I’ve been here twice on one of mommy daughter dates. The nail technician with the short black bob did a great job! She took her time which is always top priority and was Very professional. The owner however rushes. Polite but to rush someone for paying for a service is rude. I’m a very sweet person so I tend to hold my tongue. The first time I got acrylics, one of my nails started bleeding and they were all shaped differently. The second time. She cut my skin. I didn’t have time to even pick a nail color for my toes. Rushed and I only got a gel color change on my nails and they were all glued together to the point she had to file my nails off of my skin. And left polish all over my skin..She is nice but she shouldn’t rush her customers and hurt them in the process.

Horrible! This place is the worst. Put my nails on crooked, did not paint them well, and had the audacity to give me attitude. I had to leave halfway into getting my nails after getting a rushed gel manicure because I was late for an appointment because she took 3 hours! and I ended up going to another nail shop so they could fix them the people at the new nail shop said that they had no idea what this was on my fingers tips. To top it off my fingers started turning red these people are awful awful awful... Please dont waste your money nor your time here sis!!!

There was no wait, I was ignored. I been having a bad week and woke up listening to a preecher on tv and was feeling good. They barely looked up even after I say an hour hey Im over here and they looked up say nothing. After I was waiting an hour and a half I left they said nothing. Then I cried in my car.

Dont go here!!! I had a bad experience with the OWNER of the store. Nails were popping up the same DAY, and just looked nasty. Went back and the SHORT tech with the black bob hair cut, did my nails, and did a great job. I had been going to the tech for over 6 months. ALWAYS TIPPED HER!!! Went in EARLY, BEFORE the store opened, and she told me to come BACK or let the OWNER do my nails because, she had people ahead of me, ONE WHO DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, and I was there BEFORE the place opened. Why tell me to come back, when I neither the white lady had an appointment, BUT she took her before me. They also turn walk ins away when they have made the money they need for the day. Try LEES NAILS ON VETS. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB AND THERE WAS NO WAIT.

I called two hours before to make sure they could fit me in they said to come for 1:30 so I did and she turned me away saying to come back but I had work after and then she teied calling after me to make another appointment. 🙄

Horrible!!! I decided to go here because I didnt want to drive to my usual spot. Big mistake. I felt extremely rushed. I had to make her polish the side of all my nails. They didnt even apply a base coat on my toes. I wish I could upload a pic. NEVER AGAIN

They are rude they dont polish your whole nail the side you nail still be white and I I told them my nail was cricket she told me It was my hand now I been to a couple different nail shop and never have my nails was cricket but if want something cheap a full set is 20 and refills 15 but the service isnt great at all I guess you get what you pay for

Decided to go here for service.. Hrs of operation is mon thru sat 10 to 7.. Been sitting and waiting since 930.. Family of 4 pulls up ran to the door i let the owner know im 6 months pregnant and couldnt stand and wait outside the door but i been here before them. She pats me on my shoulder says just wait 20 mins.. And ask the other customer to come back in a hour...Like really.. Im done they lost me as a every 2 wk customer.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!I JUST CALLED TO ASK IF THEY HAVE MARBLE NAILS, CHROME AND / OR WHITE AND PINK OMBRE AND THIS LADY SAID SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING BOUT!!

They did an excellent job on me and my daughter!!! Will be coming back...
