Absolutely LOVE this nail place! The people are so sweet & kind. I moved to tricities recently & I went to a different place before this one, and they treated me with 0 respect, when I left & came to paradise nails they treated me very very well the second I walked in.Laura did amazing on my acrylics, additionally, she was very gentle & did amazing nail art!Thank you guys for being so welcoming !!!

Owner is quite an observant & provides really good customer service! This is how my toe nails turn out to be.

I have gone to paradise nails foe years and loved them. The business was sold and now the name is Bee Nails. They doubled the prices The owner, Laura, bragged that there is only one place with prices higher than at her store. Very arrogant and I do not want to go back. They make people wait 40-45 minutes for scheduled appointments. After close to 10 years as a customer and she is only interested in the prices. She wants checks made to her only or cash and no cards or bank transactions. I’m very disappointed and angry that they behave this way. Don’t go to Bee Nails and Spa.

Don’t waste your time or money. I got my nails done and the lady who did them put the wrong color on and when I said something she grabbed the right color but just painted over the wrong color!! The polish came off in three days after getting them done. They cut my nails too short and now I have sores.

Clean and attention to detail. They were very nice and took the time to ensure their craft was done correctly.

Walked away not happy. I went home and took off the polish and had to reshape my toe nails. The lady messed my big toe up so bad it was very mid-shaped. My daughter was cut so deep she started to bleed on both big toes.. we go get pedicures every month at a different place but thought we would try this one this time. She has never had someone bleed her before. Will not go back.

Came in for a pedicure. Start to finish was about 11 minutes, which is very short compared to other places in town. They had a standard 25 dollar pedicure or a 45 dollar one that included a set of scented lotion and scrub. They did not scrub my feet at all and seemed to rush the entire thing.Would not recommend for pedicures.

I loved my fill! I was treated very nice, the lady who did my nails took her time and was very kind. Nails came out looking flawless!

Becky did an amazing job on my nails. Im so happy. She finished them off with drilling around the cuticle to remove dead skin and her last touch was to oil my cuticles so my whole hand is beautiful. Thank you so much Becky.Susy

Wife needed a last minute fill. They were very accommodating and she was in and out in 15 minutes. Her nails look great.

This is the nicest and most consistent place for nail care in Kennewick. I have been a customer for several years and have always had a good quality acrylic nail fill with Gel Polish that never chips. The technicians are friendly and very proficient at their profession. The environment is nice and clean and I highly recommend their services.

I did not have a good experience here. I’m a pregnant mama with littles at home, and this was my treat for the week. I was hoping to feel relaxed and pampered. Unfortunately, I went here for the first time and the man who did my pedicure was very rude (tone of voice, unfriendly demeanor, annoyed when I asked for something, rushed through my pedicure). He was also rude to new customers who came in, and they ended up leaving before he even started working on their nails. I’m giving it two stars because I’m happy with my nail polish color and the way it looks, but I wouldn’t come back or recommend this business to anyone.

They are pretty good at nails. But I will no longer be going here because I couldn’t understand my nail tech and she got mad at me. I couldn’t understand what she was saying and trying to be respectful in finding out. When she gave up she said “see?” In a very rude tone. I apologized repeatedly for not understanding and I continued being nice in hopes that maybe she’s having a bad day. She just continued to be disrespectful. Horrible customer service.

This was the absolutely worst pedicure I’ve ever had. The polish was all over my toes and when I didn’t pick the most expensive one the man was very rude. He did my pedicure in 15 min and was super rough!

People are super friendly and the pedicure treatment is the best!

Some of their staff have terrible attitudes, and their gel polish does not last more than a few days. Waste of time and money and you have to deal with frowny jerks. Skip this place.

Honestly not impressed at all. I went with a group of 4 including myself. I was the last one in the chair and first out. Didnt take anytime to actually scrub my feet and do a good job. I can honestly say i will never come back.

They were very nice this was my first time ever here and I can say that I was happy with this place

I go to a gal there her name is Becky and she always makes me feel good and treats me well!

HA THEY SUCK. it smells weird. i got a fill which usually doesnt take that long but it took them an hour and a half. theres nail clippings ALL over the carpet. although the lady was really nice she said my nails were ok but they werent even dry and she messed them up. so yeah dont go here. go to C & K. its 2 mins away right next to dutch bros!!

This place is really bad don’t recommend this places to people. My nails were crooked and not well painted. And it also had a black spot,

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! My friend and I went there for manis/pedis. We had gel polish on so they soaked our fingers in acetone. When we were done I watched them suck the used acetone back up into the bottle that they had poured it from. I saw them fo this with both mine and my friends bowls of acetone. I can only imagine how many fingers have been in that same acetone and it makes me wonder what other kind if shortcuts they are taking. I will never go back there!!

This place sucks dont go here lol I see my homie jada Doyle gave a review too. We both chill and usually dont do stuff like that. Seriously dont go there. Its wack. Worst nails Ive ever gotten tbh and I gave her a tip idk why feeling generous and such and she WAS STILL RUDE

These are some of the most polite nail technicians I’ve ever encounter. My 11 year old got his toes done and he kept giggling and the gentleman giving him a pedi couldn’t stop giggling either. They were super kind to us it was refreshing. I will be coming back just because they were so attentive to us. They conversed w/ us as opposed to having side conversations amongst themselves. I can’t say enough!

I came with my son to a pedicure.And we last longer looking for a place k in lonque attended to us and we left there. The pedicure really lasted 15 minutes and was nothing more than a foot wash. And the cost became very expensive. 55 dollars I have paid that elsewhere and they make me even paraffin treatment.I really do not recommend this place for pedicure and I will NOT go back to a service.
