZERO tip and she was upset. I told her with several customers waiting that after almost FOUR hours no one there deserved a tip!Another customer had her toe cut during her pedicure. They couldn’t stop the bleeding. The lady finally said she just needed to go and they actually tried to CHARGE her! She refused to pay since they cut her midway through the pedicure.I WISH I HAD LEFT AT TGAT MOMENT ALSO!

If I could have given this place a negative review i would have. I made an appointment with them a week ago to have my acrylics removed and a full set put on with gel polish. After waiting 25 minutes to be seated...i had 3 different people work on my nails...i waited so long with my nails soaking while I watched my actual nail tech service 2 people who came after me. More than an hour later I finally just asked to have my nails cleaned up n reshaped. When I commented that that their customers are the ones who suffer when they stack up so many clients my tech got mad, left my nails unfinished and still charged me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER TO ANYONE!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I got the $30.00 pedicure. It was rushed and not sanitary! I asked for a clean pumis stone for my feet and the guy that was doing my feet said they dont have anymore! He said they use the same one on every person until they can’t be used! None of there tools were sanitary! The lady doing a pedicure next to the guy and I handed the tools to him that she had just used on someone else! They were not cleaned in between! I was not happy! I am a paying costumer i expect to have sanitary tools! I GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WONT LET YOU POST WITHOUT A STAR!

15 dollar pedicures starting at 20 dollars. Pedicure made my toes bleed. Got a full set of nails. They start working on you then jump to the next person. Leaving for 20 minutes. Come back for next step then go to someone else. If you have 4 extra hours in a day. Great. 3.5 hours after I walked in. I walked out with painful toes

Worst ever Dont let their CHEAP PRICING FOOL YOU. I cant even give them a one star!They removed 1 loose nail The other 2 that were removed were fine. They cut into my nail bed until it was bleeding. I complained that she was hurting me but she only talked to the tech next to her, chatting back and forth. The 2nd tech looked at my finger and said. Its ok! Yeah it wasnt her finger that hurt for 3 days.I think they insisted on removing them so they could charge more. They Argued with me about the length I wanted. Then charged me $30.00for fill and the removal of the 3 nails. Walked me up to the charge machine and asked for a tip. I was literally in a cold sweat while getting my nails done.They arent into customer service only to see how many customers they can get done.I think who ever gives this place a 5 must be the owner or the owners mother!Heres my tip go some where else!!!

I never write reviews but I HAD to write one for this company, first of all... best pedicure I’ve ever had. They take their time instead of going so fast which I love because they do SUCH a better job. Second of all, I had gotten a full set from a different nail salon prior to coming here and it was so awful.. I honestly haven’t had my nails look that bad in a long time. I was going in to get all my nails taken off & then new ones put back on and idk how she did it y’all, she is a nail goddess I swear cus she fixed those puppies up without even having to put me through the pain of talkin off all the old ones... they are so friendly too!! I will never go anywhere else
