Much better nails then the salon I went to a couples weeks ago. They got me in last minute, at 640 when they close at 8, and they did a good job. If it wouldnt have been closing time I would have had a few things fixed that Im particular about, just a few places here and there that the nail isnt quite even and is almost borderline chunky looking, but they at least all look even. Ill definitely go back.

The atmosphere is friendly, warm and inviting. It is very clean. I am very impressed with the high quality of my pedicures. The artwork and attention to detail is top-notch!

No waiting, attentive, the man doing my nails added cute little sparkles to my toes. Very clean station, nice massage chair. I usually prefer the callous remover that resembles a cheese grater, but they use a rough sponge, which works too.Unrushed hand and foot massage.Normal pricing.Would recommend

I went to get a fill and that part was fine but when she was putting on the Gell color it was extremely thin I asked her to put a 3rd Layer or if I could change the color completely, she proceeded to slap the 3rd coat on very fast and uneven like she didn’t care where the color landed and then proceeded to do the same thing with the top coat not trying to make it neat and clean & when the light turned off she touched them and said it needed more time to dry so she put my hands back in there and this is the result. They push you to use there Gell colors to get more money out of you but when you do this is the result. Please just save yourself the money & headache just go somewhere else!

DD does an amazing Job!

My two daughters and there friend went in today to have full set and pedicure. There nails look like garbage all uneven didn’t trim any of there nails or toes. One thumb nail is double the size of the other you can see all the dents and curves of the acrylic. They got to embarrassed to say anything there young and got taken advantage of paid way to much for the trash nails they were given!!!

Wonderful and friendly staff, I absolutely love how my nails turned out!!!!

Super disappointed! I always come here for manis and pedis. My manicure was horrible, it was botchy and uneven. And they charged me 70 all together!

Sanitizing and covid protection for clients

Zero stars for mediocre customer service, working in a rush, failing to use base coat on my toes and disrespectful when customer asked to fix gel polish because employee was working in a rush. Painted nails using gel color standing up and painted/cured polish outside nail bed. When customer asked to fix, employee got aggressive and treated customer with no respect, didn’t apologize but continued fighting with customer. Someone else ended up cutting the skin that had nail polish cured and dry and disagreeing saying employee had done everything right. If you are not going to treat a customer with respect, take time to do the job you’re being paid right, then don’t ask the customer to sit. Wouldn’t go here even if this was the only nail place in the entire Tri-Cities area. Don’t see how this business will be open long.

The deluxe pedicure is my favorite. They always do a good job, especially the male that works there. Place is clean always

I love, love this nail and spa place! Katie, DeDee, Michael, are all super nice and wonderful. They do an exquisite job on my nails and toes and are always kind and gentle. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The nail tech was nice ...But she really rushed into doing my nails. The same day, it started to immediately crack.Only a week later and my gel manicure lifted & peeled right off. Not to mention it was the highest price I have ever paid for a manicure... like $15 extra dollars for just some chrome polish?Worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten.

Worst manicure I have ever had. I got French gel. Didnt even bother to barely shape my nails. And the french manicure as well as my nails are uneven. Dont waste your money. No wonder it wasnt busy.

This is not my normal nail salon but it was close to where my sons friends birthday party was. They didnt do a bad job but they didnt have many options as far as color, and I kind of felt uncomfortable the whole time but that could be because it was out of my norm.

I went a few weeks ago. The gal that did my French tip nails did a terrible job. She only put one coat of white, and one clear coat! You could see through the white coat, and she missed the outside corners of my nails! Less then a week later, they were already starting to peal! I will never go back!

This was my 2nd time at this nail spa. The first time I got a pedicure. It was so rushed and the pedicurist was up and down assisting other customers the whole time. This last time and I mean LAST TIME. I took my daughter for her birthday to get manicures. I could have done a better job with a paint brush from Lowes! Dont waste your money!

Great place to have your nails done

After my second visit here, I will not be going back. The guy that did mine had fungus on most of his fingernails. I had my mom get a mani and pedi...while one lady was doing the pedi another lady was doing the first part of her manicure standing right beside my mom in the chair! My mom was uncomfortable having to put her arms out for her while she was getting her feet done. To top it off the lady that was doing her mani had some sores on her hands.It looked like fungus as well. Whatever the case, they should have been covered up since she was massaging my moms hands with hers. I felt terrible, she didnt tell me till afterwards. I will not be returning.
